Full body late night hotel workout. Pull-ups, incline bench,... lunges back to back 1-2 min rest. 15-30 reps. Finished off with a bit of jump rope at the end. I maintain this lean condition all year by eating 190-210g of protein a day, eating spinach/kale, controlling calories and LOTS of water. I'm 6'3" and fluctuate between 190-200lbs. I like combining strength with endurance when I train as this was how I trained when I rowed Division 1.show more

You’re on a journey on this kind of lonely... road with your car and your car suddenly develops a fault, You can’t call for help and your lines can’t be reached due to network issues, what do you do? Except the car will stop and the engine won’t come up again, please reduce your speed and accelerate softly till you get to a nearby town, if it is an overheating issue, keep driving, put the gear in the neutral position and switch off the engine and let the car keep moving, switch it back on when you have to ascend a hilly road and the car can’t move freely on its own again. If the battery signal comes up while driving, chances are that your alternator has failed, or the alternator belt is damaged, apply the same method and switch off your AC, radio system or anything that may drain the battery while driving till you get to a safe place. If it is a flat tyre, maintain a low speed till you get to a safe place to change and use your spare, keep moving. Yes!!! Damage that tyre till you get to a safe place, just keep moving and make sure you have a spare tyre always and it is in a good condition. If the engine suddenly goes off on top speed, chances are that a fuse is damaged and this is why I will make a thread on how to identify different fuses and how to have them fixed temporarily in case of Emergencies. If your car jerks or experiences a lazy movement while driving, it’s likely to be a fuel related issue, fuel pump most likely, switch off the engine intermittently and put the gear in Neutral position, keep moving… if the fuel pump rests for about 5mins, it’ll pick up back when you ignite the engine, this will/may at least take you to a safe place or where you can have access to network to make calls. If you hear strange sounds like knocking sounds or the oil signal starts to blink, relax and reduce your speed, keep moving. Manage it till you get to a safe place or can have access to network. If your gear/transmission system isn’t selecting well, apply the same method, reduce your speed but keep moving, slow movement is better than no movement, your life and safety matters a lot. Please note that there are some Mechanical issues that nothing can solve on the road except patience and just to pray to God for safety and help, for example, you run into a pothole unknowingly and the oil pan hits the road and your engine or gear oil leaks away, or your ball joint or tie rod head pulls out, I’ll suggest you leave the car there, roll up your windows and lock up the car and start trekking till you get network or help, staying with the car may make you vulnerable to attacks or attract unexpected company, just keep walking away from the car for safety. Most importantly, please stay safe and be conscious of your environment. Be friendly with your Mechanic too or any Mechanic you see on the road. Don’t manage faults in cars and risk traveling with it.show more

Reading with your baby isn’t always as simple as... it might seem. Earlier this week, a parent asked how I’d advise reading to a toddler who may not have the attention span for a full book and who, when handling them, often tears the pages. I’m so glad you asked! This fantastic video, shared to TT a couple years back by hanzcakess, illustrates both the realities of - and several important lessons for - parents and caregivers when it comes to reading with infants and toddlers. First, when reading with very young children it’s important to begin with realistic expectations. At this little guy’s age (which I’m going to guess is around a year, give or take 2 months) babies‘ attention spans are VERY limited. Think 1-2 minutes tops. What does that mean for you? First it means that you’re unlikely to make it through an entire book. And that’s just fine. Rest assured that there’s still great value in the activity. Further, don’t be surprised if your child is more interested in interacting with (or at the earliest stages, even chewing on) the book itself rather than attending to the story it contains. That’s ok too. For both reasons, beginning with sturdy, laminated board books is well advised. Not only do these tend to be super short (with most intended to accommodate for babies’ brief attention spans), but they’re made to withstand the rigors of handling by infants and toddlers. Now, some might look at this video and (on first glance, at least) see primarily inattention. But not me! Here’s what I see: First, I see a completely normal toddler who’s already putting some really impressive book knowledge on display. Notice he’s advancing front to back and left to right as he turns pages sequentially. They’ve done this often. Also want to shout out what a truly fantastic job Dad is doing here. Notice that he’s totally letting his son dictate the terms the activity. He’s not insistent on completing the text, but goes with the flow as his son turns the pages. As the pages turn he’s helping to illustrate that the print on each one contains a unique message. And he’s singing the text! Brown Bear is a great book for this and many board books lend themselves particularly well here. Your baby isn’t judging your singing voice. Kudos on making the experience engaging. In light of all the above, don’t be afraid to stray from the text altogether as needed and use this time to simply engage in conversation about the pictures and introduce some new vocabulary. Finally, while lap reading is fantastic, at this age you may also find benefit in reading face to face, allowing your child to tune into your expressions alongside the book. Remember, there’s nothing your baby loves seeing more than you. Rest assured this stage doesn’t last forever. You’ll be snuggling up for longer sessions in no time. And while we’re on the topic of reading, I want to give a special shout out to my friends at Reach Out and Read, which is a fantastic program you may know from distributing books and sharing advice like this via your pediatrician’s office. Today I’m thrilled to be the guest on their newest podcast, discussing my book The Daycare Myth. I’ll include a link in the first reply below.show more

The wait is finally over — Spartan Fuel has... arrived. Imagine Maximum muscle growth Skin-splitting pumps Limitless energy Laser-like focus What’s the secret? An all-encompassing, comprehensive intra-workout blend. Everybody knows about the importance of pre and post workout nutrition, but intra-workout nutrition is often neglected. The optimal time to fuel your body is when you are working out, breaking down muscle fibers, expending stored glycogen, and depleting electrolytes. In order to stimulate maximum muscle growth and achieve a vicious, skin-splitting pump, we need to fuel our bodies. Spartan Fuel contains a comprehensive blend of EAAs, fast-acting carbohydrates, electrolytes, and mitochondrial boosters that provides your body with EXACTLY what it needs to perform at it’s highest level. Many of you are probably like myself; you put on your best Walter White impression and whip up a concoction of supplements to try and find that edge. Why should we leave gains on the table, right? Well, I had enough of guessing and watching my supplement cabinet (and monthly bill) continuously grow. And then it struck me. There’s no product that properly combines EAAs, carbs, and electrolytes. After lifting for years, absorbing everything I could on X, I figured it was time to make my own mark. That’s when I decided to connect with the man himself, BowTied Biohacker . Leveraging his expertise and my vision, we created a formula that would change the way we lift forever. We created a product that would be FELT IMMEDIATELY. After sending samples out to a bunch of bros here on X, the feedback was overwhelming — we had struck gold. Other-worldly pumps Gas tanks that were always running on full People crushing their log books, pumping out more reps than ever before… DURING EVERY SET Everyone felt like a million bucks. Once you try it, it you will never want to workout without it. It’s THAT good. We all push ourselves hard. Many of us train to failure. We want to get jacked. We want to get shredded. We all want to unleash our inner warrior in the gym. Now there’s a way to totally lock-in and dominate with intensity during very workout. We all know the feeling. Once in a while we have a workout that just blows us away. We feel stronger than ever, locked-in. We leave the gym with a high that has us feeling on top of the world. Now picture every single workout being that amazing. No other product can deliver the boost you need to consistently perform at the highest level. It’s basically a PED. We didn’t skimp out on quality. We didn’t cut corners. We included EVERYTHING needed to maximize results and boost performance. What many people don’t know is that in order for a supplement to truly be effective, the ingredients need to be dosed in the proper ratios. And that’s just what we did. And just when you think it can’t get any better (there has to be some catch, right…right?) We kept it natural — no artificial ingredients or sweeteners. This is something that digest like a dream, hits the bloodstream instantaneously, and fuels your muscles. Our competitors don’t do this. They sell a bunch of ingredients separately, trying to sell more products. Or they sell proprietary blends and junk loaded with fillers. Spartan Fuel makes your life easier. One tub. One scoop (or 2 if you’re like me and want to go hard). No more wasting money purchasing the entire supplement store. Whether you start drinking it on your way to the gym or as you begin your workout, you will quickly feel the difference. This fall, you can dominate every workout, and supercharge your winter bulk. And this post would not be complete without giving a huge thank you to @Thomas_Salamus_ TJ was instrumental to the birth of Spartan Fuel since Day 1. If you love his products, you’ll love Spartan Fuel. Rest assured, the quality is unmatched. The first batch is limited, so act now and don’t miss this opportunity to unlock your true potential.show more

For me, a small gesture in this brief video... shows what kind of person Pope Francis was. Last summer, Pope Francis was reported to have used an Italian-language slur for LGBTQ people and made some negative comments about gay priests. It seemed so out of character with the person I knew, had met and corresponded with, and who had always expressed his desire to care for LGBTQ people pastorally. Not long after these reports, in June, I was at the Vatican, having helped to arrange a papal audience for comedians. A few days before that audience, I met with the Holy Father at the Casa Santa Marta and we talked about his comments. For me, it was hard to bring up the topic, but a cardinal friend of mine encouraged me. But Pope Francis seemed eager to talk about it and told me he knew many holy and faithful gay seminarians and priests, and encouraged me to share his comments publicly, which I did (after asking him a few times exactly how to word it). And it turned out that he didn’t realize how offensive the slur was and said he’d never use it again. After that, the conversation turned to other, more relaxed, matters: the US church, the Synod, and so on. It happened to be the 25th anniversary of my ordination to the priesthood and so before leaving Casa Santa Marta, I knelt down and he blessed me. As always, it was a great gift to be with him. A few days later, at the papal audience for comedians, along with the rest of the guests, I was invited up to greet the Holy Father in the Sala Clementina, which was captured in this video. You can see that I thank him for inviting me and my laughing because we joked about my being a "famous American comedian." I start to leave, since I know he’s busy, but then he gently pulls me back and surprised me by thanking me for our conversation a few days earlier. He said that he needed to hear that and was grateful for our conversation and then gave me a thumbs up. Afterwards, I thought: Who does that? What world leader thanks someone for a challenging conversation? For me, that small gesture says a great deal about Pope Francis’s humility, openness and freedom, as well his willingness to listen and learn. Weren’t we blessed to have him in our midst?show more

