We in Karnataka are proud that state’s own tax revenue (SOTR) contributes 77% our revenue receipts. Perhaps the highest of any state in India. It’s a self-reliant state. We get so little from the central govt, as a share of our budget it’s probably the lowest in the whole country. This despite paying the second highest taxes in the country. #NDRF #TaxDevaluation #Karnataka

Second ramp on Hebbal Flyover open (for trial phase). Additional loop from Airport road to enter city is now being allowed for traffic. Almost nil traffic on Monday morning to enter the city from Hebbal flyover. Finally a solution to years of traffic jams to enter city at Hebbal flyover. #hebbalflyover #byatarayanapuraconstituency

Drone based resurvey of all lands is being piloted and tested in Uyyamballi Block of #Ramanagara Dist. Last survey was done around 1920 ! If pilot is successful, we want to take up resurvey of whole state. That will revolutionise survey records, clean out disputes and give us tamper-proof advanced digital land sketches. Hope to complete pilot in 2 months. #Revenue #govtofkarnataka
