Suspicion fell on a train attendant. RAC सीट – 18 घंटे का सफर और बैठना पड़े आधी सीट पर, वो भी AC कोच में 💁♂️ पूरा किराया देकर आधी सीट पाना कहाँ तक सही है? Ministry of Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw जी, भारतीय रेलवे के कुछ नियमों में तत्काल सुधार की आवश्यकता है। यदि यात्री को आधी सीट दी जाती है, तो किराया भी उसी अनुपात में लिया जाना चाहिए।यात्रियों को सिर्फ TTE के भरोसे छोड़ देना क्या न्यायसंगत है? अधिकांश मामलों में सीट कंफर्म नहीं होती, और कई बार कोच अटेंडेंट की मिलीभगत से खाली सीटें बेचे जाने की शिकायतें भी सामने आती हैं। भारतीय रेलवे से विनम्र अनुरोध है कि RAC नियमों में संशोधन कर यात्रियों को राहत प्रदान की जाए। Ravneet Singh Bittu V.