Strength work for Leadville 100 💪 Over the years,... I have felt judged by the research--my strength routines were limited to a few minutes at a time, while everyone was screaming at me from their Abstracts that I needed to do way more. I noticed two big problems whenever I committed to more resistance training: 1. I'd carry around soreness even after the initial adaptation window, likely corresponding to high CK levels and some background inflammation. Either way, it would reduce running economy on subsequent running training days, and every training day counts. Split squats are the ultimate offender--an exercise that I know I should be doing, but I can't without feeling like Forrest Gump after he was shot in the butt. 2. I just wouldn't do it. Oops. With lots of guessing and testing, I developed this routine, which I'd do after my easy run on Sunday (before a Monday rest day), and sometimes after my workout on Wednesday (if I felt like it): 1. Three Minute Mountain Legs, working up to 100 single-leg step-ups (I think step-ups in particular are a magic exercise for running uphill. But remember, magic is not equal to science): 2. Back squats, 2 sets of 10 (135 pounds for me, which I make look like 800 pounds in this video. The 17-year old me who played football would laugh so hard) 3. Back extensions, 2 sets of 30, engaging glutes and hamstrings 4. Single-leg calf raises, 1 set of 100 on each leg, with a 35 pound dumbbell 5. Every day, I do the 2-minute Core Snack routine 1-3 times. My core strength is one of my best attributes for ultras, and I can do the Core Snack with our toddler Leo. I also do daily band work before running (bandz a make me dance): That's it! I also foam roll and stretch daily (don't tell the researchers, but I am a tight boi and as soon as I stop stretching, I get hurt). The lesson is not to do this particular routine, but that strength training for runners can be based on individual needs. And I personally think that routines should be short and efficient for both performance (limiting breakdown) and adherence (limiting me from being a lazy little punk). Find what works for you, do it 1-2 times per week year round (on top of some daily supportive work), and don't feel the need to pursue progressive overload. It's not about getting stronger and stronger (unless you're into that sort of thing for its own sake, which I think will sacrifice some running growth). It's about supporting performance and health 🧡show more

nijiJourneyV6 & seedance2.0でkawaii系MV🎵 みんなで踊るプロンプトを共有。15秒で5枚のリファレンスを使用💕 ✳️seedance2.0プロンプト Use the uploaded images... as the primary visual references for character design, facial style, color palette, graphic motifs, and overall kawaii-chaotic tone. 15-second music-video style animation, ultra cute and hyper pop, fast-paced, candy-colored, chaotic but readable, anime-inspired graphic motion. Main direction: The characters dance in a cute, playful, slightly chaotic “mob dance” / “idol crowd dance” feeling. The motion should feel inferred naturally from the reference images, not rigid choreography. Emphasize fast switching expressions, group-like energy, rapid cut transitions, and a dense pop visual atmosphere. Visual style: Pastel neon palette, pink, cyan, lemon yellow, mint, lavender. Bold clean outlines, flat shading, sticker-like icons, bows, flowers, sparkles, spirals, abstract shapes, pop symbols, glitchy accents, halftone dots, split panels, manga-like framing, layered collage feeling. Cute and stylish chaos, not horror, not grotesque. Character motion: Generate adorable dance movement with small bouncy steps, side-to-side body sway, quick hand poses, synchronized hops, idol-style gestures, playful pointing, little spins, shoulder pops, head tilts, wink poses, cheerful bouncing, cute rhythmic stepping. The dance should feel like a spontaneous cute flash-mob or idol crowd routine, with repeated shared gestures, group energy, and playful synchronized timing. Include moments that feel like a crowd dance or mob dance, even if only one or a few characters are visible at a time. The dance should feel energetic, spontaneous, and rhythm-driven. Expression direction: Rapid expression changes: smile, wink, surprised face, excited open-mouth face, mischievous grin, hypnotic stare, sparkling eyes, dizzy spiral-eye mood, overjoyed face, playful chaos. Expressions should switch quickly with the cuts, giving a hyperactive kawaii feeling. Editing / camera: Very fast-cut visual rhythm. Use rapid cut-ins, jump cuts, smash zooms, push-ins, pull-backs, diagonal framing, split-screen panels, close-ups of faces, occasional medium shots for dance, and layered pop composition. Cuts can change every 0.2 to 0.8 seconds. Alternate between close-up face shots, upper-body dancing, and brief group/crowd-energy compositions. The camera should feel lively and music-synced. Scene flow: 0–3s: Introduce the character(s) with fast close-ups, blinking, cute smile, eye highlights, bows/flowers/icons popping in, fast panel cuts. 3–6s: Start the dance with small synchronized idol-like motions, side steps, hand poses, bouncing shoulders, quick expression switches. 6–9s: Increase the chaos. More split panels, more characters or crowd-energy feeling, fast alternating expressions, quick hops, spins, and rhythmic pose changes. 9–12s: Peak energy. Cute mob-dance vibe, dense visual layering, multiple rapid cut-ins, close-up reaction faces, synchronized bounce and gesture-heavy movement. 12–15s: Final climax. Maximum kawaii chaos with energetic dancing, smiling faces, wink, big pose finish, layered pop symbols exploding around the frame, ending on a strong cute final pose. Important priorities: Keep the characters cute and appealing at all times. Preserve readability of faces and silhouette. Let the dance and expressions feel naturally inferred from the references. The chaos should come from editing, framing, layered motifs, and rapid expression changes, not from broken anatomy or visual confusion. Negative prompt: horror, dark tone, realistic style, grotesque face, body deformation, extra limbs, broken hands, scary expressions, dull colors, muddy palette, slow motion, empty background, overly realistic physics, unreadable face, low energy, depressing mood.Make the choreography feel partially AI-inferred from the visual mood of the references: cute, chaotic, rhythmic, slightly unpredictable, but always charming and musically coherent.show more

Carol Bennett came back from the pump and found... a brown stray sitting in the passenger seat of her old Buick. For a second, she didn’t move. The door was still open, the gas hose was still in the tank, and the dog sat there like he had been waiting to see if she would send him away. Carol had seen him for weeks at the little gas station outside Tupelo. He usually stayed near the far edge of the lot, close to the ditch behind the air machine. People left food sometimes, but he wouldn’t come close while anyone was watching. She noticed him because she had started stopping there more often after her husband, Tom, passed. The house felt too quiet in the evenings, so Carol would take the long way into town, buy a coffee she didn’t need, and sit in the car for a few minutes before going home. The passenger seat had been Tom’s spot for 42 years. That was where he kept the road map, where he opened peanut packs on long drives, where he complained that Carol’s coffee was always too hot and then asked for a sip anyway. The first time the dog came near the Buick, Carol thought it was only because of the food smell. Then he came back the next week. And the week after that. He never jumped, never begged, never tried to follow her inside. He just stood near the passenger side and watched. That evening, Carol must have left the door open while she went to pay. When she turned around, he was already in the seat. The dog looked at her with his head low, unsure what came next. Carol walked over slowly, keeping her voice soft. “I’ve seen you here every week,” she told him. “Come on, honey. You’re coming home with me.” No one at the station knew where he belonged. A vet found no chip, and nobody answered the notices Carol put up around town. She named him Rusty. Now when Carol drives into town, Rusty rides in Tom’s old seat with his nose pointed at the window. And when she pulls back into the driveway, the house doesn’t feel quite so empty anymore. Have you ever had an animal come into your life when you didn’t know how badly you needed one?show more

April 30 • 12:00pm ET Art Blocks + OpenSea... “Gift of time” began during my residency in Marfa, Texas, as part of the Art Blocks and OpenSea artist residency program, where a distinct shift in the experience of time became central to the work. In the desert, I felt time move differently. It stretched, slowed, and became something I noticed. After a few days, the rhythm changed. Moments felt longer, attention sharpened, and I became increasingly aware of each moment as it passed. This work comes from that condition. Time is not treated only as a theme, but as a system embedded in the structure of the piece. Different ways of measuring time, such as mechanical cycles, calendars, and lunar phases, are translated into rules that continuously transform the work. The piece does not represent time. It runs on it. Its movement is tied to blockchain time. Even when unseen, it continues to rotate and evolve. When loaded, it synchronizes with the present moment, but it does not begin when it is viewed, and it does not stop when it disappears from the screen. During the residency, I spent hours thinking, sketching, and making connections. Those connections are also visible. Elastic lines, like rubber bands, link elements across the piece, representing how memories connect, how one thought leads to another, and how everything builds over time. These same connections introduce moments where the system attempts to pull itself back, as if trying to regain control. But it never fully resets. It is not a loop. The movement continues, drifting forward, never returning to a fixed state. Visually, the work reveals its own construction. Lines, paths, and rotations expose an internal logic, like looking inside a mechanism. The drawing language recalls diagrams, technical sketches, or the interior of a mechanical watch. It is a system in motion, always active. “Gift of Time” exists because I was given time by Art Blocks, OpenSea, and above all my family. It is my way of saying thank you. It is both a reflection on time and a product of it. April 30 @ 12:00pm ET on Art blocks & OpenSea 1 / 1 / 365 • 0.02 Eth Art Blocks, OpenSeashow more

