Vaccum training tips. Had some folks ask for tips on this, and cant remember who all it was. But I found making this content awkward. Definitely something to work on. I plan to put together some tips on Bodybuilding posing as well so hopefully they will get better and more natural as I progress. Anyway, hope its helpful and any questions feel free to shoot them my way. Aloha_Peak_Performance

Peak Week update. This week is about not getting hurt, drop the fatigue, keep blood flowing to the muscle but dont get near failure. Light chest pump work done, still low carb so not as full as we will be.
