Here’s a little sneak peek of something I made for Patina Systems’ first product 🤫 This is a search bar that lets you take action on certain detected tokens. When we detect one, we “bloom” a halo around that word. When you delete, it leaves a trail. It feels SO cool.

While testing WireView, I noticed something in the Linear app I hadn’t seen anywhere else: it detects if the screen is being captured or mirrored in some way and it automatically shows touch dots. Even supports multitouch! Could be a useful debug thing to add to your own apps

Heat accumulation works like this: - Mouse movement adds heat to pixels under the cursor - Each frame multiplies all heat values by decay rate (0.95 = lose 5% per frame) - New heat gets added on top of existing heat - Values &lt; 0.001 are clamped to 0