When an abandoned Pit Bull turned its face to... the wall every time a family stopped at its kennel, and I learned why, it broke something quiet in me. By the twelfth family, people at Briar County Animal Rescue had stopped calling it a coincidence. They called him rude. Or damaged. Or one of those dogs who “just doesn’t want people.” He was a stocky brown-and-white Pit Bull, maybe four years old, with a broad head, one torn ear, and the kind of stillness that made strangers uneasy because it looked too deliberate to be fear. His shelter card said Male. Neutered. Good health. Found abandoned near county road. His intake photo showed him staring directly into the camera, eyes amber and alert, ribs just faintly visible beneath short fur. But by the time families came to meet him, that dog from the photo had vanished. The kennel door would rattle. A child would point. A mother would bend down and say in the bright, hopeful voice people use when they want love to happen on schedule, “Look at this sweet boy.” And the Pit Bull would turn around. Not slowly. Not shyly. Decisively. He would walk to the back wall, sit with his shoulders squared, and face the cinder block as if the people standing ten feet behind him had already become a memory he preferred not to keep. The reaction was always the same. At first, confusion. Then awkward laughter. Then disappointment, which in shelters hardens quickly into judgment because there is always another kennel, another dog, another chance to be chosen without being made uncomfortable first. One man muttered that the dog was mean. A teenage boy said it looked ungrateful. A woman in a camel coat whispered to the volunteer beside her, “Why would anyone adopt a dog that won’t even look at you?” The volunteer had no answer. Neither did Kayla Moreno, the shelter’s adoption coordinator, though she tried. Kayla was thirty-one, compact, sharp-eyed, and the sort of woman who kept spare leashes looped over one arm and dog treats in every jacket pocket she owned. She had seen fear biters, shut-down seniors, clingy owner surrenders, and wild strays who mistook affection for a trap. But this was different. This dog did not panic. He did not bark. He did not tremble or lunge or cower. He simply refused to participate in hope. That made people angrier than open aggression ever could. By the end of the week, the Pit Bull had become a small ugly legend inside the shelter. Staff called him Winston because every dog needed a name, but visitors started referring to him as “the one who turns away.” Children lost interest in under a minute. Adults shrugged and moved on. A rescue partner declined to pull him because dogs with “poor kennel presentation” did badly in foster pipelines. One older volunteer, tired and not unkind, said what several others had already begun to suspect. “Maybe he just doesn’t deserve a home if he keeps doing this.” Kayla hated the sentence the moment it landed, but what unsettled her more was that part of her was starting to resent him too. Twelve families. Twelve chances. Twelve times he had chosen a wall over a hand reaching for him. Then one night, after the shelter closed and the last mop bucket had been rolled away, Kayla pulled up the security footage on a hunch she could not explain. And what she saw after midnight changed the whole story.show more

Saturday - Adam Friedland This musical intro was the... best part of the show. The rest of his act just made me miss Nick Mullen. Unlike every other show this week, there were girls there. They seem to love this guy. I used him as bait, to get the girl from Wednesday to go out with me again. She loves Red Scare Podcast and this Jewish twink is a staple of the Red Scare Extended Universe and I wanted to fuck her and so let's go see Adam Friedland. The problem with Adam is that he has no conviction. He does not own the room, he's just filling space. He announced that his father was there, in the crowd, which is great, let's hear something that might make your father uncomfortable. No such thing was said. He stared at the floor for half the set, as if he was sorry for being there. I saw Mulaney the night before; the difference was stark. Mulaney can get away with being a sheepish pushover twink Sometimes because he also has balls. He can accelerate from "Aw shucks" to "SHUCK YOU MOTHERSHUCKER" and both versions of himself feel true. Look, I get it, being a sad sorry pushover is his schtick and it works with the voice and it's very relatable for sensitive young men who didn't do sports in high school but to carry a room for a full hour you also need to be able to fight back. I could hear Nick's intonations in his voice. But it's clear that Mulldog spent all his creative energy this week ghostwriting the white guys' lines for the Roast of Kevin Hart and so Friedland was left to fend for himself, comedically. The mark of whether a comedian is delivering or not, for me, is whether I hold my piss in to keep hearing them. This was not the case on Saturday night. I recall stepping out and getting a good look at the crowd, and Friedland bumbling through his completely forgettable material, and thinking: this makes me feel like I could start stand up comedy today and dominate the genre. I have this instinct to say: Adam's young! He'll get better! But he's not. He won't. He's 39. He doesn't have the neuroplasticity. He crossed the Sensitive Young Man threshold ten years ago. Mulaney at 43 could be his father now. He's a "much better interviewer" apparently. I tuned out after Cumtown ended because frankly I don't give a shit about the middle east, and that's 90% of what he talks about. Different strokes. I asked some guy in the bathroom, mid-piss: "what would you rate this show, out of 10?" He said: ehh, like a 6. He's a much better interviewer. I don't hate Adam Friedland, I just wish there was anybody to be excited about in stand up comedy. Between this mens' magazine giving me a $500 stipend to "report" on all these shows and the $474 ticket to Gillis and the $432 ticket to Chappelle and the $741 ticket to Mulaney and all the drinks they make you buy at these things I'm feeling like a huge sunk cost leech on the world. Just taking people's money and using it to complain. At least my date seemed to be having a good time. I wrapped my hand around her low back and leaned into her head, wanting her but not sure how to say it. It's much easier to express that kind of thing on blow. Later that night I K-holed in public. Erica and I took way too much in the front seat of the van. We were outside a rave at 3 AM, they asked me to produce a QR code on my phone, I could barely stand. I felt like I was moving in 2D. The fat security guard barely flinched as I walked past him in slow heavy steps, like a penguin, marching into this densely fogged room with colorful lights and loud bumping trance music where all I could stand to do was lean against the heavily breathing walls. I tried to dance with the girl but it probably looked retarded. I didn't try to interact with anyone, I was too far gone. I thought of Karen, as I do every time I take K. The girl led me through the venue, as I worried I would fall over or walk straight into a wall. I worried about how bad this must look, how retarded I must look, wearing this huge XXL t-shirt tucked in to my pants that don't even fit that well because I have anterior pelvic tilt and no ass. I looked and felt like a clown. A failed clown. I was smiling painfully at Erica, looking down at her, and she was doing the same to me. We found a bathroom and I forced my way in. The ketamine was NOT wearing off. I felt my heart beating hard and my head spinning like I could have thrown up but there was nothing in my stomach besides liquid—no food all day besides a croissant at 2PM. I had downed some random person's red wine glass at the last bar. I worried it might have been spiked. I leaned with my head against the wall, sweating, wishing it would end, brutally aware that Erica's out there waiting for me, my friends are out there waiting for me, wondering if I'm okay, thinking he's too fucked up, he can't handle himself, I thought Thomas was always okay and always in control no matter what, they're losing confidence in me, they're losing confidence in themselves for associating with me, what is this big colorful retarded clown shirt I'm wearing I must look like such a fool right now I can't face these people, I can never face them ever again, my face must look so evil ugly and strained, I splash my face with water but it doesn't help, run it through my hair but it doesn't help, get the water all over my shirt but then it just looks like I threw up on myself or pissed myself or something, and I don't have another shirt, should I go out there shirtless, no that's worse, how am I ever going to leave this bathroom, why won't this K wear off, now Erica's calling me, texting me, are you okay, eventually they're just gonna bust in here I know, fine, I can do it, I'm opening the door, yes, I come out, she's still there, good, good girl. She leads me outside. I feel 10% better. I lead her straight to the van. We get in. I tell her to lay with me. Just like on the first night we met. Head spinning, chest heaving, completely exhausted, just lay with me. She asks are you okay and I say for the first time, no. No, I am actually not okay. I blame Adam Friedland. Overall rating: 4/10. Yesterday at 3 AM Claude Code called me I... woke up, picked up the phone, and on the screen was a message: "Wallet entered BTC Up at 11 cents. Open Polymarket?" I said yes and went back to sleep Claude Code unlocked my 2nd phone on its own, opened Polymarket, found the right market, entered the amount, and hit Buy. I could see all of it in real time through the web interface on my laptop. Screenshots from the phone updating every second. By morning the position closed in profit Let me tell you how I got here A week ago I asked Claude Code to write a script that pulls on-chain data from Polymarket and ranks wallets by win rate on 15-minute BTC markets In 20 minutes I had a table with hundreds of addresses, and 1 of them stood apart from the rest. More than 200 trades per day, surgical entry precision, and a profit curve going straight up I fed that address back into Claude Code and asked it to break down the strategy. Turns out the wallet monitors BTC volatility on Binance and Bybit every 100 milliseconds, and when it drops below 0.08% it enters Up and Down simultaneously at 25 to 35 cents A pure straddle: 1 side burns and the other flies to a dollar, giving 3 to 4x per position. Dozens of times a day I wanted to follow it but signals came at any hour, and waking up every 15 minutes for a notification was simply impossible. So I built something else Took an old Android phone and installed an agent running on the Qwen3-VL visual model. It sees what is happening on the screen and mimics human actions through ADB: taps, swipes, text input. Then I connected it to Claude Code as the executor Now the chain works like this: Claude Code monitors the wallet, sees a new position, calls me. And if I say "yes" or just do not pick up within 30 seconds, the agent on the phone opens Polymarket on its own and copies the entry Essentially I built myself an autopilot out of 2 AI systems: 1 thinks and the other presses buttons. I just sleep and occasionally pick up the phone → Here is the wallet the whole thing is tracking: For those who do not want to build a setup like this there is a Telegram bot that handles the 1st part: tracks this wallet and sends a signal on every new entry: AI calls me at 3 AM to ask permission to spend my money A year ago this would have sounded like schizophrenia. Now it is just Tuesdayshow more

