Use whatever method that works for you. But this is why I can’t use the line on my ball to putt. Here is a close up of Aaron Rai’s putt from today. To be fair I have no idea what Aaron Rai’s process is on the green. Not sure if he’s trusting the line of the putter face or the line of the ball. Or maybe neither. All I know is if I ever look down and see conflicting lines, I’ll start second guessing everything about my read.

I think at this point, most newer golfers know Kevin Kisner from YouTube instead of the PGA. But I’ve always known him as that guy with the textbook positions and the quiet lower body. He’s no longer a full time player on tour. Shame.
