Wow! Ok I watched this over and over. This is crazy… how do you think this should be handled? What would you do if this was your kid catcher and runner?

Everyone is talking about this video, but I think this is two people trying to avoid each other and Conner just making a mistake at the shortstop position. The slide is clearly off the base and then he comes clearly off the base to meet the slide. I think he had it pre-decided in his mind that he was going to try to avoid a direct slide and they just ended up at the same place. I could be wrong unless the shortstop is trying to get some sort of obstruction or interference call #raisethecone #pittsburg #Pirates #Raysup #Tampa #Mlb

I’m in our clubhouse (locker room) and it’s dead silent. I have 5 players in here early. THIS is why next season I’m banning cell phones in the clubhouse. I honestly believe this is hurting our kids communication skills.

Trevor Trevor Bauer (トレバー・バウアー) struck out 8 over 4 innings 3 walks 2 earned Runs in his Long Island Ducks debut. Would you pay or tune in to watch him pitch? Does he deserve a chance in the #MLB? He has been cleared legally, does that matter to you? Huge turn out to watch him in #LongIsland, abruptly left after he was taken out of the game.

Something no one talks about… I watch a lot of baseball pro and amateur, and I have noticed that the pitch out has basically gone away. Think about it, when was the last time you saw a pitch out

I don’t know what to even think about this. I mean it’s a little much right? A little look at me from the ump? Idk what do you think?

This umpire has to go. This is the guy who is supposed to maintain control. If he’s not mature enough to be in a position of power then gtfo. What do you think?

Okay so I have come to the conclusion that you can enjoy the Savannah Bananas but it’s important to not think of it as baseball. It’s just a show to be enjoyed. Kind of like how stripping isn’t about dancing. It’s baseball adjacent enjoy it for what it is, just keep it out of real baseball.

You don’t realize how much of yourself you put into a program until it’s time to leave. When I joined Tarpon, there really wasn’t much in place. I had to supplement the lack of equipment with my own gear. Even while taking my personal equipment with me now, I was still able to donate over 40 high-end wooden lockers, around 40 locker room and field chairs, more than 25 metal lockers, a new batting cage net, dugout fans, new bullpen lights, a new front toss protective screen, lounge couches for the locker room, extra protective screens, uniforms, gear—and much more. The baseball, basketball and girls volleyball and girls basketball all got locker rooms and upgraded equipment because of my efforts. It’s safe to say I left my mark on the program. The next person stepping in will find much more than I did when I started. I wish them all the best. I’ll be honest—I wasn’t sure if the staff would let me retrieve my equipment, and there was a bit of back and forth. But in the end, it worked out, and I appreciate that. After everything I put in and sacrificed for the program, it meant a lot to be able to get my things. Thank you.