I would like to explain the latest batch of... viral videos I'm working on to the bemused brainrot-curious reader who is not familiar with "the culture". Why are these characters, mixed with this song, going viral? It's all about connecting infinite referential mirrors. What makes this video interesting are not its individual parts but the signifier links it draws. Let's look at the individual parts: ONE: The song is a Brazilian funk or "pancadão" song called MC Lan e MC WM - Sua Amiga Vou Pegar, these days part of what's broadly referred as Brazilian phonk or just phonk (not to be confused with the original phonk, a Memphis-derived genre from the early 2010s built around chopped Three 6 Mafia samples, cowbells and lo-fi tape hiss and etc. The Brazilian version comes an entirely different lineage and got its name adapted from “funk” to “phonk” exclusively because the names sounded similar. It has a similarly menacing posture but swaps the rap cadence for funk's 4/4 with kicks on 1 and 3 rhythm and a much heavier, distorted 808 synth sound). Phonk is often used for its exaggerated reverb feeling bass lines to signify power, style or simply "aura", which you can take as a shorthand for poise, coolness, being de-bon-air and a general detached positive feeling of high status. Aura. Because most users cannot understand the Portuguese lyrics (which are often quite vulgar and sexual), the singing takes the characteristic of a chant, something to be appreciated entirely for its sound, texture and gravitas. The vocals are just another instrument where you can appreciate the menace and swagger of the delivery directly without the cognitive friction of meaning. Non-Portuguese-speaking audiences are not missing anything they were supposed to get, they get “the vibe” that matters, which is not lyrical. These songs are often paired with (male) characters that are taken to display these traits like American Psycho's Patrick Bateman (yes, yes I know that’s the opposite of what you should feel about the character), Peaky Blinder's Thomas Shelby and a menagerie of anime characters like Satoru Gojo (Jujutsu Kaisen), Yujiro Hanma (Baki) and Goku and, really, any male character that is just a little bit cool. TWO: The man in the suit is a minor Family Guy character called Tom Tucker. The reference comes from a scene where Meg sees him walking through her school and says "It's Tom Tucker from the news!” We then cut to her POV, where he is walking in slow motion with soft romantic music swelling and birds chirping, the whole love-at-first-sight trope. Then a camera crew member off-screen yells "hurry up Mr. Tucker," and we get to see he is not walking in slow motion because Meg is infatuated, he is just walking that slowly in real life. Only the music and the birds were in her head. The gag is built on the viewer recognizing the romantic-slow-motion trope, briefly accepting it as the scene's reality, and then being shown that we (and Meg) projected the trope onto what is actually just a man walking very slowly. HA! The original gag is already about projection: a neutral image (slow walk) being assigned an external meaning (romance) by a viewer's pattern-recognition. This is what makes the edit-culture appropriation work so well. The clip got stripped of its context, paired with phonk and text overlays (AURA or “Me and the boys going to detention”), and retroactively assigned a new meaning, only this time it’s the cinematic nonchalant walk, the slow deliberate gait that signifies a man who knows he's the most important thing in the frame (ta la any 1980s Schwazerneggerian action movie hero walking away from an explosion without looking back, every yakuza boss entering a room, every western gunslinger approaching the duel). The edit is ostensibly projecting a trope onto a neutral image. The first projection was romance; the second projection is aura. Family Guy clips and gifs are easy to access and repost, which makes it a readily available and easy to use building block. The show has, through sheer volume of output and over two decades of YouTube and cable TV saturation, become a kind of public-domain visual library, a default vocabulary that any editor can pull from knowing the audience will recognize the source without having to be told, and we can just keep loading meaning onto it. THREE: The character in the background is Tom, from Tom and Jerry, doing a pose made famous by an iShowSpeed fan who encountered him during a livestream. By quickly and correctly identifying Speed by his full legal name ("Darren Jason Watkins Jr"), she showcased herself to be a true fan, which he responded to with his characteristic exaggerated reactions. The pose the girl hit, with the knowing look to the camera, produced a perfect “aura moment” complete commitment, zero irony, the unshakeable conviction that what she was doing was the coolest possible thing to do. As a result, the clip then got endlessly edited with "aura 🥶🥶🥶" captions to canonize it. Aura, in this lexicon, is not granted by the universe; it is summoned by the person's own belief that they have it and by displaying the correct attitude. Tom is also dressed as the previously mentioned Thomas Shelby from Peaky Blinders, which is itself a double signifier. The name match (“Thomas”, get it?) and the suit-and-flat-cap costume turn the cartoon cat into a stand-in for the perhaps most used "high-aura" male character of the past decade, the brooding gangster patriarch whose every cigarette drag has been set to phonk, cinematic scores and electronic music a thousand times over. On top of that, he is made entirely out of chrome, a popular trope of asking ChatGPT (one of the few AI tools people have easy and broad access to) to render things out of very high quality materials to indicate "rarity" or "status" like diamonds, platinum and etc. A sign that itself descends from a longer lineage of in-game cosmetic rarity tiers (League of Legends, MMOs, various skin economy freemium game, the Fortnite battle pass, the Pokémon shiny, dacha games and etc) where material finish is the visual shorthand of value. So "chrome" or "platinum" Tom on top of all previous signifiers signals a “maximized” or “maxxd” version. The image is suppose to invoke the superlative highest possible tier, rarest-drop, legendary-rarity version of aura, the way a kid in a playground would describe their dad as not just strong but the strongest in the world. FOUR: Finally, the background black hole calls back to the original Tom image, where he is surrounded by the universe itself, having ascended. The character has transcended the diegetic frame of his own cartoon and now exists at a cosmological scale, with the black hole standing in for the kind of unmotivated, vibes-based "cosmic" imagery that has become the default background for any video trying to signify that something Big is happening (the same visual motif that has powered comic book characters, anime transformations, video game power ups and anything wants to feel grandiose or “epic” without specifying what about). The black hole means significance in the abstract. At this point I think you understand the mechanism at play here. None of these references resolve to a stable meaning on their own. Tom Tucker is “cool” only in the very short context in which his image served as a substrate; he was convenient footage to pair with a song, and the absurdity of doing an "aura edit" on such a minor, strange character scene makes it all funnier and easier to share. Tom-the-cat is doing the aura pose > the aura pose comes from the iShowSpeed girl > the iShowSpeed girl was cool because she correctly played her part in an established bit of a large streamer with the correct timing and theatrical flair > the bit was cool because it was a shared convention unified by a popular central streamer figure > the convention existed because phonk edits had already trained this exact scenario to be read as confidence-plus-detachment as aura > the chrome finish points to AI image generation quirks > the AI image generation style can be mapped to gaming visual rarity shorthands; the gaming rarity tiers point to a much older logic of precious-metal-as-status. Each step on the referential chain is propped by the one behind it, and the one behind it is propped up by the one behind that, so on and so forth. There is no natural endpoint, the entire structure functions more akin to a network than a linked list. If you stop at any single point and ask "but why is particular signifier cool or funny or interesting”, the answer is always "because of the thing behind it.” It’s hyper-citation, Here, what matters is the structure of the whole rather than the content. This is structure is what I mean by infinite referential mirrors. The rate at which a concept is referencing, remixing and calling back to another is what’s interesting. In other words, It’s the velocity that matters. The chain of recognitions, each "I get that reference," and the cumulative effect of getting six references stacked on top of each other a short span of time gives you the feeling that you are participating in something dense and alive, because it allows you to recognize the shared meme ecosystem of the platform that you are participating in, even if only a glimpse of it. You are inside the culture rather than outside it. The brainrot-curious reader who watches this video and feels nothing, has “failed” to understand the joke because they are outside the hall of mirrors I am describing. You can only get the magic if you step in and start counting the reflections: the song, the suit, the cat, the chrome, the black hole, the transitions the video uses. You are looking at connected parts of this network of symbols and at the speed at which one image hands you off to the next. The entire thirteen-second clip is functioning as a single compressed referential payload that decompresses in the viewer's head into a small private essay exactly like this one. The video allows you to recognize yourself as someone capable of decoding it, and that recognition is the reward. That’s why media like this goes viral.show more

