Here is a drill to help you learn what... it feels like to use the ground and start to sequence effectively. Notice how the club is setup in the video between my feet. Get to your back swing and jump favoring your lead foot left and laterally like I am. With that feeling step in and hit one. Not where you are pushing off from when you swing and try and get that into a feeling that makes sense to you. This is how power is created in the golf swing. This is also where physical limitations can show up.show more

Stiff Upper Back.... Here are the 3 exercises that... improve thoracic spine mobility and strengthen your upper back. Your thoracic spine is designed to move through rotation, flexion, and extension. If it becomes stiff, your neck and shoulders often have to do more of the work, which can lead to tightness and make good posture harder to maintain. Exercises like these help restore movement where your body is meant to move while strengthening the muscles that support your shoulder blades and upper back. Over time, this can help you move more comfortably, improve posture, and reduce unnecessary stress on your neck and shoulders. If you found this helpful, Repost and comment "Posture ". ๐Connecting your coaching eye to your clinical reasoning! Observe... the leg cycle of the leg closest to the camera on each drill. Bryson DeChambeau hasnโt played since the Ryder Cup and... he wonโt be again until LIV Golf Riyadh in February. He says heโs been speed training through the off season though and has a target of reaching a comfortable 200mph ball speed. Heโs also been playing table tennis with Americaโs number 1, Kanak Jha. Speaking to Tom Hobbs from Flushing It Golf, Bryson said: โIโm not playing until Riyadh. Iโm going to be going in hot though. Iโm sneaky working on my game really hard. โI'm going to start ramping up my speed again. I ramped up my speed in November, got it to where I was pumping over 190 quite efficiently with some slow golf balls and stuff. I got to 200 quite a bit. โI havenโt done much recently though. I was playing some ping pong actually the past couple of days with the number one USA player, Kanak Jha. He's so much fun. Ping Pong is my favourite sport, so I got to learn a little bit from the best in the U.S. Heโs twenty first in the world. So nobody's really gotten that high from the U.S. which is sweet. โBut I'll get back to speed training right after Christmas and going into the new season, I want to be close to 200. So that's my goal. Iโll just get to a place where Iโm super comfortable swinging fast.โ The last time Bryson went after speed he gained an enormous amount of mass. Heโs come back down through the weights though over the last few seasons and is much healthier for it. But, if Force = Mass x Acceleration, will he look to add more mass again and whatโs more important, increasing acceleration or gaining mass? โThey're both very important. If you don't have any mass, you can't accelerate it. It's a symbiotic relationship. It's actually more like F equals M V squared, thatโs more of the velocity side of it. โYou can accelerate too, but what I would say is the most important thing is it's not necessarily the mass or the acceleration, itโs the ability to put pressure onto the club. So you're able to apply pressure and control that through your grip strengths around a circle, that's probably the more important piece. Applying controlled pressure to the golf club like grip pressure. โIt's not that you just accelerate the club, because you have to learn how to control the face through that motion as well. So it's all, you know, you can say it's acceleration, but it's a lot of grip pressure stuff. The more you control the grip pressure and how you're moving that grip, I would say thatโs more the answer to your question. โAnd I guess at a certain point thereโs dimishning return with, you know, going up in the mass and even down in the mass. There is a sweet spot for swinging a golf club. If you get a speedstick, there's just not enough mass behind it to create the smash factor necessary, and vice versa if it is too heavy, you canโt swing it that fast. โI'll always say swinging and accelerating the club is probably the most important, but the real answer is applying the most pressure to the golf club. The grip pressure. Youโre not gripping it tighter, but your hand force into it pulling it and then throwing it around the corner.โ Continues in comments thread below. But since you like attacking other creators for their work, how about this: You commission an artist for every single image because you can't draw either, then try to use it to flex on people over books that have sold maybe a couple hundred copiesโand that's being generous. Two years released and FOUR reviews. As far as not creating anything on my own. I create far more and move far more people on the daily than you've done in your entire career. Training glutes still doesnโt get the love it should... from men. Aesthetically, sure, your focus will be more on the V taper frame, or strong arms. But as the largest and strongest muscle in the body, the glutes have the potential to really boost your transformation to a top 1% physique. Itโs the same concept as investing money into the market or a cash flowing real estate deal. You put in the capitalโฆ And then the asset pays you for your ownership. When you have strong glutes, you now have the biggest muscle in the human body paying you metabolic โdividendsโ around the clock. Burning more calories just by existing. As a result, you get leaner while having MORE wiggle room diet wise. Which makes your hormones improve, and all of the sudden you have this flywheel of positive change. Itโs a compounding effect. Not to mention, it helps keeps your back and hips healthy and flexible. You retain more of your ability to move well as you get older. Strong glutes = absolutely one of your biggest ASSets (da dum, tssssk ๐) And the whole point of owning assets is that they work on your behalf, instead of you staying on the treadmill of the same effort over and over and over again just to get average results. IDK who needs to hear this, but use your... rifle's safety. Enough nonsense about leaving it off. It's easy to do and adds no time to anything. -------- This is a box drill, 4 cones about 5-7 meters apart, in a square. The focus is to shoot while entering and exiting positions. You shoot when next to each cone. If you are just getting started, you may have to stop completely to shoot. The idea is to never really stop moving, though and only slow enough to confidently get your hits. The more stable you are able to get while moving, the sooner and faster you can make your shots. Target distance can vary based on how difficult you want it to be, anywhere from 7-20 yards from the forward cones.show more

