NEW: Man pulls out a gun and starts shooting... at a truck after the driver tries running him over in a driveway. Indiana man Dustin L. Roecker has been charged with attempted murder for trying to run over a man with his car. The victim can be seen jumping and pulling out his gun as the driver tries running him over. As he gets tossed onto the hood of his Corvette, the victim pulls out a gun and starts shooting. Roecker then threw himself out of the window and fled on foot. He was later caught by police.
