First time doing the Swiss bar bench press in many years. Starting on the lighter side and will be gradually adding more weight over the coming weeks and months. Rebuilding my shoulder and getting it as functional as possible has been one of the greatest challenges I’ve ever faced, but I’ve never stopped. It’s been 10 years, and I continue to get better, stronger, and more capable. I have no regrets. I’ve avoided a shoulder replacement, I’ve avoided surgeries, and most importantly, I’ve refused to give up on myself. To anyone out there who has given up on themselves, I genuinely hope you find the strength to pick yourself back up and keep going. Progress doesn’t always happen quickly, but it does happen for those who refuse to quit. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

First time doing the incline barbell press in easily over 10 years. My right shoulder is finally in a position where I can begin rebuilding this movement pattern after years of meticulous work breaking up scar tissue and restoring function. Right now, the weight means NOTHING. I’m staying extremely light, focusing on slow, controlled, pain-free and grinding-free reps, and increasing by as little as 2.5 to 5 pounds per set. The goal is simply to make progress each week, strengthen areas that have atrophied, improve stability, and continue teaching my shoulder how to move correctly again. The incline barbell press is a tremendous movement when performed correctly. It can expose weaknesses and deficiencies in the shoulder, while giving you an opportunity to progressively strengthen the areas responsible for stability and control. For those who have followed my journey over the last 10 years, I was told I needed a five-disc fusion and a right shoulder replacement. I refused to accept that as my only path. After 21 stem cell procedures, years of scar tissue work, rehabilitation, and intelligent strength training, my back is 100%, and my shoulder continues to make progress. And to clear up the false information being spread: I have never said I am returning to the ring. When I say THE ENGINE IS STILL ON, I’m talking about LIFE. My health. My training. My business. My relationships. My purpose. Becoming better in every meaningful area of my life. Not everything is a professional wrestling reference, as difficult as that apparently is for some people to understand. Life is far bigger than professional wrestling will ever be. The engine is still on because I refuse to give up. And that’s the last bite. FEED ME MORE!

I’ve been obsessed with forearm training ever since I was a kid playing baseball. One moment that really stuck with me was seeing Mark McGwire play in person and being absolutely blown away by the size of his forearms. That left a lasting impression on me. Strong forearms and a powerful grip aren’t just about looking impressive. They carry over into nearly everything we do, helping us lift heavier, control weights better, improve pulling strength, enhance athletic performance, and make everyday tasks easier. A stronger grip is a foundation for strength throughout the body. Personally, I like using the Captain of Crush hand grippers one to two times per week, varying my sets and reps depending on how I’m feeling and what I’m training. It’s simple, effective, and something I’ve consistently believed in for years. I’m a big believer in training every part of the body and leaving no stone unturned. The little things add up over time and often become the difference makers, and that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

We just keep working, one day at a time. Loving the journey. Loving the process. Not a worry in the world. The work compounds. The lessons add up. The growth happens by showing up consistently, staying grateful, and trusting that every step forward matters. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Right around 295 to 298 pounds consistently right now, and feeling really good. Last week I started adding in more Zone 2 fat-burning cardio along with my high-intensity interval training, and I can feel the difference already. Just taking it one day at a time, staying consistent, getting in 30 minutes in the hot tub today, some sun, vitamin D, and getting mentally and physically ready for a great chest and cardio workout. Stay disciplined, stay patient, trust the process, and that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Secret’s body started shutting down yesterday and she was having more and more difficulty breathing. I could not let her go on anymore. Thank you for being such an amazing dog to me and my father and I will forever love you. She was calm and ready and I’m so grateful our family all got to say goodbye. RIP Secret and I know you’re with Shera, Roxy, Pebbles and Bam Bam now. ❤️ 🙏

