My tolerance for American blood being spilled is very, very low. But this needs to be said: If you have paid any attention to the war in Ukraine, you will know how drone warfare has escalated. You will have an understanding of the sophistication of the Ukrainians and Russians in their pursuit of hunting and killing each other with human-guided robots strapped with explosives. We know Russia and Iran share military ties; hell, the most common form of long-range standoff munition used to target Ukrainian infrastructure is an Iranian-designed Shahed drone. Now, are the Iranians as sophisticated as the Russians? No. But will a ground action result in grainy videos of Americans being hit by FPV drones? Almost certainly. Could the deployment of ground forces to the Gulf be a feint? Sure, it could be, but this point extends beyond Iran. The U.S. needs to be ready to counter the drone menace. I won’t pretend to know the inner machinations of the Joint Chiefs, the White House, or President Trump, but with the destruction of an E-3 Sentry on the runway, it has become absolutely clear the U.S. armed forces have not scaled their ability to handle drones. The world"s oldest known spear, the Clacton Spear Point,... is 400,000 years old and was probably made by neanderthals in Essex, England. It was discovered in Clacton-on-Sea in 1911. It is oldest known worked wooden implement. It is made of yew wood, shaped into a point, and when found was 387mm long, 39mm diameter and straight, but drying out during the first decades of storage shrank it to 367 by 37mm, and warped it slightly into a curve. Treatment by wax impregnation in 1952 apparently stabilized it. At some time before this, the last 32mm of the tip had broken off and had been re-attached by conservators. This again came off in 2013 and was re-attached. It is on display at the Natural History Museum, London where its age is stated as 420,000 years. Tests to reproduce it suggested that it had been formed by scraping with a curved flint tool of the type found on the same site, known as Clactonian notch. The discoverer was Samuel Hazzledine Warren, an amateur pre-historian, who had been looking for simple stone tools in a known Palaeolithic sediment. He at first thought it to be an antler, but presented it to the Geological Society of London as a spear tip. This identification was generally accepted for some time. However, as it was not a whole spear and the great age meant that it was well before modern humans, many academics doubted that the amount of planning required (to manufacture a spear and use it for hunting) was within the cognitive capabilities of early hominids and argued it was a simpler tool such as a digging stick. However, the discovery of several more complete spears about 300,000 years old, Schöningen Spears in 1995 in Germany, demonstrated this capability, and the Clacton Spear is today generally regarded as a spear point. Here’s a back angle of the same play. This... is a clean play IMO. I see some mild contact here, but no tackle “from behind” is performed which has been alluded to by some. Jakob is not a dirty player and has never proven to be. Kuithe plants with his left leg at the top of the route and you see a slight buckling inward of the left knee (valgus force which is typical in ACL tears.) This is normal contact with a TE/DB at the top of a route. Jakob disengages with his body after the initial contact. It appears to be a left knee injury. Possibly an ACL tear with some collateral damage based off the mechanism. Kuithe begins to hobble after the plant and eventually falls to the turf. Kuithe, in 2022 suffered an ACL injury and meniscus tear to his right knee. Data shows that once you’ve had an ACL Injury, there is a higher risk of injuring your opposite knee than your reconstructed knee. Ramesh, six joint teams from the Gadchiroli and Pranhita Special Operations Units, one Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS) team, and a CRPF team were deployed to conduct a search operation in the forest. On 27 June 2026, after surrounding the area, the BDDS personnel carried out an intensive search. National Guard to the Capitol on January 6, 2021. In addition, the DoD IG concealed the extent and cause of the delay to protect Department of Defense and Pentagon leadership. The Subcommittee found multiple instances where the DoD IG failed to disclose evidence that contradicted the DoD IG's erroneous conclusion. The DoD IG’s report reflects an alarming failure to adequately evaluate the actions of senior DoD officials, including Secretary of the Army, Ryan McCarthy, who failed to communicate deployment orders to Major General William Walker, the Commander of the DCNG on January 6.
