NEW footage of the Tony Brothers/Chris Finch confrontation completely changes everything. First clip: Finch is clearly the aggressor, screaming at Brothers AFTER Brothers had already granted the timeout. Second clip is the key. At 5:12, Finch starts signaling for timeout but Minnesota DOESN’T have possession yet. The ball is loose at midcourt. By rule, refs cannot grant timeout there. So the 3 secs Finch is yelling about wanting back is ridiculous. The instant Randle regains possession, Finch signals again and Brothers grants it almost immediately. And here’s the kicker: Brothers actually did Finch a favor and WAITED an extra beat so the Wolves could inbound in the frontcourt instead of dealing with a new 8-second count in the backcourt. So Finch had no legitimate reason to be furious that the timeout wasn’t granted earlier. Add this to his completely incorrect “Wemby had four goaltends” claim after he rewatched the tape, and you start wondering how well he actually knows the rulebook he keeps arguing about.

I bet u didn't notice that Jokic tried to rub some sweat on the ball to make it slippery before OKC inbounded it at the end of the game. Credit Caruso for figuring it out. I've got a titanic double breakdown on NYK BOS & DEN OKC coming up at halftime... Promise you'll watch!🙏🏀

Mathurin leads the series in being upset with no calls after shots of his, and he's got a great argument here

Suns fans should be livid. In order for a time out to be called, the Lakers needed to have possession of the ball. It is clearly not controlled by Reaves as the ball is already free by the time LeBron is turning to the ref with the time out signal. This would’ve tied the game
