There’s been a lot of talk lately about CM Punk’s improved physique and the usual speculation that comes with it. Is he on steroids? TRT? HRT? The reality is nobody knows except him and the medical professionals involved, if any. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: happiness is a choice, and being angry and complaining is a choice. We all have free will. When I look at Punk’s physique, I don’t see something that screams steroid abuse. I see a stronger, healthier version of his previous self. There are a lot of things that can create that result. Training heavier in lower rep ranges can add thickness and density to muscles. Better nutrition, better recovery, better sleep, lower stress, eliminating seed oils, and simply being more consistent can all lead to significant improvements. Could TRT or HRT be involved? Sure, it’s possible. But if someone has medically low testosterone or hormone levels, restoring them to healthy levels is about health and quality of life. It shouldn’t be something people are shamed for. There’s a big difference between optimizing health and abusing performance-enhancing drugs. Having been under the WWE Wellness Program myself, I understand the rules and requirements. Personally, I don’t believe CM Punk is abusing steroids. I believe he’s likely made positive changes, and whatever he’s doing appears to be working. What I find interesting is how much body shaming exists in pro wrestling. People complain about Mason Rook because of how he looks. People complain about CM Punk because he improved his physique. It seems no matter what someone does, there’s always a group looking to criticize. Personally, I’m happy to see him looking healthy and strong. And maybe now he understands why the term “steroid guy” was never the right label for someone like me. I’ve been against steroid abuse since I was very young, but I’ve always been for optimal health and becoming the best version of ourselves. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

I’m always grateful to have left a lasting impact on professional wrestling. Being the first to introduce the double stack finisher, lifting opponents of all sizes for the Double Shell Shock, was an incredible moment. It is now being used in WWE 2K25 as part of double stack finishers. Thank you to all the great people and fans out there for keeping my memory alive. FEED ME MORE!

Roman Reigns has always been one of the most respectful, professional people I’ve known in this business. He’s a family man and someone who’s done a lot of good for a lot of people. WWE and UFC are under the same company. If one of the biggest stars in WWE is invited to a major UFC event, it shouldn’t surprise any of us that he’d attend. Going to an event doesn’t suddenly define someone’s character or mean we know everything they believe. The bigger issue is how quickly we’ve become to judge and tear each other down over things that have nothing to do with how we treat people. There’s already enough negativity in the world without adding to it. Happiness is a choice. The more we focus on becoming better ourselves instead of criticizing every decision someone else makes, the better our own lives become. Sometimes the biggest changes begin when we look in the mirror instead of looking for someone else to blame. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

A lot of people love to regurgitate the same misinformation about the night I failed to hit the Shell Shock on Tensai early in my Ryback run. I’ve told the truth about it multiple times, and I’ll continue to do so because the truth always wins. Tensai did NOT sandbag me. I failed to properly execute my own finish that night. That was on me. And you know what? Winners fail. The most successful people in life often fail more than anyone because they’re willing to put themselves in situations where failure is possible. That night, I was extremely ill and having difficulty breathing. I was given the option to take the night off, but I chose to compete. People paid their money to be entertained, and as long as I felt I could go out there and perform, I was going to try. I made a mistake with my positioning when I hooked Tensai for the Shell Shock. With larger athletes, positioning and weight distribution are extremely important. Strength was never the issue. I rushed the setup, didn’t hook him correctly, and the lift failed. 100% my responsibility. What rarely gets shown are the successful Shell Shocks on Tensai, including afterward. Failure gets clicks. Rage bait gets engagement. Misinformation gets repeated until people mistake repetition for truth. But that failure taught me something valuable: respect positioning, take my time, and never assume strength can overcome poor technique. I learned from it, corrected it, and it never happened again. Never be ashamed of failing. Own it. Learn from it. Grow from it. Then come back better. Failure isn’t the opposite of success. Sometimes failure is the lesson that creates your future success. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Many years ago, I was told to shut the engine off. But I knew something they didn’t. If I shut that engine completely off, there was no guarantee it would ever restart at the level it once ran. So I kept it on. I tested it from time to time. I kept it sharp. I kept it ready. But I never put the pedal to the metal. I backed off when I needed to. I coasted when I had to. I protected the engine while the world assumed the race was over. It wasn’t. The engine is still intact. Still running. Still waiting. And maybe it’s finally time we find out what happens when The Big Guy puts the pedal to the metal again. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

I always loved wrestling with Seth Rollins. We’ve wrestled many, many times, and he’s taken hundreds of back body drops from me over the years. There’s a reason not a lot of guys do that move or take it well. It takes precise timing, trust, and real chemistry. Seth was always willing and even eager to take that bump, trusting me to deliver it safely and effectively. It’s an aggressive bump no matter what, but we were always able to get serious height and make the crowd react to something as simple as a back body drop. That’s a special thing in this business. I’m very grateful for Seth, his love for the business, and for putting his body on the line time and time again. I tossed him around like a rag doll plenty of times, and he never backed down. Much respect. And that’s the last bite. Feed me more!

