Do Spotfixes Sustain? See this 45-Day Inspection Report from Lavelle Rd, where the footpath was reclaimed from filth & urination on Sept 7, 2025- not only has it stayed clean, it is being maintained by Blr Central City Corpn & Bowring Club. This was a surprise inspection (not a set-up), and those who live nearby and walk here everyday can vouch for it. SORRY to all the cynics who expected and predicted otherwise. People are not inherently 'bad' - they respond to the environment. It's great to see all stakeholders step up and take charge of this important footpath in Blr city centre.
