For example, I would give to street performers. I’d go up to them close to nighttime and ask how much they needed to make that day to have a good day, and I would tip that amount in full, because any work is work, and it’s better than begging for money. 🔶Another good thing to do is, wherever you go, whether it’s a shop or a restaurant, treat the workers the way you would like to be treated. They are not your slaves, they are people with real lives who are fighting something every day, just like you. 🔸Just as an example, there’s a restaurant we go to with family. There was a new lady working there, and she was so nice. I was really happy, so I gave her a tip as well, a medium one, like $30. 🔸Guess what? Two weeks later, when we went again and sat down, I wanted to order drinks, but she already knew what we wanted. So we asked, “OMG, how?” She said, “Well, I remember you from last time.” I was like, “OMG, we only met one time!” 🔸She said, “Good people stay with you through every interaction.” 🔸After that, of course, she was wonderful during our stay, and we had a great time together. I left her a sweet $150 tip and gave all the other servers an extra $50 each for making it such a nice experience and for training her so well too. 💌 If you see a person in need on the street, go ask what he or she needs. Maybe they need food, a drink, a cigarette, it does not matter. Help with exactly what that person needs, and please do not judge because it can be any one of us in the same situation one day with everything going on in the world. 🐾Let’s not forget about cute animals. If I ever see an animal on the street cat, dog, bird, hedgehog, it doesn’t matter, I will feed it. It literally costs less than $1 to feed a pure soul, so anyone can do it. And if I find an injured animal, I will not rest until I take it to the vet and it’s back on its feet. There are many claims that KOL managers steal a large amount of WLs or $$$ from campaigns, and that is true in 90% of cases. Founders, on the other hand, take the best WLs and give few or none to the team and community. CMs are sometimes paid in $$$, but sometimes they are paid just in WLs. But if they are paid in $$$, they should understand just that they are paid in $$$, they cannot ask someone to do paid services in exchange for WLs, not $$$! 🔹Also, let’s not forget gaming guild–type communities (not all) where founders or core members have alt, small gaming accounts, and instead of paying their REAL community that posts, they cash in the money by paying/picking their OWN accounts. That is the lamest thing that has come to my ears, and sadly, it’s true! 🔹In a bad market like we have now, you will see many FAKE money-making opportunities, like gacha gambling with packs, scratch cards or other stuff that is fully manipulated to take your last cents in crypto. So do not be greedy. Even if you win one time, you will continue and eventually lose it. They always win, NOT you! You are better off going to play slots and, on the first big win, exiting and coming back another day. Be DISCIPLINED! 🌸My personal opinion on what is said above is that these people should be massively ashamed of what they are doing and should be placed in jail as well for stealing money from companies and real small creators. As a founder, my friends and I never took from the team or the community. Even if I was asked whether I also had a WL in a very good project, I would always tell the team YES, we all have, but most of the time I gave mine to them, because that is what a leader does. 🍬From the KOL managing payment/funds that should have gone to ◥🆂🆂🆂◤, I paid more KOLs so the campaign would have more posts and more people could earn. I always put myself in last place because if you are a WINNER you HELP OTHERS ~ THAT IS TRUE POWER! 🍬 I have many offers these days, but I cannot post them because I refuse all that I do not like, no matter the payment. I would rather not post anything than mislead people but I do pass them to other people that work under ◥🆂🆂🆂◤. 🍬Everything I said above about my team, community, and the people I did campaigns with has proof if needed, but I do not think it will be necessary. 🍭Remember, the more you chase money and grind at everything, the more money will run away from you. Oh, I don’t know if that makes much sense, but let me explain: 🪶 So basically, you can imagine or want to achieve something that is far from where you are now, but not too far as like becoming the President of the USA. 🪶 For example, if you are a creator, you can aim to be the best founder, help people, and build a big IRL agency, then become a public figure or a star, at least in your country. That goal is far from where you are now, but it is not impossible. I hope you understand. ⚖️ Learn to be realistic about money too. For example, everyone wants to make their first million dollars, but in reality, you will spend more than half of it on taxes and other expenses. In the end, you may only be able to afford a medium-sized apartment with that cash. Then what? See, $1 million is not that much. I also didn’t mention having to split profits with family or a team, so aim higher like Senpai did ^~^ 💵 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗬 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 ~ Yes, you’ve heard it everywhere. Also, for small accounts and creators, those types of posts and campaigns are good so they can learn and earn something. 🔴One problem is when people that I used to pay $450–$1500/post and who had a good image in Web3 start doing InfoFi, that is clearly shameful, like you asked for hundreds of $$$ in the past and now you post sh1t for FREE! 🔴Second problem is the same people who do GM/GN posts or InfoFi posts started making angry posts about it, but in fact, it’s their fault they do not get high-paying gigs, and InfoFi became a real trend. (I am referring to people with status and a big audience or influence, not creators.) It’s basically like complaining about something YOU created, LOL. ♦️As many good KOL managers or companies already know, my prices start from 4-5 digits and up, but even if you pay in full or more, I can still refuse if I do not like it. What I want to say about this is that me and others did not change our value, no matter the market. On the contrary, we always overdeliver! ♦️As an example, if last autumn I sold you 1 KG of potatoes for $1k, by how the market is now, does it mean I should sell it for $80? OFC NOT! They hate, betray, talk bad, etc., so another good gate will open for you and one will close for them. Trust the process. Everyone gets in return exactly what they put out into the universe, so they will get punished soon. Therefore, there is no reason to hate back or hold a grudge on someone. Hell, so many people hated or talked bad about me just because I did not flirt back with them or give them $$$/opportunities, LMAO. 🔹There are creators that we promoted for FREE and now have hundreds of interactions. Before I took them, they had 5 likes. Some are still respectful, and we appreciate them, but some do not even leave a like. Do you think these people will go far in life?
