This is something I am working on massively in my own game🏌️♂️ For years I was coached to pull the handle, turn + hold and it killed my game 😭 Appreciate everyone is different but this notion that “release” is somehow bad has not been very helpful overall I’d say 🤷♂️

Love this from Women’s US Open Champion Maja Stark at this weeks first major The Chevron as shot by Beth Ann Nichols ⛳️🙌 Bands are perfect for pre-round or pre-range session warmups and I recommend getting a couple and keeping them in your golf bag👌 Some great moves here working on pushing, pulling, lower body stability, freedom through the trunk and just look at the intent on those last few reps too 🔥 This kind of stuff is simple, easy to do and doesn’t take up much time yet it is still something the vast majority of golfers don’t take advantage of 😩