How to stand out as a VTuber! (From a... full-time Vtuber and VTuber Manager) 1 - Plan your content Make a schedule, look into games, stats, what makes you perform best and what is challenging. Make sure you have a concrete plan for every day. 2 - Know your model Spend time with your model and your rigger to make it move effectively and make sure your lip sync and movements are visible and match your style of speaking. 3 - Branding Make sure that what your theme is is reflected and visible in what you create, make sure it's easy to understand and pass on. Not everyone will have time to learn your full lore and tell it to their friends, but if you can sum up who you are in one sentence you make it easier for them. 4 - Have fun Everyone has a bad day, but there is no need to make your audience feel down. It's okay to skip a day or a challenge so you can provide a more welcoming environment for viewers. 5 - Work hard and reflect Nobody wants to admit they have been lazy or could have done more, but sometimes it's good to admit to yourself that you were expecting too high a number for the content you put out. It sucks, but looking into your weaknesses as well as strengths is the only way to do better in the future. 6 - Set clear boundaries Don't let chatters push to far and have clear, written rules that are enforced by mods and don't make exceptions. A healthy community reflects a healthy streamer and healthy environment and takes time and effort to build. 7 - Reinvent the wheel Not every idea has been done before, and it's always okay to look at trends and ask friends for help, BUT show people that you can stand out on your own, that your stream can provide what no other stream can. Be it a special event, way you play a game, or chatting content you see nobody else do. Ask yourself: What would you enjoy watching and go from there, the right people will follow.show more

I just built a Meta Ads diagnostic in Claude... Code that tells you WHY your account broke, not just what changed ๐คฏ It spins up a team of agents that each investigate a different reason performance dropped, then argue against each other to kill the wrong answer before it ever reaches you. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who panic-kill creative the second CPA spikes. If you've watched ROAS fall off a cliff and opened Ads Manager with ten tabs going, you already know what happens next. Your gut says "creative fatigue." You kill your best-performing ad. A week later performance is still broken, because that was never the problem. Guessing wrong is the most expensive move in paid social. This workflow ends the guessing: โ One agent investigates each competing theory โ creative fatigue, budget and delivery changes, traffic quality, offer and seasonality โ Each one is blind to the others, reasoning only from its own slice of the data so they can't bias each other โ A refuter agent then attacks every surviving theory and tries to kill it โ A theory only stands if the data can't disprove it โ You get a ranked diagnosis: the real cause, the evidence for and against it, and the one move to make this week No anchoring on the first obvious answer. No killing winning creative on a hunch. No "here's what happened" reports that never tell you why. What you get: โ Every theory tested in parallel instead of one biased guess โ An adversarial pass that kills the wrong answer before you act on it โ A ranked diagnosis with confidence levels and evidence both ways โ A reusable workflow you drop next month's export into and re-run Built 100% in Claude Code with the new dynamic workflows. The first account I ran it on looked like textbook creative fatigue. The workflow disagreed, and traced the real cause to a budget change that had doubled spend and flooded delivery with junk traffic. I put together a full playbook with the exact workflow, the prompt, and how to run it on your own account. It's not that you don't want to rotate the... hips. There is rotation, but you have to be able to quickly decelerate that rotation and then transfer the momentum to your core for rotation. You want to stabilize the hips so your core can swing and make full use of concentration and ecentric strength. But the core can't be tense until the moment you strike. Otherwise, energy is lost. Or, to put it in physics terms, you want to maximize impulse by decreasing the time the force is applied to stop the momentum of your rotation. In my hiatus, I had figured that part out. That punching is effectively the same motion and muscle recruitment pattern as a golf swing, baseball swing, quarterback pass, or even bowling. What had always troubled me was understanding how to synchronize my feet with these movements. That's where Tom Yankello Boxing and his brilliant training comes into play. My development had always been limited by not understanding the mechanics of a rotational movement across the traverse plane of motion. Once I got that, I figured it out, I could way more easily absorb and understand boxing. I can actually learn how to fight.show more

