Spine Safety: Sudden rapid pressure on the lower spine can lead to serious injuries. 3. Effective Tension: Rapid movements rely on momentum, reducing the exercise's effectiveness. In this case, the tension is primarily on her thighs, not her abdomen, which diminishes the intended benefits. Please do not do this at home or the gym.show more
