Given the direction of the rollback and the fact that courses such as Pebble and Riv have become wedgefests. I think it's time to start "retiring" golf courses from pro golf until there is a significant change in equipment. The skill and margins in pro golf get minimized when longer irons are not hit into par 4s. Pebble Beach we will see you in Valhalla.

In general I have found many of the TGL very underwhelming. The holes can be crazy and it’s weird how normal some look. These holes should be really thought provoking, so here’s an example of one that I think would be really fun to watch the best players in the world play.