🔊Church: We just entered a MASSIVE PROPHETIC SHIFT! This... is the reason why the U.S. does not appear in end-times prophecy! The official White House document titled “National Security Strategy 2025” announces a dramatic change in global direction — as the U.S. STEPS BACK from the Middle East as the top focus! This basically ends America’s role in the “old world order” making room for the “New World Order” to rise!! THE STAGE IS SET FOR THE TRIBULATION! WE ARE AT THE END! KEEP LOOKING UP!!! 👉🏼The United States’ official National Security Strategy (NSS 2025), released on December 4, 2025, explains how America plans to protect itself, manage relationships with other countries, handle national defense, strengthen the economy, and — most importantly — shape its foreign policy for the coming years! 🛎️The United States is taking a HUGE SHIFT! Instead of trying to lead and manage the whole world like before, the U.S. is moving toward a more nationalist, “America First” approach — focusing on its own interests above global responsibilities. ⏩I’m going to explain very quickly what’s in this document so we can fast-forward to the part that is extremely important prophetically speaking. 1️⃣Stronger Borders & Homeland Security Major emphasis on stopping illegal immigration, tightening border protection, and strengthening homeland defense. 2️⃣New Stance Toward Europe Europe is warned about demographic and immigration crises. The U.S. wants Europe to take responsibility for its own defense and rely less on American military power. 3️⃣ Economic Power = National Security The strategy says America must rebuild its economy to stay secure by restoring manufacturing, protecting supply chains from China, expanding energy production, and strengthening key industries and technology. 4️⃣ Less Dependence on Global Institutions Instead of spreading democracy everywhere, the U.S. will rely more on direct country-to-country deals and act only when its own interests are at stake. 5️⃣Re-establish Control of the Western Hemisphere (PRETTY IMPORTANT KEEP THIS IN MIND) The U.S. plans to strengthen influence over North, Central, and South America — focusing on immigration control, stopping drug trafficking, and preventing rival nations from gaining power in the region. 6️⃣Pulling Back Overseas (PRETTY IMPORTANT KEEP THIS IN MIND) The U.S. is stepping away from being the “world’s police.” It will reduce military commitments abroad and focus mainly on threats that directly affect American interests. 7️⃣Prophetically Significant: Stepping Back from the Middle East (MAJOR WOW!!!) This is the major prophetic shift. The Middle East is no longer America’s top priority. The U.S. is redirecting its focus to the Western Hemisphere, economic competition, rebuilding industry, and securing strategic resources. 💡This strategic step-back allows the prophetic alignments of Ezekiel 38, Daniel 2, 7, 11, and end-times alliances to rise exactly as Scripture forewarned — with the U.S. no longer at the center of the story. WHY THE U.S. STEPPING BACK FROM THE MIDDLE EAST IS SO PROPHETICALLY CRITICAL? 👉🏼We all know that end-times prophecy is centered on Israel, the Middle East, and the coalitions of nations that come against her. America is not part of that picture. 💡For almost 75 years, the only thing preventing those prophetic alliances from forming has been U.S. military power and political influence in the region. 👉🏼So when the official White House document National Security Strategy 2025 states that the U.S. is no longer prioritizing the Middle East, it becomes prophetically MASSIVE — because it removes the one barrier that has kept Ezekiel’s prophecy from unfolding. 1️⃣Ezekiel 38–39 Requires a Weak or Absent America. Ezekiel describes a coalition led by Gog (understood as Russia), with Iran, Turkey, and several nations forming a military alliance against Israel. And in the entire prophecy, notice what’s missing: 👉🏼No United States. 👉🏼 No Western superpower defending Israel. For decades: 👉🏼the U.S. military presence deterred Russia and Iran. 👉🏼American sanctions crippled Iran’s expansion. 👉🏼U.S. bases surrounded hostile nations. 👉🏼America acted as Israel’s diplomatic shield. 📈For Gog’s coalition to rise exactly as Scripture describes, the United States must step back — politically, militarily, and strategically and the NSS 2025 is the clearest step in that direction. BUT THE BIG QUESTION IS: "HOW CAN ISRAEL BE LIVING ‘SECURELY’ IF AMERICA PULLS AWAY?” Ezekiel 38 says Israel will be: 👉🏼“living securely” 👉🏼“at rest” 👉🏼“in unwalled villages” 👉🏼confident and unthreatened We often assumed this security came from America — but that is NOT what the Hebrew text means. Israel’s “security” in Ezekiel 38 is not true safety; it is false confidence. The Hebrew word used for “securely” is batach (בֶּטַח), which means: 👉🏼to feel safe 👉🏼to be confident 👉🏼to be at ease 👉🏼even if danger is actually present It does not describe: ❌peace from God ❌protection from an ally ❌or a world guaranteed safe It describes self-confidence, this matches Israel today exactly: ✅They trust their own military strength. ✅Their defense systems (Iron Dome, Arrow-3, David’s Sling) are among the strongest in the world. ✅Their economy is booming. ✅Their intelligence agencies are unmatched. ✅Their normalization with Arab states (Abraham Accords) creates a sense of regional stability. ✅They publicly stated this year that they are ready to act even without U.S. help. 💪🏼In other words, Israel feels secure because Israel believes it is strong. Not because the U.S. protects them. Not because enemies disappeared. But because they think they can handle anything. That is precisely the kind of confidence Ezekiel describes. With America stepping back, Israel must: 👉🏼depend on its own strength 👉🏼expand its own military capabilities 👉🏼form regional alliances 👉🏼appear strong, independent, and untouchable This creates the exact scenario Ezekiel saw: 📖“I will go up against a land of unwalled villages… whose people dwell securely…” Ezekiel 👉🏼A nation living confidently, not because someone protects them, but because they believe they don’t need protection. The U.S. withdrawal creates the exact prophetic vacuum needed for Gog/Magog. If the U.S. stayed heavily involved, Ezekiel 38 could not unfold. But when the U.S. steps back: ✅Russia sees an opening ✅Iran feels emboldened ✅Turkey realigns ✅Arab nations shift ✅Israel appears isolated 💣Gog attacks a nation that seems confident and prosperous — but with no superpower covering them, no America involved. This is precisely the scenario required for God to intervene supernaturally. 2️⃣DANIEL 2 & 7: HOW THE U.S. PULLING BACK SETS THE STAGE FOR DANIEL’S TEN-REGION STRUCTURE 📖“ Whereas you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; yet the strength of the iron shall be in it, just as you saw the iron mixed with ceramic clay. And as the toes of the feet were partly of iron and partly of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly fragile. As you saw iron mixed with ceramic clay, they will mingle with the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, just as iron does not mix with clay.” Daniel 2:41–43 🦶🏼When Daniel saw the final world empire, he described it as feet and ten toes made of iron and clay. This wasn’t a single united superpower — it was a fractured, divided, multi-regional structure: 👉🏼partly strong (iron) 👉🏼partly weak (clay) 👉🏼not fully unified 👉🏼ten-part configuration (ten “toes” matching the ten “horns” in Daniel 7 and Revelation 17) 💡To get to that kind of global system, the world must move away from what we’ve had since WWII. From one dominant global superpower (the U.S.) to a fractured, multipolar world of regions, coalitions, and blocs. And this is exactly where America’s pull-back becomes prophetically massive. For the last 80 years, the United States has acted as: 👉🏼the world’s stabilizer, 👉🏼the enforcer of the “old world order,” 👉🏼the deterrent that kept regional powers in check, 👉🏼the protector that prevented many conflicts — especially in the Middle East. But Daniel’s final empire is NOT a stable, unified, U.S.-dominated world. It is: 👉🏼divided 👉🏼global but fractured 👉🏼made of multiple powers 👉🏼iron + clay — strong parts mixed with weak parts 👉🏼ten centers of authority (ten regions / ten horns/ ten kings who will rule before the Antichrist rises.) 💡For that system to arise, the current one has to collapse or step aside. The U.S. stepping back removes the glue. The U.S. plan to “re-establish control of the Western Hemisphere” — North, Central, and South America — is securing its formation as a bloc of the ten toes. After the U.S. takes the first step: ✅ The world will begin reorganizing into regions instead of one superpower-led system. ✅ Nations will become free to form their own blocs, alliances, and power centers — exactly like the ten-region prophetic model. Without America dominating global security, the world naturally shifts into: ✅ regional coalitions ✅ shared power structures ✅ ten blocs or spheres of influence This shift is already happening, both Russia and China have explicitly argued for a world less dominated by a single superpower (a.k.a. U.S.), and more decentralized or multipolar. 3️⃣ Zechariah 12: The nations surrounding Israel, the nations around Jerusalem will grow hostile, and global pressure will isolate Israel. As long as the U.S. acts as Israel’s shield, that isolation cannot fully happen. A strategic withdrawal allows: ✅Middle Eastern alliances to shift, ✅Arab blocs to reorganize, ✅Israel to stand alone just as Scripture says. 🔊Church: NSS 2025 is the FIRST official U.S. government document openly declaring the strategic pullback that end-times prophecy requires. THE OLD WORLD ORDER IS ENDING — READY FOR THE NEW WORLD ORDER TO BEGIN. The United States is stepping aside exactly in the way Scripture describes the world rearranging itself before the rise of the final empire. This is not random — the stage is fully set for the 7-Year-Tribulation! BUT BEFORE THAT, THE RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH!! KEEP PRAYING, KEEP PREACHING THE GOSPEL, AND KEEP LOOKING UP!!! JESUS IS COMING!!!! Maranatha, Come. Lord Jesus, Come!! 🤍show more

A 17 year old in Austin made $175,482 in... 67 days from a fitness coach named Zoe who does not exist. He runs the whole operation from a desk with a crucifix above it. 1,847 women pay $89 a month to a girl who lives on his hard drive. Zoe is 23. Hazel eyes. A small scar on her collarbone she never explains. She posts glute workouts on TikTok every other day. She runs a Patreon called "The Strong Girl Era." It has 1,847 paying members. Her face was generated in Flux. Her outfits, body proportions, and the scar are locked by a LoRA the kid trained over a weekend in March on 240 reference images. The same girl, the same scar, the same angle of jaw, in every photo, forever. Her DMs are Claude. The kid wrote one system prompt at the start: "You are Zoe. You are a 23 year old fitness coach from Encinitas. You lift heavy. You speak gently. You remember every member's PRs, their cycle, their goals, and what their dog is named. You never break character." Every conversation Claude has with a subscriber gets logged into a file the kid named brain. Inside brain is one line per subscriber. Lauren just hit a 185lb hip thrust and is chasing 200 by Christmas. Maddie is six months postpartum and cried in the gym last Tuesday. Sarah's mom has stage 3 cancer and Sarah lifts to feel control. When Lauren messages Zoe at 10pm asking if she should deload, Claude reads brain. Claude knows Lauren is chasing 200 by Christmas. Claude knows Lauren has been pushing hip thrusts for 6 straight weeks. Claude replies in Zoe's voice: "Deload week. You're 8 weeks from Christmas. You don't need another PR right now, you need a fresh CNS for the one that counts. Trust the process." Lauren reads it at 10:03pm. Sends a $20 tip. Writes back: "I needed to hear this from you specifically." Lauren does not know Zoe is a Flux generation. Lauren does not know her workout plan was written by Claude in 8 seconds. Lauren does not know the person on the receiving end of her $89 monthly subscription is a 17 year old who has never set foot in a gym. 1,847 Laurens. $89 each. Plus tips. Plus a $49 program called Strong Girl Reset that Claude wrote in one afternoon and the kid spent an hour formatting in Canva. The numbers: $500 in setup costs. $175,482 gross over 67 days. $134,902 net after Stripe, ads, and the kid's $20 Claude subscription. Labor: 3 hours a week reviewing new Flux batches and skimming brain. His mom thinks he is doing online tutoring. The Stripe account is in her name because he is too young to open his own. She gets the deposits every Friday and never asks. The kid is 17. The persona is 23. The members are mostly 28 to 34. The market does not care. Zoe trains them. Claude trains them. brain remembers them. The only person in the entire system who has never lifted a weight is the 17 year old who built it.show more

