I have a tendency when lifting to keep adding weight without paying much attention. I don’t use this machine often. Set done. I calculated the weight and thought, “320? That can’t be right.” Then I checked the plate on the machine: starting weight 118 lb (53 kg). That would make it 438 lb total. This machine must be easier to push. What do you guys think? 🤔

I was on my last set of 40 when I felt myself began to slow down. I didn’t think much of it at first, but I started feeling a little funny on the way to the treadmill to cool down. It was a very weird, feeling not tired, not dizzy this weird fog. I tried walking for about a minute, but felt off to the point I sat down. I definitely think I push myself a little too far today.

Many have said my lats are weak that’s why I can’t do pull-ups. I added lat pulldowns back in last week. I use this machine instead of cables because cables cause shoulder discomfort. What else should I add?

I still can’t get comfortable with the hack squat machine. I’ve tried every foot placement, but nothing feels right. If my feet are only slightly pointed outward, it’s almost tolerable.

I finally tried the Smith machine. I tested every variation. I can drop down fine, but on the way up, it’s like my hips hit a wall. Like they won't open. People say it’s long femurs or ankle mobility. Maybe both. All I know is, when I push up, it’s a fight. I slowed this video down. I apologize the quality is not the best.
