History has vindicated Pat Buchanan—resoundingly, undeniably, time and again. His warnings about globalism, about the hollowing out of our industries, about the dangers of endless wars and cultural collapse, have proven prescient. And his courage, his willingness to endure mockery and scorn in defense of his principles, should be a lesson for every American who still believes in this country’s promise. Awarding Pat Buchanan the Presidential Medal of Freedom, as Rep. Riley M. Moore and I asked President Donald J. Trump, would not just honor a man—though doing so would be long overdue. It would also send an unmistakable message that the era of conservative timidity is over, that the movement which once censored and sidelined its boldest voices is gone for good.

A major victory for the rule of law and equal representation in Virginia! Governor Spanberger’s blatant power grab to silence the voices of half of Virginians in Congress will go nowhere. Last month’s redistricting vote was unconstitutional from the outset, and I’m grateful the Virginia Supreme Court stood firm on the state Constitution without yielding to political pressure.

That we’re even talking about the “Dignidad” Act and amnesty rather than scaling up deportations is a sign that the D.C. Uniparty is fighting for business as usual. If conservatives in Congress want voters to trust them again this November, they have to deliver on the promises they made to the American people.
