My top 10 tips from 2022 Tip #1 D-linemen aren't typically known for being students of the game, but if you can create a front that knows what's coming before the ball's snapped, you're sitting on gold. Here's an example of the top students of the game, Luke Kuechly.

🔥Unpopular opinion… D-Linemen should never do max squats. As impressive as it is to squat 800 pounds, this type of weight lifting often leads to injury and develops stiffness. Why? 95% of linemen don’t have the flexibility to do execute proper squat technique. Thoughts?

🔥Getting held? Use the scissor technique to deliver precision strikes to your opponents forearms. To execute this technique hook your hands, strike the forearms and finish with a rip. Love watching AD and Demarcus Watt share their knowledge! 🔥A simple way to teach pass rush is to read the pads of your opponent. If his pads are horizontal, speed rush. If his pads are vertical, club, snatch or spin inside. Here’s a drill to practice getting off, reading pad position and reacting with a speed or inside rush.
