Would you say preacher curls are a waste of time for building real biceps mass. An ego exercise for people who don't lift heavy enough? Or would you say they serve a significant role in the overall arm routine? Where would you place them? Start/middle/end of your workout? I’ve done these for a while. I genuinely love them but I wonder if I’ve overcooked their position in my routine.
