Unpopular opinion: if you don’t have dips in your workouts then you’re leaving a lot of gains on the table. You can argue all you want but they go a long way. One of the best compound workouts.

Would you say preacher curls are a waste of time for building real biceps mass. An ego exercise for people who don't lift heavy enough? Or would you say they serve a significant role in the overall arm routine? Where would you place them? Start/middle/end of your workout? I’ve done these for a while. I genuinely love them but I wonder if I’ve overcooked their position in my routine.
