I see way too many people do the hip thrust exercise wrong. STOP EGO LIFTING AND SLOW DOWN!!! Take a moment to set up, keep your chin tucked, SLOW DOWN, squeeze at the top, keep your back strong (don’t arch), push through your heels and feel every part of the movement. Aim for 6-10 reps, (max 12 on your first warm up “set”). Choose a weight you can control with good form but that still challenges you. Even when you’re struggling or going heavy, your form should NOT change.

There aren’t “categories” of being fat. You’re just fat. Convincing yourself you’re a “small fat” doesn’t change the fact that you’re still fat. These types of people ruined the true meaning of the body positivity movement. I’m sick of this. Excuse after excuse. Staying like this is completely optional. They keep doing everything except getting healthy.
