There’s been a lot of talk lately about CM Punk’s improved physique and the usual speculation that comes with it. Is he on steroids? TRT? HRT? The reality is nobody knows except him and the medical professionals involved, if any. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: happiness is a choice, and being angry and complaining is a choice. We all have free will. When I look at Punk’s physique, I don’t see something that screams steroid abuse. I see a stronger, healthier version of his previous self. There are a lot of things that can create that result. Training heavier in lower rep ranges can add thickness and density to muscles. Better nutrition, better recovery, better sleep, lower stress, eliminating seed oils, and simply being more consistent can all lead to significant improvements. Could TRT or HRT be involved? Sure, it’s possible. But if someone has medically low testosterone or hormone levels, restoring them to healthy levels is about health and quality of life. It shouldn’t be something people are shamed for. There’s a big difference between optimizing health and abusing performance-enhancing drugs. Having been under the WWE Wellness Program myself, I understand the rules and requirements. Personally, I don’t believe CM Punk is abusing steroids. I believe he’s likely made positive changes, and whatever he’s doing appears to be working. What I find interesting is how much body shaming exists in pro wrestling. People complain about Mason Rook because of how he looks. People complain about CM Punk because he improved his physique. It seems no matter what someone does, there’s always a group looking to criticize. Personally, I’m happy to see him looking healthy and strong. And maybe now he understands why the term “steroid guy” was never the right label for someone like me. I’ve been against steroid abuse since I was very young, but I’ve always been for optimal health and becoming the best version of ourselves. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

I’m always grateful to have left a lasting impact on professional wrestling. Being the first to introduce the double stack finisher, lifting opponents of all sizes for the Double Shell Shock, was an incredible moment. It is now being used in WWE 2K25 as part of double stack finishers. Thank you to all the great people and fans out there for keeping my memory alive. FEED ME MORE!

Many years ago, I was told to shut the engine off. But I knew something they didn’t. If I shut that engine completely off, there was no guarantee it would ever restart at the level it once ran. So I kept it on. I tested it from time to time. I kept it sharp. I kept it ready. But I never put the pedal to the metal. I backed off when I needed to. I coasted when I had to. I protected the engine while the world assumed the race was over. It wasn’t. The engine is still intact. Still running. Still waiting. And maybe it’s finally time we find out what happens when The Big Guy puts the pedal to the metal again. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Roman Reigns has always been one of the most respectful, professional people I’ve known in this business. He’s a family man and someone who’s done a lot of good for a lot of people. WWE and UFC are under the same company. If one of the biggest stars in WWE is invited to a major UFC event, it shouldn’t surprise any of us that he’d attend. Going to an event doesn’t suddenly define someone’s character or mean we know everything they believe. The bigger issue is how quickly we’ve become to judge and tear each other down over things that have nothing to do with how we treat people. There’s already enough negativity in the world without adding to it. Happiness is a choice. The more we focus on becoming better ourselves instead of criticizing every decision someone else makes, the better our own lives become. Sometimes the biggest changes begin when we look in the mirror instead of looking for someone else to blame. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Only The Shield themselves, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Dean Ambrose, could truly tell you who the real leader of The Shield was. From my experience working with them, I always felt all three had a tremendous amount of respect for one another. They were also part of one of my greatest rivalries in WWE, costing me the WWE Championship on multiple occasions and essentially keeping me from becoming, at the very least, a two-time WWE Champion. But I want to hear your thoughts. Who was the REAL leader of The Shield? Roman Reigns? Seth Rollins? Dean Ambrose? Or was there never a true leader, just three equals united by a common goal? I enjoyed SummerSlam Night 1 and I’m looking forward to SummerSlam Night 2. I predicted Oba Femi to defeat Brock Lesnar in the main event on Night 1, and tonight I’m picking Roman Reigns to come out victorious… but with a BIG surprise at the end. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! Who do you got? Why? Did you enjoy SummerSlam Night 1? Let me know down in the comments.

Tonight’s Hell in a Cell match has all the ingredients to be something special. Brock Lesnar brings unmatched experience and intensity, while Oba Femi has been building incredible momentum and looks like a future cornerstone of WWE. Having been in a very similar position during my career, I’m going with Oba Femi. I think he has the momentum, and I’m rooting for him to come out on top. It’ll be interesting to see what the company does with his character over the next year if he gets the win. Looking forward to a hard-hitting battle between two absolute powerhouses. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! Who do you see winning and why?

This isn’t about politics or any one person. It’s about human behavior. Spend enough time on social media and you’ll see two completely different realities. In the real world, people gather, laugh, cheer, support one another, and enjoy shared experiences. Online, a small but very loud group often chooses criticism, jealousy, anger, and negativity. Social media is not the real world. It’s often where people project their own fears, insecurities, and frustrations. We don’t have to participate in that. We always have a choice. We can be happy for others, encourage others, or if something isn’t for us, simply move on. Not everything deserves our attention or our emotional energy. The more we feed hate, jealousy, and negativity, the less energy we have to build the life we actually want. The more we choose gratitude, support, and a Feed Me More Hungry mindset, the more room we create for growth, opportunity, peace, and abundance. Protect your energy. Focus on what builds you up, not what tears others down.

