Bend, Oregon School shooting It was a grade school...again. The weakest and most vulnerable kids studied, played, and were supposed to be safe there. Silver Rail Elementary joins the likes of Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, Cleveland Elementary School in Stockton, California, and Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Lindsay Clancy I was so disappointed in Dr. Resnick's testimony. This is why. 1 - His age. He is 88 and while he seemed lucid of course, he seemed confused about where he conducted the interview. He said Duxbury and the defense attorney had to lead him that is was conducted in Tewksbury. He wasn't even well enough to travel to testify. 2 - He didn't interview Lindsay until 4 months after the murders. How in the World could he evaluate her mental state from January when he talked to her in May and for only 3 hours. 3 - Lindsay was medicated when he interviewed her. ** You can't interview someone who is medicated and rely on the results...Ever. a court won't even take a plea from a medicated person. Update: Abby Zwerner case Below is the released footage of the 6 YO right after he shot Abby. As a reminder: *Abby still suffers with physical issues. *The vice principle was charged criminally, but not convicted for her negligence related to the shooting. *Abby was awarded $10 million for the failures by the vice principle. *6 YO (JT) was taken away from the mother, Deja Taylor, and is with relatives. JT was never charged due to his age. *JT's mother was charged federally with gun/drug charges and locally with child neglect charges. She served 4 years and is out now. Prediction: We will see JT again in the criminal justice system thanks to how his disgraceful mother raised him. Kids aren't born wanting to kill.