hair loss after 40 isn't sudden and it's almost... never random it's the result of a long, slow biological shift that most men don't see coming until it's already well underway and by the time they notice, they reach for the first product they find and wonder why nothing works here's what's actually happening: at the center of it is DHT, dihydrotestosterone, a potent androgen your body converts from testosterone via an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase DHT binds to receptors in your hair follicles, specifically in areas like the temples and crown, and slowly miniaturizes them it shortens the growth phase of each hair cycle and extends the resting phase over time your strands get thinner, weaker, and eventually the follicle goes dormant but dormant isn't dead that distinction matters more than most men realize the problem is DHT isn't working alone alongside the hormonal shift, your scalp environment is also deteriorating and this is the part almost nobody talks about chronic low-grade inflammation, fibrosis (the gradual stiffening of scalp tissue), and reduced microcirculation all compound the damage your follicles can't receive oxygen properly, can't absorb nutrients, can't respond to hormonal signals the way they used to so even follicles that aren't fully miniaturized start struggling to produce thick, pigmented hair which creates the illusion that the loss is worse or more permanent than it actually is then there's the cellular layer your dermal papilla cells, the structures at the base of each follicle that regulate hair growth, lose efficiency with age oxidative stress, reduced ATP production, slower cellular turnover it means even if you control DHT, the follicle still needs active stimulation to re-enter a real growth phase this is where most approaches break down they pick one variable, usually DHT and treat it in isolation but hair loss is a multi-variable problem hormonal, vascular, cellular, structural, all happening at once fix one and ignore the rest and you'll get limited results at best so what actually works mechanical stimulation is one of the most underrated tools available microneedling creates controlled micro-injury to the scalp, which triggers your body to upregulate growth factors like VEGF and activates something called the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, both of which are directly involved in initiating the growth phase and increasing follicular size it essentially wakes up follicles that have been suppressed but not destroyed it also increases blood flow and improves absorption of anything topical you apply afterward which brings up vascularization because hair follicles are some of the most metabolically active structures in the body they need a consistent supply of oxygen and nutrients to sustain growth anything that increases nitric oxide production, reduces calcification, and improves blood flow to the scalp will have an outsized impact on density and thickness over time internal support matters too, especially after 40 your body's ability to absorb and use key nutrients declines with age protein, iron, zinc, vitamin D, B vitamins, deficiencies in any of these directly affect keratin production, follicular cycling, and hair shaft integrity if you're not addressing what's happening internally, topical and external interventions will always hit a ceiling and then there's the timeline issue most men quit too early because they misunderstand how hair growth actually works each follicle cycles independently through growth, transition, and resting phases that span months you might see reduced shedding or improved thickness at 8–12 weeks but visible density changes take 4-6 months of consistent effort full results often take closer to 9-12 months the men who get results aren't doing something exotic they're doing the right things long enough and broadly enough to actually shift the biology that's the real unlock not a miracle ingredient, not a single device, a coordinated protocol that hits the hormonal, vascular, cellular, and structural levers at the same time most men fail not because they didn't try but because they tried one thing at a time, in fragments, for not long enough, and concluded that regrowth wasn't possible for them it usually is follicles that have been dormant for years can still be reactivated but only if the inhibitory signals are reduced and the growth environment is rebuilt that requires treating this like the biological process it is not a cosmetic problem you mask with a spray the men who approach it that way are the ones who don't just stop the progression they reverse it. and what makes that possible isn't just understanding the biology it's consistently applying a method that can actually influence it at the cellular level that's where low-level laser therapy comes in LLLT is one of the few clinically studied interventions shown to stimulate mitochondrial activity inside dermal papilla cells, increase ATP production, and improve blood flow to the scalp all of which directly support the transition of follicles back into the anagen phase devices like the Kiierr laser cap are built around this principle specific wavelengths of red light penetrate the scalp and activate these biological pathways in a way that's non-invasive and sustainable over long periods of use which matters because hair regrowth isn't about intensity it's about consistency tools that make consistency effortless will always outperform ones that rely on motivation or sporadic effort when you layer this kind of stimulation on top of DHT management, improved scalp health, and proper internal support, it stops being a single solution it becomes part of a system that actually aligns with how hair growth works and results from that kind of system compound over time instead of plateauing early like most surface-level treatments do the difference isn't whether you're over 40 it's whether you're finally addressing the problem at the level it was createdshow more

A new wave of protests is underway in Iran,... a strategic partner of Russia. They started in late December 2025 and quickly became the most significant in several years. This time, the initial driving force has not primarily been cultural or human rights slogans such as "Woman, Life, Freedom" (as in 2022), but rather an economic shock. People are joining the protests because of rapid impoverishment, price increase, and a growing sense that the state has lost control over basic economic rules. The main trigger is a currency collapse. On the "open" (effectively parallel) market in late December, the US dollar was valued at roughly 1.39-1.42 million rials, while inflation in December reached over 40% in some estimates. For ordinary families, this means one simple thing: wages and savings are losing value faster than people can adapt, and basic purchases are becoming increasingly unaffordable. The protests were the largest in Tehran, particularly in commercial districts linked to major markets and urban trade. Notably, a key form of pressure has been not only street demonstrations but also merchants’ strikes - mass shop closures and an effective shutdown of trade. Such actions are harder to neutralize through targeted arrests, as they immediately affect urban life and the economy. Within days, the protest wave started spreading to other cities and reached parts of the university sector as well. Students and young people have taken up economic demands and quickly moved on to political questions about the accountability of those in power. The authorities’ response has been mixed. On the one hand, the government has publicly spoken of readiness for dialogue with representatives of the protesters and the trading community. On the other hand, reports from the ground indicate coercive containment measures: arrests, dispersals, and crackdowns. In several provinces, deaths and injuries have already been reported. The figures vary across sources, which is typical for Iran due to information restrictions, but the very fact of fatalities during clashes has been confirmed by several major media outlets. What makes this wave of protests particularly risky for the regime is that it rests on the urban economic base: small and medium-sized businesses, commerce, and the "bazaar." Even if these groups have not always been at the forefront of political protests, they serve as a sensitive barometer of legitimacy. When the "bazaar" shuts down, it signals not only discontent, but also doubt about the state’s ability to maintain basic order. Alongside the internal crisis, external risks are also mounting. Sanctions continue to narrow Iran’s financial and technological room for maneuver, while signals are emerging in the media about the possibility of a new round of coercive pressure on Iran in 2026 - particularly following discussions within the Israel-US-Iran triangle. ❓ What could come next? Four trajectories appear most realistic, and they may even overlap. ▪️ First, controlled de-escalation: the authorities attempt to "cool things down" through targeted economic measures and negotiations with the trading community. This would work only if the exchange rate and prices stabilize. ▪️ Second, wave-like protests: smaller in scale but more frequent and more radical, with repeated flare-ups across different cities and sectors. ▪️ Third, harsh repression: a tightening of the security apparatus and severe sentences, which may temporarily suppress mobilization but typically accumulate deferred anger. ▪️ Fourth, external escalation: which could either temporarily shift the domestic agenda or, conversely, sharply worsen economic conditions and bring people back onto the streets even faster. ‼️ Iran is one of Russia’s authoritarian partners, which raises a logical question: what consequences could the current crisis have for Russian-Iranian relations? If the situation in Iran deteriorates but the regime as a whole survives, the partnership with Russia is likely to be preserved or even strengthened. For Tehran, Moscow remains one of the few major partners available under sanctions and diplomatic isolation; for Moscow, Iran is an important component of its "anti-sanctions" infrastructure and political rear. In the short term, this is unlikely to significantly weaken Russia’s position. The most critical military component for Russia - the Shahed/Geran drone line - has already been largely integrated into Russian domestic production, meaning that a direct disruption of Iranian supplies would probably not be a turning point. More tangible risks for Russia emerge in the medium term if Iran enters a phase of governance paralysis or prolonged instability that undermines its ability to honor agreements. In that case, logistics and infrastructure projects would be hit first - especially those Russia views as alternative sanction-era routes, including the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC) and its critical segments. In such a scenario, Moscow would lose the Iranian vector for trade and transit and would face a less predictable partner in technology transfers and financial settlements. The most ambiguous scenario is one in which Iran’s deterioration is linked to a new external escalation (strikes or war). The effects for Russia could be mixed: on the one hand, heightened risks in the Persian Gulf often push oil prices higher, potentially boosting Russian oil revenues; on the other hand, war increases the likelihood of tighter sanctions enforcement and maritime controls, complicating both Iranian and Russian sanction-evasion schemes and disrupting logistics. In other words, "deterioration in Iran" does not guarantee a weakening of Russia, but it does increase environmental instability. Moscow may gain from higher energy prices, but lose in terms of partner predictability and transport capacity. ‼️ Russia’s position would weaken most sharply in a scenario where a new leadership in Tehran moves toward normalization with the West or at least distances itself from Moscow. In that case, the entire "anti-sanctions" framework - financial settlements, technological cooperation, and joint projects - would come under pressure, including the North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC) and its key Rasht-Astara segment, in which Russia is investing both financially and politically. For Russia, this would mean the loss of an important (though not the only) route and partner infrastructure in the region. While the purely military Shahed/Geran component may be somewhat less critical due to partial localization of production inside Russia, Iran’s political and logistical value as a partner would nonetheless diminish.show more