There’s been a lot of talk lately about CM Punk’s improved physique and the usual speculation that comes with it. Is he on steroids? TRT? HRT? The reality is nobody knows except him and the medical professionals involved, if any. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: happiness is a choice, and being angry and complaining is a choice. We all have free will. When I look at Punk’s physique, I don’t see something that screams steroid abuse. I see a stronger, healthier version of his previous self. There are a lot of things that can create that result. Training heavier in lower rep ranges can add thickness and density to muscles. Better nutrition, better recovery, better sleep, lower stress, eliminating seed oils, and simply being more consistent can all lead to significant improvements. Could TRT or HRT be involved? Sure, it’s possible. But if someone has medically low testosterone or hormone levels, restoring them to healthy levels is about health and quality of life. It shouldn’t be something people are shamed for. There’s a big difference between optimizing health and abusing performance-enhancing drugs. Having been under the WWE Wellness Program myself, I understand the rules and requirements. Personally, I don’t believe CM Punk is abusing steroids. I believe he’s likely made positive changes, and whatever he’s doing appears to be working. What I find interesting is how much body shaming exists in pro wrestling. People complain about Mason Rook because of how he looks. People complain about CM Punk because he improved his physique. It seems no matter what someone does, there’s always a group looking to criticize. Personally, I’m happy to see him looking healthy and strong. And maybe now he understands why the term “steroid guy” was never the right label for someone like me. I’ve been against steroid abuse since I was very young, but I’ve always been for optimal health and becoming the best version of ourselves. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

For those of you that don’t know, I love chicken wings. They’re one of my favorite foods, and I usually have them about once a week. For a long time, though, I never liked the way I felt after eating wings out at restaurants. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it until I realized that almost everywhere you get wings from, they’re cooked in some form of seed oil, usually soybean oil. That stuff is terrible for inflammation and can cause a lot of issues over time. On top of that, most ranches, blue cheeses, and dipping sauces are also loaded with seed oils. So I made the switch to doing this at home as much as possible, and honestly, I prefer it. I feel way better after eating them. No sluggish feeling. No feeling like I just ate something bad for my body. I use organic chicken wings from Sprouts, usually just over three pounds, around 3.2 pounds. I keep them thawed out, preheat my air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then cook the wings for about 50 to 55 minutes, depending on the batch. I toss them halfway through and make sure they cook as evenly as possible. Once they’re done, I coat them with Primal Kitchen avocado oil buffalo sauce, add pink Himalayan sea salt and garlic powder, and toss everything together. I’ll dip them in Primal Kitchen avocado oil ranch and pair it with a big salad. Today I had chia seeds and guacamole with it while breaking a 26 hour fast, before going right back into another 24 hour fast. I also use a ceramic free air fryer because of the issues with coatings, and it’s been a great switch for me. If you eat wings out a lot, just be aware. Almost all fast food places and most sit down restaurants are cooking with seed oils. When you start eating more home cooked meals, you really do notice the difference over time. It's feeding time!

My run with Curtis Axel, Joe Hennig, as RybAxel was one of the most interesting periods of my WWE career. We were used constantly, booked on every house show, wrestled for the WWE Tag Team Championships on multiple occasions, main evented parts of a European tour against The Shield alongside Randy Orton, and even got a two-pack action figure together, which I’m actually very proud of. While it wasn’t a time when I was featured as heavily as I had been before or would be afterward, it was one of the most enjoyable runs of my career. Working with Joe was easy. The chemistry was real, and I genuinely believe our backstage vignettes were some of the best promo work either of us ever did. Unfortunately, much of that material never reached the audience the way it would today. This was before WWE heavily utilized social media, and a lot of our content lived on rather than television. To this day, I believe the RybAxel breakup is one of the greatest tag team breakups most fans never saw. Joe Hennig is a great man and a great father to his three boys. None of us are perfect, and we all make mistakes in life. I’m not condoning poor decisions, but I thank God nobody was injured or killed. My hope is that this becomes a setback that ultimately propels Joe forward to continue learning, growing, and becoming an even better version of himself. He has a lot to offer not only the wrestling business, but the world. Wishing you the best, Joe. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!
