Gambling is a dangerous silent killer. That thing will wreck your life while you keep a fake smile on your face and your friends & family not noticing a thing. With drugs, changes are damn near instant and aggressive. They affect everyone in proximity to a point that we either get intervention or the addict is ostracized from their community. Gambling thrives on many of our communities treating money like this boogeyman we never talk about. It feeds on people’s terrible relationship with money and a false pride they have in wanting to do things by themselves. The dopamine hits, the hope, the isolation and worshiping of money. It’s even worse now that it’s not just in casinos but its clicks away on our cell phones.

As a man, sometimes you need to switch on your PS5 and wind down. Cut down the noise and regenerate.

Any advice on pull ups? Before the form police cooks me, I’m genuinely asking because I do want to get better at them.

A tricep push down with your back leaning on the cable pole is such a hack man. You cut the bouncing around, position your elbows where you want and you’re able to spend more time under tension. Give these a try the next time you got to the gym 🫡

This might be the best alternative to conventional deadlift. You can also do shrugs, Bulgarian split squats and hip hinges here. Have you tried it?

Here’s a workout that many people mess up. A lot of yanking of the weights and swinging of the body. Let me show you how it’s done.

You’re onto something, this whole situation reminds me of this video I watched. Everything is a mess, from terrible auditing to client funds being wiped through a few unauthorized transactions by employees.

Why do straps get such a bad rep. I’ve seen so many people under my videos criticizing the use of straps. And machines. What’s this mindless need to be manly when there are tools to aid you with what you’re trying to achieve?

Unpopular opinion: if you don’t have dips in your workouts then you’re leaving a lot of gains on the table. You can argue all you want but they go a long way. One of the best compound workouts.