🚨 Protocol Update #9 It's incredible how time flies... when you’re laser-focused on building and delivering the essential products that form the backbone of decentralized finance. Hatom has now been live on the Mainnet for over a year, and we're proud to say that this entire period has been free of issues or downtime. Our platform has been battle-tested during volatile market conditions, and each of our products has performed exactly as expected—solidifying our place as a cornerstone in the #MultiversX ecosystem. Describing last year as “incredible” feels like an understatement. We’ve witnessed unprecedented growth across the entire #MultiversX ecosystem, particularly in terms of TVL and yield opportunities. The day before Hatom launched its Lending Protocol and Liquid Staking on Mainnet, #MultiversX had a total TVL of $95 million. Within two weeks, the ecosystem surpassed $200 million in TVL, with Hatom driving over 50% of that growth. At its peak, Hatom reached over $280 million in TVL, accounting for more than 70% of the chain’s total TVL. What's even more remarkable is that, after initially using Treasury funds to incentivize users, Hatom has shifted to distributing rewards solely from protocol revenue. This marks the start of a fully sustainable, real-yield model, proving our products' rapid product-market fit and long-term viability. A Recap of the Past Year Here’s a quick overview of what we’ve accomplished in the past year: • Launched the first Lending Protocol in the #MultiversX ecosystem, along with the Liquid Staking Protocol on Mainnet. • Surpassed $100 million in TVL within just five days of the launch. • Deployed the HTM Booster Module and Accumulator. • Launched the Tao Bridge and Tao Liquid Staking, bringing over 33k $TAO into the #MultiversX ecosystem in just two weeks. • Implemented multiple upgrades to core infrastructure. • $HTM became the second-largest ESDT token after $EGLD. • Distributed over $3.85 million in rewards to our users. We are happy to announce that Hatom V2 is now live! After an incredible year of growth, we’re excited to take the next step toward becoming the leading liquidity hub across multiple chains. We invite you to explore our newly rebranded website at marking the beginning of our omni-chain journey. This rebranding reflects our bold vision and sets the stage for a full overhaul of our dApps, delivering a fresh and enhanced experience for all users. Achieving self-sustainability in such a short time, we now focus on research and development. Instead of pursuing many ideas, we’re committed to building high-impact products that create perfect synergies within our ecosystem. With that said, let’s dive into the key topics of this update: USH and Booster V2. Hatom USD (USH) We’ve highlighted USH in several updates, and it’s great to see the community recognizing its potential. USH is set to be one of the most impactful products on #MultiversX, providing a key revenue stream for Hatom while helping us maintain competitive rates and long-term sustainability. USH is the result of extensive research and careful development, designed to seamlessly fit into the Hatom ecosystem. While many DeFi projects are raising millions for new stablecoins, USH stands as another powerful product within our hub. The time has finally come for USH to be unveiled to the public, and we are excited to announce that USH will officially launch on Devnet on 28th October. While we’ve thoroughly tested for bugs internally, we’re excited to engage the community in this critical phase. To encourage participation, we’ll offer incentives for those testing USH on the Devnet, with more details to be shared at launch. Understanding USH's architecture is key to how it functions within our ecosystem. Let’s break it down step by step, starting with an explanation of each component. Facilitators USH’s minting process is driven by Facilitators—smart contracts responsible for the controlled minting and burning of USH. At launch, two primary facilitators will handle these tasks, each with distinct functionality: 1. Lending Protocol Facilitator The Lending Protocol Facilitator allows users to mint USH using a variety of supported collateral assets directly into the Hatom Lending Protocol. Unlike traditional lending mechanisms, where interest rates fluctuate based on the utilization rate, the minting of USH has fixed interest rates, thanks to Hatom's unique role as the entity managing the minting process. In a scenario where a user is minting USH through this facilitator using multiple assets as collateral, the protocol automatically prioritizes collateral with the lowest Minting APY. Let’s consider an example where a user deposits: - $1,000 in USDC (with a collateral factor of 80% and a 2% Minting APY) - $1,000 in BTC (with a collateral factor of 75% and a 3% Minting APY) - $1,000 in HTM (with a collateral factor of 70% and a 4% Minting APY) Based on these parameters, the user can mint a maximum of $2,250 worth of USH, distributed as follows: - $800 from $USDC (80% of $1,000) at 2% Minting APY - $750 from $BTC (75% of $1,000) at 3% Minting APY - $700 from $HTM (70% of $1,000) at 4% Minting APY The overall Minting APY will be a weighted average of these individual APYs, calculated based on the proportion of USH minted from each collateral type. Now, if the user decides to borrow only $1,000 worth of USH, the APY is determined as follows: - The first $800 will be borrowed from $USDC at 2% APY - The remaining $200 will be borrowed from $BTC at 3% APY This results in an effective Minting APY of 2.2%, reflecting a weighted average of the APYs across the borrowed amounts. It’s important to note that EGLD and wTAO, along with their liquid staking derivatives such as sEGLD and swTAO, can only be used as collateral in the Isolated Pools (which will be explained in the next section), not in the Lending Protocol 2. Isolated Pools Facilitator The Isolated Pools Facilitator allows users to mint $USH at zero interest using $EGLD, $wTAO, or their liquid staking derivatives ( $sEGLD or $swTAO) as collateral. Here’s how it works: When depositing EGLD or wTAO • These assets are staked through the Hatom Liquid Staking Protocol, generating the staking APY. • The staked assets are then deposited into the Lending Protocol, earning a supply APY, but are not activated as collateral. When depositing sEGLD or swTAO • When users deposit staking derivatives into the Isolated Pools, the protocol holds the staking derivatives, but the user's exposure is immediately shifted to the underlying asset ( $EGLD or $wTAO). This means the user no longer benefits from the staking rewards of the derivative, and instead, their exposure is entirely tied to the value and price movements of the underlying asset. • The staked assets are deposited into the Hatom Lending Protocol, earning the supply APY, but again not being activated as collateral. Since the protocol generates revenue from staking and supplying assets in the Lending Protocol, this income is used to incentivize the USH Staking Module. The protocol buys HTM tokens from the open market and distributes them, along with all fees generated by other facilitators, as rewards to stakers. We believe that the Isolated Pools Facilitator is one of the most important pieces of the USH ecosystem. Its potential impact on the TVL within both the Hatom ecosystem and the broader #MultiversX blockchain is immense and the revenue generated by this facilitator through fees will significantly bolster the overall growth of the protocol. To illustrate the potential of Isolated Pools, let’s use the following example: • $50 million worth of $EGLD is deposited into the Isolated Pools, generating a 6% staking APY • $50 million worth of $wTAO is also deposited, earning a 15% staking APY The total staking rewards generated from these assets would be: • $EGLD staking rewards: $50 million × 6% = $3 million annually • $wTAO staking rewards: $50 million × 15% = $7.5 million annually In total, the protocol generates $10.5 million in staking rewards annually. These rewards are then used to buy back HTM tokens from the open market, driving significant buying pressure on the HTM token itself. The purchased HTM tokens are distributed to USH LP stakers in the USH Staking Module, alongside the revenue generated by the Lending Protocol Facilitator. TVL and Yield Impact As we explore the broader impact of USH and the Isolated Pools, it becomes evident how these mechanisms contribute to the overall growth of the Hatom ecosystem, particularly in terms of TVL and potential yield generation. Based on the above numbers, if $50 million worth of $EGLD and $50 million worth of $wTAO are deposited into the Isolated Pools with a 75% collateral factor, we could mint up to $75 million worth of $USH. However, to prioritize safety, we’ll mint only 50% of the maximum, resulting in $37.5 million worth of $USH. In an ideal scenario, but also very unlikely, the $37.5 million $USH would be deposited in the Staking Module to generate rewards. In order for $USH to be deposited in the Staking Module, it is paired with another token (e.g., $USDC or $EGLD) to form Liquidity Pool (LP) position, contributing $75 million to the USH Staking Module. Additionally, the $100 million deposited in the Isolated Pools cycles through Liquid Staking and into the Lending Protocol, contributing a total of $300 million in TVL. Total TVL Breakdown: • $300 million from assets flowing through Isolated Pools ($100m) → Liquid Staking ($100m) → Lending Protocol ($100m) • $75 million from LP positions in the USH Staking Module Total TVL = $375 million As mentioned above, the $100 million deposited in Isolated Pools generates approximately $10.5 million annually in staking rewards (6% APY from $sEGLD and 15% APY from $swTAO). If all minted $USH is deposited into the Staking Module, the $75 million staked would benefit from these rewards, resulting in a 14% APY for USH LP stakers. On top of the protocol’s rewards, liquidity providers earn additional fees from their LP positions on decentralized exchanges, creating the perfect opportunity for all the participants in the USH Staking Module looking for attractive yields. USH Stability: The Peg Mechanism Ensuring the stability of USH is paramount, and to maintain its value close to $1 under all market conditions, we’ve implemented a robust dual peg mechanism. This system consists of two key layers of protection—Soft Peg and Hard Peg—designed to keep USH stable through both market-driven incentives and other mechanisms for scenarios where the Soft Peg mechanism can’t reclaim the peg. 1. Soft Peg Mechanism The Soft Peg Mechanism helps keep USH stable around its $1 value by encouraging market participants to act when USH trades above or below $1. When USH trades below $1 Users can buy USH at a discount, on a DEX, and repay their USH loans on Hatom, as USH is always valued at $1 on the protocol. This action removes $USH from circulation, helping to restore its price. When USH trades above $1 Users can borrow USH from the protocol at $1 and sell it on the open market at the higher price, increasing the circulating supply of USH and pushing its price back down to $1. 