29.03.2026 💌 #JamesSu #JDSEngsub I believe everyone has those moments where they feel discouraged. I’m just venting, really... I’ll be fine soon, just like every other time. It’s just that I put everything I had into it. I gave it my all but the results didn’t really feel worth the effort. Do you know what I mean? That’s why I’m feeling a bit down. But I’m not backing down yet. There are still so many things I haven’t accomplished. It’s just exhausting sometimes when I’m trying so hard. Everyone probably sees that whenever I do something, I go all out. I live by the motto that this might be my last chance, because we never know if there will be another well for us to drink from in the future. That’s why I’m so focused and dedicated every single time. But when I work myself to exhaustion and the response is just... disappointing, it stings a little. But it’s okay. I’ll get some sleep, find something delicious to eat, and I’ll be back to fight again. Just like I always do.

I’m going to step away for a while. Charlie meant more to me than I can put into words. I’ve been contributing to TPUSA for years, and he has been in my headphones for hundreds of hours. Yesterday my grief finally turned into anger, and I don’t like how it makes me feel. I lashed out at someone who didn’t deserve it. I don’t feel like myself, and I don’t know how to process this. Intellectually, I know he’s gone. But my heart hasn’t accepted it. Please come back, Charlie. Roll away the stone. I can’t handle this on my own. I am trying, so hard. I’m going to seek grief counseling. I’ll be back when things are better. Please pray for me in the meantime. I’m sorry, but I just don’t feel like posting right now. Love you guys.

Bryson DeChambeau on why downhill putts are easier to make than uphill: “There’s a factor of geometry. So, if you have a straight uphill putt and you push it or pull it a little bit, it’s always falling away from the hole. So let’s say if it’s a dead straight putt and you hit it right edge, it’s gonna fall right, it’s falling away from the hole. But if it’s perfectly downhill, and you hit it at the right edge, it’s wanting to fall into the hole because it’s wanting to go down the straight putt. So, you gotta be super precise on an uphill putt. It’s one of the most difficult putts in the world.” I’ve always found uphill putts easier but maybe that’s just a state of mind? Jeremy Renner initially turned down the role of James Coughlin in The Town because he “didn’t want to play a bad guy” — but a meeting with Ben Affleck changed his mind. Renner explains… “That was a great character, and I turned it down. I’m like, “I don’t wanna play a bad guy. I don’t get it.” Initially, when I read it, I’m like, “Maybe I should play the FBI guy, the John Hamm role. Maybe it’s that one. I don’t know…” In the beginning of the process. I’m like, “All right, I’ll go in and I’ll read this thing. I don’t know Boston. I’d never been there.” So I sat down with Ben (Affleck) at the table - and I’m like, “All right, let me just do a New York accent because I can’t do a Boston accent. I don’t know that. I don’t wanna screw this up.” So he stood in the thing and he’s like, “Yeah, it’s great, it’s great.” So I started interviewing him. I just kind of turned it on him, I’m like, “So why do you think you can direct and star in this movie? I mean, look, I love Gone Baby Gone and all. But you were just directing that. Now you’re starring in it, and you’re gonna direct it?” And his answer is the reason why I did the movie. He said he didn’t know. He said, “I don’t know how I’m gonna do it. But what I have done is I’ve asked other friends of mine that are directors and have starred in their own films. The mental strength it takes to keep going in pole, even on the days I feel like I can’t do it or that I’ll never get there is something most people don’t see. It’s so easy to overlook your progress when your expectations are so high but the truth is I’m a lot further than I give myself credit for. Getting good at anything takes time, patience and consistency and I’m putting in all three 💖 Be proud of your wins even when they feel small 💗
