Simply investing a FEW MINUTES a day on your mobility can be a GAME CHANGER for many golfers! ⛳️🧘‍♂️🙌 Yet it’s still something many don’t do! 😭 Just 5 mins a day 🟰 Over 30 mins a week Over 2.5 hours a month Over 10 hours across the next 4 months! Little + often really does add up 😉 Making a small time investment in each day on your mobility really can help how you move + feel both on and off the golf course and this is even more relevant if you’re someone stuck behind a desk all week! 🙂

Love this from Rory McIlroy 💯🙌 Reducing injury risk, increasing availability to play/ practice, and feeling good both on + off the course are great benefits of fitness training for golf 🏋️‍♂️ Not everything training wise needs to be swing speed related, although Rory has defo added speed over the last few years! 🚀 2-3 strength + power sessions a week, a few mins daily mobility, and getting plenty of steps in on the golf course itself, is a pretty decent + sustainable way of training for many golfers 😁

𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐛𝐢𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐟 𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠? 🤔⛳️ Then give these 5 moves a try 👊 1️⃣ - Banded Golf Posture Rotations Keep band pulled apart and shoulders engaged as you rotate in your golf posture. ⏰ - 30 secs each side 2️⃣ - Elevated Reachthroughs Drive top arm down hard into elevated surface like a bench/ sofa as you spin under it. ⏰ - 30 secs each side 3️⃣ - Kneeling Rotations You can replicate this move with a stick/ club on a cloth and a floor that slides. ⏰ - 30 secs each side 4️⃣ - Half Kneeling Scoops Use a golf club here and rotate + reach each time. ⏰ - 30 secs each side 5️⃣ - Steering Wheel Rotations Work through the trunk to really rotate and help pull you into more ROM. ⏰ - 60 secs total All done and dusted in 5 minutes 😎 Get after it and let me know how you get on 😁 A few mins daily mobility can be great for you both on and off the course and really complement your strength + power training too 🏋️‍♂️ Although it won’t directly impact your swing, if a lack of range of motion is holding you back then creating more freedom through your trunk could help provide more options on how you swing the club👌
