The North Star (Polaris) is always at the top of the Earth's axis of rotation, but that doesn't mean it's always been above the Arctic. When the Earth's geomagnetic field weakens, that indicates that the axis of rotation will flip so that Polaris switches from over the Arctic to over the Rift Valley in Africa. The consequences for human habitat are catastrophic, because the change in axis of rotation happens so fast (days) that the Earth's crust moves out from under the Earth's oceans. Low lying areas can become inundated with water for centuries, as the oceans adjust to the new rotation. This switch happens every 6400-6500 years (or so). How do we know? The great monuments of mankind that date to a period more than 6400 years ago are all aligned to a Polaris above the Rift Valley. They point to the North Star as their builders observed it during their lifetimes -- over Africa, not the Arctic. The next axis flip will be presaged by a rapid movement and weakening of the Earth's geomagnetic field, which is exactly what is observed right now. Now you're probably saying "That's some tin foil hat BS that Seager probably picked up from the Danny Jones Podcast podcast!" But you didn't spend all day with Ethical Skeptic ☀ quizzing him on his data, did you?

The Earth axis of rotation changes 104 degrees every 6500 years (or so)... and fast. How do we know? - cycling of the geomagnetic field shifts the stable axis of rotation from Polaris over the Arctic to the gyroscopic stable axis over southeastern Africa - hundreds of massive human monuments (e.g., Nazca lines) dating prior to the last axis change are aligned with Polaris as if it were positioned over Africa - evidence of the massive flooding that would have resulted from the change is found in the great deserts of the world, and on the pyramids of Giza - those same pyramids are constructed with dual orientation, such that the could observe thru shafts both positions of Polaris, exactly 104 degrees apart All human beings today are descendants of the several thousand to have survived the last ECDO change, about 7,000 years ago, when most of the world was flooded with cold water. The earliest signs that another shift is imminent are acceleration of the movement of the magnetic North Pole and a rapid warming of the oceans -- both caused by changes in the structure of the iron core inside the Earth. Roger Cunningham Ethical Skeptic ☀ explains ECDO theory in this X-episode of Uncommon Living podcast.

I just heard from a 94yo customer with persistent bedsores. He couldn't as much as sit in a recliner. He decided to try the MyGreen Forest Skinlight -- not because he believed it would work, but because he wanted someone to be angry at when it didn't. Two days of skinlight. Bed sores gone. Anger has been replaced by gratitude. Pain replaced by relief. His aide has called her agency and said "We have to get these for all our clients!" You know they won't.

LED green light activates fibroblast proliferation in the dermis. Fibroblasts produce collagen, which supports skin tone, removes wrinkles, and creates a more youthful appearance. Botox does that, too. You know what else both botox and green LED will do? Reduce the frequency and severity of migraine pain. So you can spend $1,000 on botox injections that last you a few months, or you can buy a $349 MyGreen Lamp one time and get the benefits forever. Your call.

Mitochondria make light inside brown fat cells during cold thermogenesis. Some of that light is in the UVB range, and it converts cholesterol into previtamin D. That's how the human body maintains health Vitamin D metabolism during the winter, without sunshine. Or did you think it was by eating baby seal blubber?

Your red light device is targeting CcO in the mitochondria below the skin. My green/red Forest Skinlight is targeting melanin in the dermal layer of the skin, where is accelerates healing. Probably, you didn't know that was a thing... because until now it wasn't.

The pathway to heart disease goes through the mitochondria. It's not LDL cholesterol, nor very fine LDL fraction, nor ApoB that best predicts risk of heart disease. It's blood glucose. Spikes in blood glucose cause glycation -- attachment of a glucose molecule to lipoprotiens -- that weaponizes cholesterol against your arteries. Smaller cholesterol particles are more susceptible to glycation, sure. BUT without the blood glucose spikes resulting from insulin resistance, there's no increased risk of heart disease. Someone should probably tell the statin pushers their days prescription royalties are soon coming to an end. h/t Paul Reynolds Dr. Ammous

Every red light photobiomodulation (PBM) helmet for hair regrowth works too damn slow, because it they all use wavelengths that fail to target hair follicles. The 660nm wavelength never reaches the follicle, because it is absorbed in the dermis. The 880nm bypasses the follicle, because penetrates further down. The wavelength that best targets human dermal papilla cells (hDPCs) is 730 nm, which is exactly the NIR wavelength tat dominates the shady forest, and researchers in Hong Kong had to design a custom device for their lab just to prove it (Cho et al. 2026). The ideal PBM device for regrowing hair would have 532 nm for the epidermis & dermis, 660 nm for the dermis, and 730 nm for the hair follicle. There is only one such device that fits that description under development anywhere, and if you want to test it for yourself, you must buy it from Morozko.