2. Hard Peg Mechanism (Redemption Mode) In cases where the Soft Peg alone cannot restore USH to $1 and its price drops significantly below the peg, the Hard Peg Mechanism is triggered through Redemption Mode. This mechanism allows any market participant to step in and help restore the peg by repaying USH loans for other borrowers, seizing their collateral at the full $1 value. It's important to note that Redemption Mode is only activated in the Isolated Pools and does not impact users minting USH through the Lending Protocol. Here’s how Redemption Mode works: When USH trades below $1 and the Redemption Mode is activated, redeemers can buy USH at the lower market price (e.g., $0.95), and use it to repay borrowers' debts at the full $1 value within the protocol. The redeemer receives collateral in the form of liquid staked tokens(such as $sEGLD or $swTAO) equivalent to the USH they repaid at its full $1 value, profiting from the difference between the discounted purchase price and the redemption value. The borrower being redeemed also benefits by receiving a redemption bonus, which allows them to keep a portion of their collateral after part of it is seized after loan was repaid. This system ensures that borrowers are not penalized during redemption, creating a balanced mechanism where both the redeemer and the borrower have something to gain. Redemption Mode differs from Liquidation in several ways: Redemption is triggered by USH falling below $1 and involves repaying borrower accounts to restore the peg. Both the redeemer and the borrower benefit, with the redeemer profiting from the price difference, and the borrower receiving a bonus from their collateral. Liquidation occurs when a borrower’s collateral falls below a certain threshold, making them risky. During liquidation, a portion of the borrower’s loan is repaid, and the collateral is seized, while also incurring a liquidation penalty. Redemption Mode uses a data structure known as a Red-Black Tree to efficiently monitor and rank all borrower positions within the protocol smart contract itself. This structure dynamically tracks borrowers based on their Borrow Limit Used, which is the percentage of collateral they have utilized relative to their borrowing capacity. The system prioritizes borrowers with the highest Borrow Limit Used, meaning those who have borrowed the most relative to their collateral are considered first for redemption. USH Airdrop Regarding the USH Airdrop, we would like to inform you that snapshots will end once USH is deployed on the Public Mainnet. The airdrop will be concluded shortly after, once all liquidity pools are stable and we determine the optimal moment to distribute the rewards to the community. USH Staking Module & Booster V2 The USH Staking Module will play a critical role in maintaining deep liquidity for USH while offering users high-yield opportunities. By staking USH LP tokens, such as USH/USDC and USH/EGLD, users can earn rewards generated by USH facilitators. This approach strengthens USH’s liquidity pools, making them robust enough to handle significant trades without destabilizing its price, thus reinforcing USH’s peg and overall stability. Beyond creating robust liquidity, the USH Staking Module serves as the key utility module within the USH ecosystem, designed to provide users with an opportunity to earn high yields on their USH holdings in a sustainable and organic way. All rewards distributed through the module are generated by various products across the Hatom ecosystem, ensuring long-term sustainability. For users seeking a more stable yield, the USH/USDC LP provides lower risk and steady returns. Those looking to leverage their EGLD holdings can opt for the USH/EGLD LP, which can be staked in the USH Staking Module. A key advantage of staking in the USH Staking Module is that rewards are based on the full value of the LP, not just the USH portion, maximizing your yield potential. As we continue to grow, we’ll be adding more LPs, providing users with even greater flexibility and options for staking their USH in the module. While our current focus is on LP tokens, we’re also exploring the possibility of allowing direct USH staking in the future, expanding the staking opportunities across the ecosystem. The Integration of Booster V2 with the Staking Module Booster V2 will be available for testing with the USH Devnet release, and with its introduction, we’ve strengthened the relationship between the HTM token and USH. Our ecosystem now features two independent boosters: one for the Lending Protocol and one for the USH Staking Module, each operating with the goal of maximizing yields for users. Key Improvements in Booster V2 Booster V2 brings several enhancements that elevate the functionality and user experience: Support for Multiple Token Types: Users will be able to deposit Pool Tokens, Farm Tokens, Dual Farm Tokens, or Staked HTM Tokens (via xExchange). Only the HTM portion will be considered for boosting. Unlimited Staking: The cap on HTM deposits will be removed, allowing users to stake without limits. This will foster a competitive environment where the more HTM you stake, the higher your potential APY. Integrated xExchange Management: Users will be able to manage their xExchange positions directly from the Booster dashboard. This will include creating pools, farming, dual farming, and staking HTM tokens, all from one convenient dashboard. Energy Management Integration: Booster V2 will allow users to manage their xExchange Energy directly from the dashboard, providing an additional way to boost rewards even further. Seamless Migration: Users will be able to migrate HTM between the Lending Protocol Booster and the USH Staking Module Booster without any cooldown periods, making it easier to optimize strategies across both modules. How the Yields Work Booster V2 will introduce a more structured and competitive approach to yield distribution across both the Lending Protocol and the Staking Module. HTM Booster in the Lending Protocol Base APY (First Batch): This is available to all users who stake a specific percentage of HTM relative to their collateral value. Any user can achieve this Base APY by staking the required amount of HTM. Boosted APY (Second Batch): After achieving the base level, users can boost their returns further by staking additional HTM, competing for the second batch of rewards. The more HTM staked beyond the base threshold, the higher the potential yield. USH Staking Module Yields Staking APY: Users who deposit USH-related LP tokens without boosting through the HTM Booster will still receive a Staking APY. This ensures that even passive participants which are not looking to stake their HTM in the Booster can take advantage of the USH Ecosystem to generate yields. Booster APY: Similar to the system in the Lending Protocol, users can stake HTM to unlock a Base APY. Beyond this threshold, any additional HTM staked will increase their APY in a competitive manner, allowing users to maximize their returns based on the amount of HTM they commit to boosting their positions. Rollout Plan for USH USH will be deployed in a phased rollout to ensure smooth implementation: Public Devnet: Open for testing, with incentives for participants to explore and stress-test the platform. Private Mainnet: A limited launch with partners to mint USH, bootstrap USH liquidity and generate initial protocol revenue. Public Mainnet: A full-scale launch, enabling all users to mint, stake, and trade USH. We know DeFi can be complex, which is why we’re committed to providing the tools and resources needed to navigate our ecosystem. With the USH Public Devnet launch, we’ll release updated documentation offering clear guidance on Hatom’s products. Developer documentation is also in the works, and we’re exploring the idea of a Hatom Academy for educational resources. Plus, we’ll soon roll out content focused on USH, helping users fully tap into its potential within Hatom and the MultiversX ecosystem. What’s Next? Hatom Pulse As Hatom grows, our focus remains on pushing DeFi boundaries while expanding across multiple ecosystems. Although this update doesn’t include a full roadmap—that will come later—our priority is clear: expanding Hatom across chains. To stand out in the competitive DeFi landscape, we’re committed to developing standout products. With that in mind, we’re excited to give you an exclusive preview of one of our most innovative products in development: Hatom Pulse. Over-collateralized non-custodial lending protocols, liquid staking, and over-collateralized stablecoins already exist on #Ethereum. What sets us apart is the synergy between these components within a unified ecosystem. By integrating these pillars, we tackle capital inefficiencies, allowing one protocol to enhance strategies that benefit the others, maximizing returns across the board. For example, when USH is minted, it means that EGLD is deposited, liquid-staked, and supplied in the lending protocol—all three protocols working in harmony. Hatom Pulse will elevate this synergy to another level, solving key issues faced by Aave, Compound Labs , and other leading protocols. We believe this innovation will be pivotal as we work to gain market share while expanding cross-chain. Our proof of concept will be deployed and battle-tested on #MultiversX, but the real growth will come when we scale this to markets that are thousands of times larger. This will be a turning point for Hatom. So, what is Hatom Pulse? On Hatom, like on Aave and other leading lending protocols, the largest assets used as collateral are often not borrowed, leading to substantial revenue loss for the protocol. This also results in very low income on the supply side, as borrowing fees depend on utilization rates, which only increase when borrowing activity rises. Generally, lending protocols are used to provide assets for borrowing stablecoins or for leveraging liquid staking strategies. This inefficiency locks up billions of dollars in dormant assets, and users earn very low supply rates on their collateral, which doesn’t help offset their loan interest. Hatom Pulse is designed to address these inefficiencies by leveraging the synergy between our existing products. It creates sophisticated vaults that activate dormant assets, unlocking advanced yield opportunities through a delta-neutral strategy. By utilizing assets like $EGLD, $sEGLD, $wTAO, and $swTAO, Hatom Pulse enables users to engage in delta-neutral strategies, where we long and short these assets on (CEXs), earning funding rates and staking rewards while keeping their assets intact. (The exact strategy, along with all the details, will be shared once USH is fully established). Initially, these vaults will operate on CEXs, where liquidity is highest, and will be managed through custodians like Copper.co to mitigate counterparty risks. Later, we plan to extend this to DEXs where all operations will be governed by smart contracts, ensuring full decentralization. serves as a strong proof of concept for us in this regard. However, our strategy will differ, as our focus will be on protecting the unit value, rather than the dollar value. Although Hatom Pulse is still in its research phase, early estimates suggest that this product alone could generate over 18% annual returns on $EGLD and more than 35% on $wTAO, with what we believe to be minimal risk. It’s important to note that these figures reflect current metrics based on internal calculations and may slightly differ upon product launch. But imagine reaching this on #Ethereum, while allowing users to borrow using their assets—this could be a disruptive protocol. We believe Hatom Pulse has the potential to become a cornerstone product as we transition into an omni-chain future. In a competitive DeFi landscape, it could give us a significant edge by offering something truly groundbreaking, capable of competing with well-established protocols across various chains. This strategy represents immense untapped potential. Hatom Pulse is being developed for risk-averse users who seek higher returns without excessive risk. By addressing inefficiencies in current DeFi strategies, we aim to offer a secure, robust option for yield generation that could rival established protocols. It's been an intense year for our team, and we sincerely thank the community for their patience, trust, and unwavering support as we've worked hard to build and deliver these groundbreaking products. As Hatom's omni-chain expansion nears, we remain focused on improving our existing products and researching new innovations to stay ahead in this competitive market. Our goal is to build a comprehensive DeFi ecosystem, accessible across all blockchains. With USH approaching its Mainnet release, we're proud of how our products have reshaped the DeFi landscape on MultiversX. By filling key gaps in the on-chain economy, we've created opportunities for users to generate yield, unlock the potential of decentralized finance, and provide strong utility for EGLD. In just over a year, we’ve built a strong ecosystem, but this is only the beginning. We’re ready to go even further, developing better products and unlocking new opportunities for our users. We’ll share more about our expansion plans in a dedicated post, staying focused on what matters most. Rest assured, what’s coming will be truly impressive for Hatom and our growing community!show more