I always loved wrestling with Seth Rollins. We’ve wrestled many, many times, and he’s taken hundreds of back body drops from me over the years. There’s a reason not a lot of guys do that move or take it well. It takes precise timing, trust, and real chemistry. Seth was always willing and even eager to take that bump, trusting me to deliver it safely and effectively. It’s an aggressive bump no matter what, but we were always able to get serious height and make the crowd react to something as simple as a back body drop. That’s a special thing in this business. I’m very grateful for Seth, his love for the business, and for putting his body on the line time and time again. I tossed him around like a rag doll plenty of times, and he never backed down. Much respect. And that’s the last bite. Feed me more!

👏 Congratulations to Bronson Reed on bettering himself and getting into even better shape. In my opinion, that will only help prolong his career and make him better than he’s ever been. What’s interesting is how often pro wrestlers get criticized no matter what they do. Mason Rook gets attacked for how he looks. CM Punk gets attacked for how he looks. Bronson Reed gets attacked for how he looks. Maybe the problem isn’t the pro wrestlers. Maybe the problem is the person constantly critiquing the pro wrestler. Happiness is a choice. Support people who are putting in the work to better themselves. The world needs more of that. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! 💪🔥

I’m often asked, “Who is the safest pro wrestler you’ve ever worked with?” I always like to preface questions like this by saying that at the professional level, the degree of separation is usually very small. Just like with anything else, once you reach the highest level, everyone is extremely good at what they do. Throughout my career, pretty much everyone I worked with was safe, and I never really had any issues with anyone being consistently unsafe. The reality is, if someone truly wasn’t safe to work with, they probably wouldn’t last very long on a WWE main roster. With that said, two guys who always stood out to me were Dolph Ziggler and The Miz. Both of them worked incredibly light, and I always felt very comfortable working with them. That doesn’t mean they were the only safe wrestlers by any means. At that level, everyone knows how to take care of each other while still making things look physical and believable. Professional wrestling is physical, and accidents can always happen, but there’s a big difference between an accident and someone being an unsafe worker. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Never let yourself get worked up over a work that turned into a shoot, but is always a work. I was many of yours favorite at one point and will be once again in due time. I’ve been blessed and protected my whole life and will continue to be. Some have let lies and media manipulation alter your views to pure hatred and negativity against the guy you once loved. Your Hungry Hero shall rise once again and the truth always wins, always. Now tell me how this video makes you feel down in the comments and that’s the last bite!

For those of you that don’t know, I love chicken wings. They’re one of my favorite foods, and I usually have them about once a week. For a long time, though, I never liked the way I felt after eating wings out at restaurants. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it until I realized that almost everywhere you get wings from, they’re cooked in some form of seed oil, usually soybean oil. That stuff is terrible for inflammation and can cause a lot of issues over time. On top of that, most ranches, blue cheeses, and dipping sauces are also loaded with seed oils. So I made the switch to doing this at home as much as possible, and honestly, I prefer it. I feel way better after eating them. No sluggish feeling. No feeling like I just ate something bad for my body. I use organic chicken wings from Sprouts, usually just over three pounds, around 3.2 pounds. I keep them thawed out, preheat my air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then cook the wings for about 50 to 55 minutes, depending on the batch. I toss them halfway through and make sure they cook as evenly as possible. Once they’re done, I coat them with Primal Kitchen avocado oil buffalo sauce, add pink Himalayan sea salt and garlic powder, and toss everything together. I’ll dip them in Primal Kitchen avocado oil ranch and pair it with a big salad. Today I had chia seeds and guacamole with it while breaking a 26 hour fast, before going right back into another 24 hour fast. I also use a ceramic free air fryer because of the issues with coatings, and it’s been a great switch for me. If you eat wings out a lot, just be aware. Almost all fast food places and most sit down restaurants are cooking with seed oils. When you start eating more home cooked meals, you really do notice the difference over time. It's feeding time!

My run with Curtis Axel, Joe Hennig, as RybAxel was one of the most interesting periods of my WWE career. We were used constantly, booked on every house show, wrestled for the WWE Tag Team Championships on multiple occasions, main evented parts of a European tour against The Shield alongside Randy Orton, and even got a two-pack action figure together, which I’m actually very proud of. While it wasn’t a time when I was featured as heavily as I had been before or would be afterward, it was one of the most enjoyable runs of my career. Working with Joe was easy. The chemistry was real, and I genuinely believe our backstage vignettes were some of the best promo work either of us ever did. Unfortunately, much of that material never reached the audience the way it would today. This was before WWE heavily utilized social media, and a lot of our content lived on rather than television. To this day, I believe the RybAxel breakup is one of the greatest tag team breakups most fans never saw. Joe Hennig is a great man and a great father to his three boys. None of us are perfect, and we all make mistakes in life. I’m not condoning poor decisions, but I thank God nobody was injured or killed. My hope is that this becomes a setback that ultimately propels Joe forward to continue learning, growing, and becoming an even better version of himself. He has a lot to offer not only the wrestling business, but the world. Wishing you the best, Joe. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!
