The holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy trial was doxxed by Turtleboy - his name, address, family, finances, landlord's name and even his divorce paperwork. A couple things: #1 You will never convince me that Aidan Kearney recorded this call with Karen Read to play for his non-existent "therapist" as he has previously claimed, and then screen recorded it for "safekeeping." This is obviously blackmail. Make no mistake - he is the one who screen recorded it. His text notifications pop up, as you can see. #2 I am bothered that what I have recieved is in clips. Without context the statements she makes, although seemingly incriminating, are not entirely clear. This is frustrating for me and has prevented me from posting. But this one is clear enough. Adam Deitch for District Attorney, please explain why you were having private conversations with a murder defendant during an investigation you spearheaaded which yielded zero arrests, indictments or evidence of any conspiracy, public corruption or malfeasance, just to have that murder defendant leak it all to a blogger. You can answer here, or I will simply find you out on the campaign trail and ask you in front of all those voters you are attempting to woo. You can lie to yourself and think I won't, but I promise you, I will, and I will bring this recording with me.

JUDGE GILDEA RIPS INTO KAREN READ'S ATTORNEY The mainstream media hid this - but I won't. Here is the beginning of yesterday's hearing, where the judge admonishes Attorney Rosenberg and even threatens to cancel the hearing if he doesn't STFU. Judge rebukes him for his games in motions, serving late subpoenas, and making a conscious decision not to attend the deposition of Colin Albert.

Out of his own mouth, #Turtleboy admits that he and Karen Read have known since February (as well as Read's attorneys) that the federal investigation was closed without any targets, arrests or findings of wrongdoing. They hid that from the public and lied about it for months because the trial was ongoing, and Karen wanted to mislead the public into accquitting her. Shameful. There are no "real killers." Several law enforcement agencies investigated this and only ever found evidence to support Karen Read being the killer. Because she is. This is innocence fraud, and it is the antithesis of justice. Shameful.

The Commonwealth's theory in the #KarenReadTrial is that Karen, while drunk, angry and on the heels of a spat with John O'Keefe, backed up her car at 24mph, struck him around 12:31am-12:32am, and then left him to succumb to his massive head injury and the cold. We know from the forensic data on O'Keefe's phone that he moved for the last time, 36 steps in 20 seconds of movement, between 12:31am - 12:32am. His cell phone remained under his body, with the battery temperature dropping and the cameras obstructed, from 12:32am until he was found just after 6am, in the same spot Karen admits she left him. Karen's phone, on the other hand, connected to John's wifi at 12:36am. Karen states she left John near the flag pole and went straight to his house. Judging by the drive time, all illustrated below, she left John at the flagpole outside of 34 Fairview Road at the exact time that he stopped moving forever. Let that sink in. The drive from 34 Fairview road to John's home on Meadows Ave is 3 minutes, 41 seconds.

I believe karen read and her zealous supporters mass reported a lot of my signal message dump for "sharing private information". Apparently exposure is good for everyone else, but not her. These are HER WORDS. Aidan Kearney did WHAT SHE TOLD HIM TO. And she told him to do WHAT SHE KNEW WAS WITNESS INTIMIDATION. Anyway, I'm putting em back up. Cry about it. Just a quick early week update, everybody! Aidan "Turtlboy" Kearney, while suffering from a supposedly debilitating ear infection (presumably caused by dirty pool he doesn't know hoew to maintain), has spent today gloating about the financial ruin happening to Chris Albert - a named victim in two of his cases. It is approximately four months to his criminal trial. If you think he's a smary guy, you are 100% wrong, a smart guy would have STFU a long time ago.

Well it was looking pretty bleak for any specifics..... til Machado opened her mouth. Thank you for that, Jess. Meredith O'Neil has obtained a 209a domestic violence restraining order against Aidan Kearney. Case solved. This is now two separate girlfriends who have sought protection from abuse.

Let's talk about the truth vs. the way Turtleboy falsey presents himself. In a 2018 deposition, the then-still-married Kearney admitted that his schoolteacher wife was the breadwinner and paid all the bills, while he sat home unemployed and blogging and bought her no gifts outside of the occassional "pair of jeans from Walmart". His wife was ALWAYS the only person on the mortgage. Did his Karen Read windfall improve his poor wife's situation? No. Per their divorce, Kearney is only paying $400 a week for two children. That's certainly not the lowest number, but it's not very high, particularly when you think about how much money he claims to make. His wife got the house, but she is still the only person responsible for the mortgage. Fair enough, one would suppose, except she has to work TWO JOBS including nights at a chicken finger booth to pay for their children's wants and needs, because Kearney flat out refuses. What else does he refuse to pay for/do for his kids? Stay tuned. If you see his ex wife in the chicken finger booth, please quietly tip her extra, and don't tell her why or make it into a thing. She deserves it more than you know.

Thousands of deranged TikTok wine moms who are in large majority spreading a vicious rumor that Patrick Clancy is responsible for the deaths of his children and "framed" Lindsay Clancy have raised over $800,000 for Lindsay's parents, Mike and Paula Musgrove. Notably, today on direct examination by Lindsay's attorney Kevin Reddington, Paula Musgrove was noticably hesitant to credit Patrick Clancy's parents with helping with the children as Lindsay battled her post partum depression. They aren't blaming Patrick. Lindsay has admitted to killing her children. But Lindsay and her parents are now financially benefitting from those who do, and that seems to have some influence inside the courtroom. This is why criminal trials should not in any way generate profit. It hurts people, influences proceedings in large and subtle ways, and cheapens the tragedy. I empathazie with the Musgroves for what they have endured leading up to and after the evening Lindsay strangled her three small children to death. But that doesn't entitle them to 2 million dollars. The children are the victims in this case. No amount of money will change what happened to those children.
