I just really don’t understand what is going on or happening to me…I mean of course I know logically, but I just don’t understand why I can’t stop breaking down and sobbing every single day at some point…I thought it was meant to start getting better…LIES!!! Can’t take it 😢 I miss my Mommee so much…I’ll never get over this. I’ve dreaded it for as far back as I can remember, and I just can’t comprehend it. The only person who loved me totally unconditionally, who taught me everything one needs to know about being a good person…I’m completely lost without her. Lost. I don’t understand anything anymore, and I’m so unwell on top of everything. I feel like I’m slipping away. Sorry. I keep thinking that if I communicate it, it might get better. Sorry. Ignore me. I’m such a failure. That’s why nobody can really insult me, because I tell myself the worst things already. Oh what’s the bloody use 😔 And before someone has the bright light to tell me I’m feeling sorry for myself, you’re damn right I am!!

I really thought that the grief was somehow diminishing, even by the most minuscule amount, yet out of left field since Monday, it feels like I was suddenly smashed on my head by a two by four, and I’ve been sobbing every day & night since then!! I can’t do this…just can’t 😭
