Surprisingly, Windows 10's explorer.exe still works in Windows 11 Version 26H1, albeit bit buggy (e.g., non-working Task View). When ran (11's explorer isn't running), it'll use the taskbar from Windows 10, more features than Windows 11's taskbar such as resizing and moving it.

Just found out that it also applies for the regular Windows 11 IoT Enterprise edition (non-LTSC) when picked in the Windows Setup. It's pretty clear that IoT Enterprise is the SUPERIOR edition of Windows 11, no need to bypass any system requirements B.S. with any workarounds! 🎉

The new Copilot app for Windows 11 is really just Microsoft Edge. Renaming "mscopilot.exe" to "msedge.exe" and its folder from "Copilot" to "Edge" will simply launch Microsoft Edge. FYI, The actual Microsoft Edge browser and Edge WebView2 has already been uninstalled.

"Pinball 64-bit version had a bizarre bug where the ball would pass straight through" Not exactly true! Windows XP x64 Edition includes a fully functional x64 compile of Pinball. Only issues that exist is just minor graphical bugs, other than that, the game plays fine!

$Run apps made for .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.x in Windows 11 Version 26H1 (down to Windows 8.x) without installing .NET 3.5. Copy this below into a text editor and save as a .reg file then open it, if successful .NET framework 2.0 and 3.x apps should open without issue: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework] "OnlyUseLatestCLR"=dword:00000001 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\.NETFramework] "OnlyUseLatestCLR"=dword:00000001$

The image builder wizard feature of Windows Embedded is so underrated. Wish Microsoft kept releasing new versions of Windows Embedded with the image builder feature built-in, it's honestly quite neat.