Magnesium is the likely mechanism by which mitochondria make UV light inside the body that synthesizes Vitamin D. When an excited electron in the 3s3p¹P₁ shell relaxes back into 3s²¹S₀ it releases a photon of light at nearly 280nm. That's the same wavelength that corresponds to a absorption peak in 7DHC (provitamin D) and converts it to a new molecule called previtamin D. This interaction explains how 10 sessions of whole-body cyrotherapy could boost the blood-serum levels on Vitamin D in 15 Polish women with multiple sclerosis. The cold induces thermogenesis, which is the production of light inside the body. Some of that light is in the UVB range -- at 280nm in particular, which converts 7DHC to previtamin D. The 7DHC is present in the brown fat cells making the UV light because it is an intermediary step in cholesterol synthesis, which brown fat do. By this mechanism, cold thermogenesis makes UV light inside the body for producing Vitamin D in the winter, when UV light from the sun is absent from higher latitudes.

During cold thermogenesis mitochondria are moving electrons from carbon & hydrogen to oxygen to release heat. But are they grounded? Without an electrical connection to the Earth, your body will build up static charge that disrupts the mitochondrial membrane potential. Cold plunging in a plastic tub leaves you disconnected from the ground that maintains that potential. Morozko ice baths are always grounded, which is partly why people tell us that Morozko feels different and a big reason why Morozko is more expensive. There is no natural body of water on earth in which you might consider cold plunging that is not connected to ground. Your ancestors never poured 200lb of ice into a inflatable plastic kiddie pool so they could go up to their waist in cool water. Neither have I. h/t to Dr. Jack Kruse Decentralized Medicine Maxi 🔆 who recently mentioned the importance of the geomagnetic field in which mitochondria must operate and how cold plunging in a weakened magnetic state, insulated from ground, can backfire on some people with haplotypes that do not favor UCP1 uncoupling for heat production instead of ATP.

Mitochondria produce biophotons that make pre-Vitamin D from cholesterol inside your cells. I always thought the VitD would stay there, so there was no increase in blood serum levels of calciferol. For these 15 Polish women with MS, I was wrong. Both the MS-diagnosed patients & controls experienced an increase in blood serum levels, but the MS patients was huge compared to controls.

Biophotons are the sunshine your mitochondria make inside your body. You already know that during cold thermogenesis mitochondria in brown fat cells produce far infrared (FIR) light called heat. Well, they also produce other wavelengths -- including ultraviolet (UV). It's the UV light of cold thermogenesis that boosted the blood serum levels of Vitamin D in a cohort of Polish women with multiple sclerosis undergoing a whole-body cryotherapy regimen under the supervision of researchers at the University of Krakow. Your body is such a beautiful, complex system. It knows how to make its own sunshine during the winter, when it's dark and cold outside... as long as you're willing to give it the cold it needs to do it.

Autism originates in mitochondrial impairment. This is how gut dysbiosis and environmental exposures can both appear as the cause of ASD -- b/c both act thru the mitochondria. A child near the threshold of neurological regression can be tipped over that edge by a fever in response to a vaccine. h/t Danny Jones Podcast Danny Jones

Therapies that target mitochondria treat autism. Magnesium, L-carnitine, Co-Q10 all support mitochondria. Richard E Frye MD/PhD has success with leucovorin (Rx-folate). He wrote about one child diagnosed with ASD who improved so much, he no longer meets diagnostic criteria.

All sex hormone synthesis originates in the inner mitochondrial membrane, where an enzyme called P450scc cleaves a hydrocarbon chain from cholesterol to form pregnenolone. That means same cholesterol your physician (erroneously) says will kill you is what your body uses to make testosterone. Moreover, P450scc absorbs light. Why would an enzyme that acts inside the mitochondria respond to a blue wavelength of light that can never reach that far inside the body? Because the blue light that energizes P450scc is coming from inside the body. It is produced by the mitochondria itself. The implications of this understanding are massive. To maintain high sex hormone levels as you age, you must have high levels of LDL cholesterol and healthy, active mitochondria. Cold plunge therapy not only stimulates mitobiogenesis for production of new mitochondria, but also creates light -- e.g., inside brown adipose tissue (BAT) -- that energize the enzymes responsible for steroidogenesis. You might have heard online that there is no way to stop the inevitable decline of total testosterone as you age. I'm telling you that's bullshit.

You have "sunshine" inside your body. Dr. Alexis Jazmyn explains this well. When cold activates brown fat, the mitochondria produces light called biophotons inside the fat cell. Although this light is called "ultraweak" the tiny scale of the cell places the UVB source adjacent to cholesterol and converts that cholesterol to previtamin D. That's how MS patients in Poland boosted their blood serum Vitamin D through whole body cryotherapy alone. Cold compensates for the dark winter when there is no UVB in the sunshine. Also... that's Joel Salatin who wrote "Everything I Want To Do Is Illegal" about polyculture farming over 30 years ago. I first read it in the mid-1990s and it shaped my research in sustainable agriculture. She also cites Dr. Jack Kruse Decentralized Medicine Maxi 🔆 for pointing out that "weak" light is intense at short distances, which still won't satisfy the Twitter Trolls even though it's true. The MDs of Twitter aren't going to like it, but the fact is that cold makes Vitamin D. If you can't get to Ecuador, then do yourself a favor and go winter swimming.

A boy diagnosed with autism and global delay as a toddler couldn't read at the age of 7. He started cold plunging with his Dad. Now his test results say he is "advanced" in reading in math. I suspect this phenomenon has also been experienced in other cases. Cold plunge therapy improves mitochondrial function and stimulates brain development.
