.Pablo Torre 👀 has been part of the PTI family for a long time as a regular guest host. He and the Pablo Torre Finds Out team earned a Pulitzer today. Tony Kornheiser & Michael Wilbon closed out today's show w/ this congratulatory shout-out.

ESPN's Alyssa Lang has clearly watched a lot of FRIENDS. This sign-off after her #SECTourney postgame interview today w/ Vanderbilt Men's Basketball's Chandler Bing was perfect. 🤌

ESPN's technical complement for #WCWS is impressive. Meg Aronowitz & team have every angle covered in OKC w/... 🎥 35+ cameras for game/studio 🎥 Drone 🎥 2 Megaladon cams 🎥 Aerial cam on 3rd base line 🎥 80-ft railcam in left field 🎥 Ump cam & 2 Pavora hat cams. Here⬇️

What a moment during the Little League World Series Championship game. A well-deserved salute to Karl Ravech who has brought so much passion, knowledge and fun to ESPN/ABC's coverage of the #LLWS. Karl never wants it to be about himself, but he deserves the accolades.

Tony Kornheiser & Michael Wilbon are consistently great on PTI, but their best work is when they eulogize a legendary sports figure and put that person's life in perspective... just as they did when they wrote award-winning columns in their newspaper days. Today on Mike Ditka:

Chris Berman has called highlights of plays featuring the NFL's all-time greats... Jerry Rice, Barry Sanders and so many more. Love that he did this for Laura Rutledge. Just now on ESPN's NFL Live.

During College GameDay, ESPN debuted the special tease open for tonight's LSU Football Ole Miss Football SEC on ABC primetime matchup. Brad Pitt narrates this set to Fleetwood Mac's "Go Your Own Way" as the soundtrack.

Dave Flemming called his final game for ESPN this week. Jessica Mendoza & Eduardo Perez gave him this wonderful send-off. A consummate pro who never seeks attention, Dave's been a consistent voice at ESPN across college football, basketball, MLB & golf for 16 years. We'll miss him.

.BYU FOOTBALL legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer Steve Young sets the scene for tonight's Notre Dame-BYU top-10 matchup. Our ABC opening tease:

.Kevin Negandhi, who emcees Dick Vitale's annual The V Foundation for Cancer Research Gala, shared a wonderful tribute to Dick tonight on the 6p SportsCenter. Friday's event raised $21M for cancer research, increasing the all-time total to $125M. Incredible. More:

ESPN's Malika Andrews with a lovely personal tribute to longtime Los Angeles Lakers public address announcer Lawrence Tanter on NBA Today. Tanter voiced the cast intro to NBA Today's debut show 5 years ago.

ESPN's Malika Andrews went all the way to #Wimbledon for 2 weeks but NBA business still rolls on as she relays a big news update from Shams Charania during tennis coverage...

Fun Fact: When ESPN was the first network to introduce the virtual yellow 1st & 10 line in 1998, it was Mike Patrick who voiced the explainer to this new tech innovation on Sunday Night Football.

Thoughtful tribute about Mike Patrick from Tony Kornheiser & Michael Wilbon to close today's PTI. Like Tony & Mike, Patrick had strong DC ties. He attended college at GW, worked in the booth w/ a number of Washingtonians and lived in Northern Virginia.

The Pop-Tarts Bowl has a working toaster for a trophy, and the toaster apparently has a catapult function. Tom Hart and Jordan Rodgers find out the hard way in their booth open. (Five second rule does apply.) The #PopTartsBowl is live now on ABC

ESPN's Rece Davis is widely praised for the show opens he writes and narrates for College GameDay. Here's his set-up for today's #Wimbledon Gentlemen's Final. And kudos to Rece on his first fortnight. Great to have him part of our ESPN Tennis coverage the past 2 weeks.

Another wonderful tribute to Ben, highlighting the special bond that Kirk Herbstreit shared w/ him and the joy that he brought to college football fans across the country. From Linsey Davis to close tonight's World News Tonight. 🐶♥️

This is just a beautiful tribute to Cliff Drysdale who is retiring after US Open. Cliff has been part of ESPN since he called the network's first tennis telecast – USA vs Argentina in the Davis Cup on Sept 14, 1979, one week after ESPN debuted. A legend! ❤️🎾

Nice moment w/ Malika Andrews & andyroddick as both wrap up their first #Wimbledon assignments for ESPN. Job well done by both and congrats to ESPN's entire crew in front of and behind the camera in London, led by VP/Production Linda Shultz. Next up: US Open Tennis in August 🎾

12 years ago this week, the #USMNT also faced Belgium in the FIFA World Cup Rd of 16. This was our Wright Thompson-narrated tease open on ESPN (via Bluefoot Entertainment). Good luck to the U.S. Soccer Men's National Team tonight in Seattle. A monumental opportunity for U.S. Soccer.

Great tribute to Bobby Weir from Joe Buck and our ESPN NFL crew coming out of that last break. "Sugar Magnolia" - and the lyric "Saw my baby down by the river" w/ a fitting aerial shot - for the Grateful Dead legend, who was such a big sports fan. ⚡️

Fans of Virginia Cavaliers have been waiting for a Virginia Football moment like this for such a long time. The memories of this one are going to live on for decades - just like the '95 upset of FSU. Wonderful job by our ESPN crew tonight, led by Bob Wischusen Louis Riddick & Kris Budden.
