With drugs, changes are damn near instant and aggressive. They affect everyone in proximity to a point that we either get intervention or the addict is ostracized from their community. Gambling thrives on many of our communities treating money like this boogeyman we never talk about. It feeds on people’s terrible relationship with money and a false pride they have in wanting to do things by themselves. The dopamine hits, the hope, the isolation and worshiping of money. It’s even worse now that it’s not just in casinos but its clicks away on our cell phones.

Would you say preacher curls are a waste of time for building real biceps mass. An ego exercise for people who don't lift heavy enough? Or would you say they serve a significant role in the overall arm routine? Where would you place them? Start/middle/end of your workout? I’ve done these for a while. I genuinely love them but I wonder if I’ve overcooked their position in my routine.
