I’ve come to realize that many of these so-called... “LawTubers” are actors. They’re playing a role, and YouTube is their stage. They are not there to explain the law—they’re there to entertain an audience that rewards them with Super Chats, memberships, and donations. So they give their viewers exactly what they want to hear, even if that means misrepresenting the law, making false statements and inaccurate legal claims, defending the indefensible, or excusing and even encouraging the harassment and intimidation of witnesses. The damage this does is enormous. It destroys public trust in the justice system, distorts how people understand the courts, and misleads viewers about the rights of victims, witnesses, and defendants alike. When lawyers stop acting like lawyers and start acting like performers, the justice system becomes just another form of entertainment. This can’t be the future.show more

Intimate or bold scenes are choreographed, rehearsed, shot with camera crews, directors, choreographers, and often intimacy coordinators present. They're part of storytelling, not someone's personal life. If you've watched Indian cinema from the 1990s and 2000s, you'd know Tabahi isn't even 10% as bold as many mainstream songs and films from that era. Yet suddenly people are acting as if cinema has crossed every line. You don't have to like the song or the scene. Criticize the direction, choreography, or whether it fits the script. But abusing actors and dragging their spouses into it only exposes insecurity and a complete inability to separate fiction from reality. There is a state park by me that closes... when the sun goes down for safety reasons. I always see people find a way in there to do what they need to do. No matter what they do mayor be add a gate or even have more law enforcement, there’s no stopping it. These people are sitting in their car. They see people walking in and out of the woods while they are sitting there eating and chatting. The people going in and out look so out of place, like they are in a zombie apocalypse. If I saw people just struggling in and out of the woods, looking dirty, no flashlights at all. I would think they are up to something. I asked our sound designer Gurwal to make this... moment feel like as if a sound recorder on the set would actually be swept away by the flood. As if they wouldn’t be able hold on to the microphone and get the right levels making the sound just barely usable. I wanted it to feel rough, raw and dirty. Initially I thought that this would be loud, but Gurwal suggested instead that the sound should almost dissapear, which I think made the scene way more impactful. I learned a lot by working with Gurwal. Like in this case that less can be more.show more

Just came across this and it so aptly explains... why few are always upset with my regular work.. the actors do what they are told and sometimes improvise in their respective limits and expectations of the team.. there is so much more that happens before and after.. please don’t simply blame trash without reasoning..
