Some reported UAP Orbs could be slow warp bubbles. The anomalous orbs reported by the Pentagon indeed move at slow speeds and could be explained by tiny spacetime bubbles on the scale of several micrometers. A subsonic warp drive would not shock the atmosphere at all and could even be fainter and potentially undetectable. Puzzling orbs were mentioned explicitly in a reliable report dated June fifth, 2026, signed by Dr. John Kozlowski, director of AARO in the Pentagon. Kozlowski mentioned an orange mother orb launching smaller red orbs and explains that forty percent of the phenomena during the reported event lack a reasonable explanation and remain unresolved.

If UAP represent alien technology, we should be careful at downing them for both ethical and safety reasons. If their intention is benign, there is no reason to engage with them aggressively. Moreover, intelligent beings could retaliate and harm us after we engage in an offensive act. The wise response to unrecognized visitors is to first figure out their intent and capabilities. This can be done passively by collecting data about them.

The UAP Science Advisory Council UAP Science Advisory Council fully supports requests made by David Grusch, Eric Davis, and others, for the Trump administration to provide legal assurances, including immunity where necessary, for current or former government employees and military personnel, so that they can share information with the council regarding alleged technology from a non-human origin and help guide the council’s scientific evaluation. In parallel, the council is currently pursuing efforts to obtain and scientifically evaluate historical UAP records and legacy data through PURSUE.

Reliable US government sources who are focused on national security asked me to establish the UAP Science Advisory Council UAP Science Advisory Council because they cannot explain UAP orbs in terms of human-made technologies. Given these circumstances, it is the duty of all genuine scientists to figure out who these strangers visiting our backyard are.

If, as Ross Coulthart claims, the Department of War was authorized by President Trump to engage with unidentified orbs over White Sands Missile Range, then the scientific analysis of their materials or digital data is key for progress. If scientists get access to the related data or materials, they can perform scientific studies that would test unambiguously if the orbs represent non-human made technologies. The most remarkable anomalies in today’s fifth UAP data release are delivered as verbal testimonies. They make a strong case for follow-up scientific research. Skeptics who deny the significance of these anomalies are not curious enough to be genuine scientists. Either we are dealing with unknown natural phenomena, secretive black projects or these anomalies reflect manifestations of alien technologies.

Recently, I discussed an unconfirmed news report by Ross Coulthart which suggests that the DoW was authorized by President Donald J. Trump to engage with UAP over the White Sands Missile Range. If, as reported, UAP were or will ever be downed, then scientific analysis of their motion in response to human engagement, as well as their material structure, chemical, and isotopic composition could test unambiguously whether some UAPs represent alien technologies. The related research could be facilitated by the UAP Science Advisory Council under my leadership.

Thank you Rep. Eric Burlison, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, and Tim Burchett for your tireless work and leadership on UAP transparency. And thank you to President Donald J. Trump for supporting this important effort. This consequential development directly targets the evidentiary problem that has run through past claims about alien technology which is withheld within the U.S. government. David Grusch’s testimony, George Knapp's Lockheed material claims and Lue Elizondo's account, have all been limited by witnesses citing classification and NDA constraints as reasons they could not fully corroborate their claims. If genuinely implemented, this memo removes that specific excuse for the exact people whose corroboration has been missing. The UAP Science Advisory Council ( under my leadership, will be delighted to analyze any new UAP data or materials that is revealed through this process. We plan to share our findings with the public because of what Aaron Lukas states on the logo of his X account: “Americans deserve the truth.”

You know, he truly believes what he says. And that's very intriguing.