Tonight’s Hell in a Cell match has all the ingredients to be something special. Brock Lesnar brings unmatched experience and intensity, while Oba Femi has been building incredible momentum and looks like a future cornerstone of WWE. Having been in a very similar position during my career, I’m going with Oba Femi. I think he has the momentum, and I’m rooting for him to come out on top. It’ll be interesting to see what the company does with his character over the next year if he gets the win. Looking forward to a hard-hitting battle between two absolute powerhouses. I enjoyed SummerSlam Night 1 and I’m looking forward to SummerSlam Night 2. This isn’t about politics or any one person. It’s about human behavior. Spend enough time on social media and you’ll see two completely different realities. In the real world, people gather, laugh, cheer, support one another, and enjoy shared experiences. Online, a small but very loud group often chooses criticism, jealousy, anger, and negativity. Social media is not the real world. It’s often where people project their own fears, insecurities, and frustrations. We don’t have to participate in that. We always have a choice. We can be happy for others, encourage others, or if something isn’t for us, simply move on. Not everything deserves our attention or our emotional energy. The more we feed hate, jealousy, and negativity, the less energy we have to build the life we actually want. The more we choose gratitude, support, and a Feed Me More Hungry mindset, the more room we create for growth, opportunity, peace, and abundance. Protect your energy. Focus on what builds you up, not what tears others down.

Only The Shield themselves, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Dean Ambrose, could truly tell you who the real leader of The Shield was. From my experience working with them, I always felt all three had a tremendous amount of respect for one another. They were also part of one of my greatest rivalries in WWE, costing me the WWE Championship on multiple occasions and essentially keeping me from becoming, at the very least, a two-time WWE Champion. But I want to hear your thoughts. Who was the REAL leader of The Shield? Roman Reigns? Seth Rollins? Dean Ambrose? Or was there never a true leader, just three equals united by a common goal? And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Never let yourself get worked up over a work that turned into a shoot, but is always a work. I was many of yours favorite at one point and will be once again in due time. I’ve been blessed and protected my whole life and will continue to be. Some have let lies and media manipulation alter your views to pure hatred and negativity against the guy you once loved. Your Hungry Hero shall rise once again and the truth always wins, always. Now tell me how this video makes you feel down in the comments and that’s the last bite!

👏 Congratulations to Bronson Reed on bettering himself and getting into even better shape. In my opinion, that will only help prolong his career and make him better than he’s ever been. What’s interesting is how often pro wrestlers get criticized no matter what they do. Mason Rook gets attacked for how he looks. CM Punk gets attacked for how he looks. Bronson Reed gets attacked for how he looks. Maybe the problem isn’t the pro wrestlers. Maybe the problem is the person constantly critiquing the pro wrestler. Happiness is a choice. Support people who are putting in the work to better themselves. The world needs more of that. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More! 💪🔥

When I got into pro wrestling, I didn’t get into it to make a bunch of friends. I already had friends. I already had a life. I got into pro wrestling to make a statement, leave my mark, and do great business time and time again. I always respected the Scott Hall and Kevin Nash mentality: you’re there to make money and take care of business. That doesn’t mean you can’t get along with people, build relationships, and treat everyone with respect. But pro wrestling is a competitive business. Everyone is fighting for opportunities, positioning, and the ability to provide for themselves and their families. Along the way, you’ll find a select few who become genuine friends. Many others will simply be acquaintances, and there’s nothing wrong with that. The important thing is knowing how to work with people, knowing how to do good business, and knowing when it’s time to bet on yourself and make the most of your opportunities. Pro wrestling taught me a lot about life because life works much the same way. Be kind. Be respectful. Build good relationships. But stay focused on your goals, take care of the people you love, and never be afraid to leave your mark. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Recover with Ryback. Every Saturday is a full recovery day. Recovery isn’t taking time off, it’s investing in our ability to come back stronger. I start with 90 seconds of facial cryotherapy, doing multiple sets of 15 to 20 seconds with my face submerged in ice-cold water until I reach the full 90 seconds. From there, I fire up my recovery circuit: 🔥 30 to 45 minutes in a 180 to 200-degree sauna. 🧊 8 to 10 minutes in my 42-degree cold tub. ♨️ 20 to 30 minutes in my 104-degree hot tub. I also complete one of my two weekly 24-hour fasts, with Saturdays and Sundays dedicated to recovery, fasting, and giving my body the opportunity to reset and rebuild. Facial cryotherapy is part of my daily routine, seven days a week. I also make it a goal to get at least three 30-minute sauna sessions in every week, and four whenever time allows. Recovery is training. The better we recover, the better we perform. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

For those of you that don’t know, I love chicken wings. They’re one of my favorite foods, and I usually have them about once a week. For a long time, though, I never liked the way I felt after eating wings out at restaurants. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it until I realized that almost everywhere you get wings from, they’re cooked in some form of seed oil, usually soybean oil. That stuff is terrible for inflammation and can cause a lot of issues over time. On top of that, most ranches, blue cheeses, and dipping sauces are also loaded with seed oils. So I made the switch to doing this at home as much as possible, and honestly, I prefer it. I feel way better after eating them. No sluggish feeling. No feeling like I just ate something bad for my body. I use organic chicken wings from Sprouts, usually just over three pounds, around 3.2 pounds. I keep them thawed out, preheat my air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then cook the wings for about 50 to 55 minutes, depending on the batch. I toss them halfway through and make sure they cook as evenly as possible. Once they’re done, I coat them with Primal Kitchen avocado oil buffalo sauce, add pink Himalayan sea salt and garlic powder, and toss everything together. I’ll dip them in Primal Kitchen avocado oil ranch and pair it with a big salad. Today I had chia seeds and guacamole with it while breaking a 26 hour fast, before going right back into another 24 hour fast. I also use a ceramic free air fryer because of the issues with coatings, and it’s been a great switch for me. If you eat wings out a lot, just be aware. Almost all fast food places and most sit down restaurants are cooking with seed oils. When you start eating more home cooked meals, you really do notice the difference over time. It's feeding time!
