LEG EXTENSIONS BEFORE SQUATS Here’s why: If you do... your set(s) of Hack Squats BEFORE you do your set(s) of Leg Extensions, you will see a pretty large decline in your output on Leg Extensions….it might be something like 20-25% less than what you could do fresh On the contrary, if you do your set(s) of Leg Extensions BEFORE you do your set(s) of Hack Squats, you will NOT see nearly as large a decline in Hack Squat performance comparatively….the decline in Hack Squat performance may only be 5-10% less than what you could do fresh This is mostly due to the resistance profile/overall demands of each exercise and it’s the main reason I often program Leg Extensions before any sort of Squat pattern on Lower days in my training plans A subtle but GOATED fatigue management play! (Btw…you can easily verify this for yourself by A/B testing it)show more

I want to share this news with you: We... just reverse-engineered the PCB for our rechargeable fan, right here in India. Thanks to Vishal Tejwani. And guess what? It worked perfectly on the first try. Now we’re ordering 1,000 sets to run a pilot on our Pick and Place machine. If all tests go well, we’ll move to full in-house PCB production, not just for this model, but future ones too. Next goal: → Localize motor production → Find a battery cell solution made in India Soon, we’ll be building the entire product here from scratch. This is how self-reliance starts. Been training 4-6 rep range for years on zero... carbs. Progressive overload still works. Strength still increases. Muscle still grows. The "carbs fuel workouts" narrative assumes you're doing 12-rep sets to failure with drop sets and supersets. That's not hypertrophy training. That's cardiovascular suffering with weights. Heavy weight, 4-6 reps, sufficient rest between sets: This is almost entirely ATP-PCr system (creatine phosphate), not glycolysis. Your creatine stores are full from eating meat. You have all the fuel needed. Carbs matter for high reps. They're irrelevant when you train properly.show more
