📌Remember when we were told there was Ring video proving Karen Read hit John O’Keefe? That evidence never materialized in court. Instead, jurors saw Ring footage from John’s driveway showing Karen leaving to search for him hours later. The prosecution did not produce Ring video showing Karen striking John at 34 Fairview. For a case that was supposed to be backed by overwhelming evidence, one of the most talked-about pieces of “proof” simply never appeared. Now we’re hearing from a witness, who was sequestered during the first Karen Read trial, that they say former MSP Trooper Michael Proctor’s reports contained statements they never made. According to those witnesses, they told ADA Adam Lally about the discrepancies. It was ignored. What’s even more striking? During opening statements, the Commonwealth told the jury they would hear from at least one of those witnesses… but that witness was never called. Why promise testimony to the jury, then never present it after being told the witness disputed what was attributed to them in an investigative report? The integrity of any investigation depends on accurate reports. If witnesses are now saying their statements were misrepresented, those allegations deserve scrutiny. According to former MSP Trooper Michael Proctor’s own notes, he knew Colin Albert was inside 34 Fairview on the night Officer John O’Keefe was found dying on Brian Albert’s lawn on January 29, 2022. Yet Colin Albert was reportedly omitted from Proctor’s report and was not formally interviewed until approximately 18 months later. Think about that. A person Proctor allegedly knew was present inside the house was left out of his report and wasn’t questioned for a year and a half. Officer Nicholas O'Malley charged w/ voluntary manslaughter after fatal OIS on March 11 in Boston, MA. Suspect Stephenson King allegedly carjacked a woman, ignored commands, maneuvered stolen vehicle toward officers (struck a cruiser), then tried to flee. Union & attorneys: 1) Body cam DOESN'T show what the officer saw in real time…tunnel vision, stress, split-second decisions. 2) Comply with police commands & you'll be ok. 📌 So let me get this straight… During H3 Podcast’s discussion about Aidan Kearney, a supporter says she was timed out simply for commenting that Aidan has a “big heart” and for reaching out to let him know he was being discussed. Why? Because she believed he had a right to know and a right to defend himself. And apparently were told they tattletaled to Turtleboy, as if informing someone they are the subject of a public discussion is somehow inappropriate. Love him or hate him, if you’re going to dedicate an entire segment to talking about someone, shouldn’t they at least be afforded the opportunity to respond? Since when did informing someone they are being discussed become controversial? Silencing supporters and shutting down even mildly positive comments while criticizing someone publicly doesn’t project confidence in your arguments. It sends the message that only one side of the conversation is welcome. Agree with Turtleboy or not, free speech, fairness, and due process shouldn’t disappear because the target is someone unpopular with certain corners of the internet. The amount of fuckery disgraced former MSP lead detective Michael Proctor causes every where he hopes is astonishing! First I got a new phone you won’t find anything, oopsie he forgot the iCloud, now Karen Reads attorneys are trying to get the phone, and conveniently “he’s lost the phone.” I guess when you plant evidence to frame someone for murder, you can feel just as comfortable at destroying evidence as well. 😂 he’s already been fired, can never work in law enforcement in MA again, eh what’s destroying evidence 🤷‍♀️
