Pay attention to your grip. That’s where your lat engagement starts. I always tell people, don’t over-grip the bar. Use more of your fingers, not your full palm. That keeps the tension off the arms and puts it where it belongs. Drive the elbows down, stay controlled, and feel the lats do the work. Stay with it. The Dutch Giant