NOBODY tells you the real reason people move to... Dubai. Itโs not the taxes. Everyone leads with the taxes because itโs the easy answer. The real reason is quieter and harder to admit. Itโs that for the first time in your life, the country is on your side. You spend 30 years in the West being treated like a suspect. Your bank watches you. Your government taxes you and resents you for earning it. The news tells you that wanting to be successful makes you the problem. Then you land here and something flips. The bank wants your business. The government wants you to build. Nobody looks at your wealth like you stole it. Nobody makes you apologize for working hard. You donโt realize how heavy that weight was until somebody takes it off your back. Thatโs the part the haters will never understand. They think people move here to dodge a tax bill. How to stay sane VTubing for a living! (From... a full-time Vtuber and manager) 1 - Let people know you are in it full-time: Let your audience know this relies on their support without holding them hostage; Let them know you value their support, yes also to lurkers, yes also to people who can only be there for a few minutes a day. They are who made you. 2 - Be greatful: Don't whine about failures, celebrate the times you get back up. Nobody likes consistent negativity on their feed. Of course you can express when you are struggling, BUT consider building yourself AND your audience up, tons better for your MH. 3 - Budget properly: Yes, that new model or $300 background looks good, but surviving looks better, staying out of debt feels loads better. Keep aa 50-50 from your goals as a wage and only reinvest 50% of your VTuber stonks into VTubing, especially into projects that make very little back like music, skebs, etc. 4 - Be friendly, not a pushover: Risking your safety, mh, privacy is never worth it. Nobody should be making demands beyond the boundaries and timescale you set. Collab not comfortable for your schedule, don't do it. Friends pushing you to show your irl info, not your friends. Chat asking too much from you, you can give them a friendly no. It's your space, curate it to your needs. 5 - Work hard and reflect: Nobody wants to admit they have been lazy or could have done more, but sometimes it's good to admit to yourself that you were expecting too high a number for the content you put out. It sucks, but looking into your weaknesses as well as strengths is the only way to do better in the future. 6 - Make time: Don't spend 12h a day streaming when you get paid less than minimum wage per hour, stop burning yourself out for zero discoverability. Your time is better spend brainstorming and creating more off-stream content, looking at other streamers content and learning from those that came before you. Your time is so valuable, don't waste it. 7 - Finally: You are a person off-stream!!! Eat, drink, workout, socialize if you can. Have secrets. Have a life, friends and interests outside of stream. You don't need to share everything with your chat and community, and likewise you DON'T have to share your VTubing journey with your family if they don't need to know. If it's full-time, it's a job, there needs to be a step back at the end of the day, for your own sanity. Hope this reaches those that want to go full-time as a VTuber!!!show more

Your baby needs a little tummy time daily. Yesterday... I wrote about crawling, noting that with sleep recommendations now (wisely) advising infants sleep only on their backs, babies are spending less and less time in a downward facing position - making it all the more important that parents build well supervised tummy time into their daily routines. Tummy time has many benefits. Primary among them, it strengthens the back, neck and arm muscles that help with holding up the head, rolling over, sitting and crawling. It also helps to decrease the incidence of flat spots on the back of your babyโs head. And it can help relieve gas and constipation, just to name a few. You can begin short, supervised periods of tummy time as soon as your child is born. These earliest sessions often begin on momโs chest - but can be done on other safe surfaces as well. Begin with 2-3 minutes at a time and work your way up. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends increasing the frequency and duration of these sessions to the point your baby spends a total of 20-30 minutes a day by the time your baby is 7 weeks old. Be forewarned that, especially early on, tummy time is a workout (and therefore not always well liked by some children) - but with time and experience will help to develop the muscle strength your newborn lacks. This little one (shared to IG by enjoybabyss) has got tummy time down pat. Check out those strong neck muscles!show more

The thing I help hitters with the most.. (1... good way to train it๐๐ผ) They start on time but never actually get loaded to GO. They think theyโre ready. Theyโre not. So they start earlier next time. Same problem. โโ This is a conversation I have with almost every hitter. When is the right time for you? - Based on your load style - Based on how long your load takes - Based on the pitcherโs velo, windup, or slide step โโ If thatโs you, try a โloaded at releaseโ type load. Bobby Witt. Judge. Get your hip and elbow loaded early. Then stride with it ready to fire. โThe pitcher is up there for 20 seconds telling you to get ready. Shame on you if youโre not ready to swing.โ ____ If I have you in the cage, what Iโll do is have you get into a no stride position, get ready to swing and I stand there for 1-4 secondsโฆ Holding my hand out over the plate ready to snap my fingers. When I snap, you swing. Do that 4-5x. You get the quickness, readiness feeling. Then we go back to stride with moving ball and youโre trying to time up that same GO move with the ball With your foot up in the air and the GO will make the foot go down. Not foot down then swing. That typically kills quickness. This works 95% of the time Iโd say! โโ > Send this to a hitter who needs it > Save it for when you need it.show more
