If you think pre season is a joke then... you have no idea how difficult it is for players to stay in shape and most of this training are connected to how the team wants to play during the season. This is what the first few days in the pre season looks like and medicals like blood test, flexibility check, mobility test, VO2Max test, and the heart test to see if the heart is healthy. My personal view on pre season test is that I hated the VO2Max test and if you are not fit enough the pass the test which usually last for just 15 minutes. When I was at Vitesse Arnhem and Red star Belgrade my medicals took 3days to be completed and it was the longest I ever had. If you don't take your off season trainings seriously you will be exposed on the first day of pre season test and you will be in trouble with the coach.show more

💔 ROBERTS AND BARRETT JUST STABBED US IN THE... BACK. AGAIN. The Supreme Court ruled today in Watson v. RNC that states do not have to receive mail-in ballots by Election Day for them to count. Postmarked by Election Day is good enough. Your ballot can wander through the postal system for days after the polls close and still be counted. And who wrote the majority opinion? Amy Coney Barrett. Who joined her? John Roberts. Along with Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson. The usual liberal bloc did what the usual liberal bloc does. But Barrett and Roberts had the power to stop this and chose not to. This is not a surprise from Roberts at this point. But Barrett? This is the justice we were promised would be different. This is the justice we fought for. This is the justice who just handed the left exactly what they wanted on mail-in ballot integrity. Five to four. One vote. That is the margin by which election integrity lost today. Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh dissented. Alito was scathing. He wrote that allowing ballots to pour in after Election Day, while preliminary results are already being reported publicly, creates greater opportunity for fraud and risks further destroying public confidence in our elections. He is right. He has always been right on this. Here is what this means on the ground. States can now set their own deadlines for when mail-in ballots must be received after Election Day. Mississippi had five days. Washington State has twenty-one days. Twenty-one days of ballots trickling in after you thought the election was over. Think about what that looks like. Think about what that feels like to watch. You know exactly what it feels like. We have all lived it. Alito said it plainly in his dissent. When thousands of absentee ballots flow in after Election Day and potentially flip the result of an election, charges of a rigged election explode. He cited research showing that drawn-out ballot counting produces a large and significant decrease in Americans' trust in elections. We did not need a study to tell us that. The Save America Act, if passed, could address some of this going forward through Congress. But today's ruling makes clear that the legislative route is now the only route. The Court just took the judicial option off the table. Roberts and Barrett handed that decision to the same Congress where we are still fighting for a real majority. Barrett and Roberts folded. Again. Remember this the next time someone tells you that winning the White House is enough. It is not enough if the judges we are told to trust keep crossing the line when it matters most. The Future of Decentralized Social Media CAW | TestNet... opens on July 9th! We worked hard, every day, with our huge team of 22 people, we worked hard for the construction of social media and the manifesto. In this context, on July 9, we will launch the test version of CAW, which is decentralized and completely systematized smart contracts with blockchain technology. Happy 33rd birthday Miley Cyrus and once again, thank... YOU so much for all that you have done in my life. 14 year old me made the best decision of his life one day when he woke up and saw the flowers music video and clicked it instantly. The song itself helped change my perspective about love in life and at a time where my self worth was based on others it made me become so much more comfortable with myself. I went to movies by myself, went to concerts by myself, and every time the opportunity to celebrate myself came, I took it. And since then, my love for your music and personality has only grew stronger, endless summer vacation was filled with bops and some of my personal favourite songs + something beautiful is just perfection. The meaning and concept of the album is also something that I find, for a lack of word, beautiful as in a place where everyone is so unkind and hateful, it focuses on the love and kindness of it.
