FYI this is a real Massachusetts Eversource bill. $1,553.39... total. Only $437.79 is for actual gas supply. The rest is funding Governor Healey’s green energy agenda. Solar farms buried under snow in the winter. Wind turbines collapsing into the ocean. EV charging stations for a car you don’t even own. She killed two natural gas pipelines for this. No wonder why 1 in 3 people are looking to move to cheaper states like New Hampshire and Florida…show more

Every time Governor Healey gets asked about our electric... bills she points at Trump. But Trump did not kill two natural gas pipelines. She did. Trump did not bury green energy fees in our Eversource delivery charges. She did. Trump did not give us solar farms that get buried under snow and wind turbines that collapse into the ocean. She did. She claims she collects “a gallon a gas a... day” using this solar panel she folds on top of her Tesla. 1) using proper energy conversions a Tesla Model 3 has the equivalent to less than a 3 gallon tank of gas. There is no way she is charging a 1/3 of her battery. 2)Maybe she is stating that the Model 3 gets the equivalent in range to what an equivalent gas powered vehicle would get in range per one gallon of gas? Either way, that solar panel is not adding that much range. Thoughts?show more

Poor Baloch of Rich Balochistan. According to available data... from 2020, more than 100 natural gas wells are operational in Balochistan’s Sui, Pirkoh, and Loti regions, collectively producing around 334 million cubic feet of gas every single day. This natural gas was first discovered in Sui, Dera Bugti, in 1952 a discovery that became the backbone of Pakistan’s energy supply. For decades, massive 36-inch pipelines have carried this gas nearly 800 kilometers away, fueling industries, cities, and households in Punjab and Karachi. Yet, in a cruel irony, the very land that gives birth to this energy remains deprived of it. The indigenous people of Sui, Pirkoh, Dera Bugti, Loti, and surrounding areas living within just one kilometer of these gas fields are still forced to live without gas even for basic cooking and baking needs. Flames burn in distant cities, while darkness and deprivation persist at the source. This is not a shortage of resources. It is a failure of justice.show more

🚨 The new $250/year federal EV fee in the... “One Big Beautiful Bill” makes no sense. • $250 Fed Annual EV Fee / $100 for Hybrids: A new federal road-use fee for EVs to replace gas taxes. $250/year for full EVs, $100 for hybrids. Here's the math: ⛽ The average gas tax (federal + state combined) is about $0.30 per gallon. To pay $250 in gas tax, you’d need to: • Burn 833 gallons • Drive 23,333 miles/year (assuming 28 MPG) But the average American only drives ~13,500 miles/year. So who exactly is this fee for? but wait... there's more ⬇️show more

A new EV in the offing SERES 3 is... going to be launched (locally assembled) soon in Pakistan. The expected launching price is PKR 9 million. I was given the opportunity to test drive the car. Here is my take: Like any other EV it is a more economical, soundless, and environmentally friendly car with a thrill of enjoying instant torque – I did 0 to 100 in 9 seconds (video attached). According to the manufacturers – in ideal conditions – the range is 400 km in full charge (battery capacity is 50 kwh). My experience is doing approx. 300 Km in Lahore traffic. Assuming electricity cost of Rs60/Kwh, the cost/Km is Rs9 which is 1/3rd of Sportage (the car I drive). Additionally, there is no engine maintenance cost, which makes it more economical (calculation comparison with Sportage FWD is attached). EV is the best driving option to improve the environment in your city – especially in smoggy Lahore. The biggest issue people have with EV is range anxiety – We as a family used this car for our daily errands and school runs and there was no stress for two days if we drove 80–100Km a day. The second biggest issue is that of charging. We charged this at home during the night -started charging after 11 PM (to avoid peak hour) and by 6 AM in the morning, the car is fully charged (from 30% to 100%) – hence, within city, there is no need to find a charging station. I may not prefer it on the long route – though technically it can run easily from Lahore to Bhera and within 30-40 mins charging there, the car would cruise to Islamabad. It’s a Chinese car, and I don’t like ICE Chinese cars; but in case of EV, it is a doable option. Chinese auto players are better in EV technology than Japanese and others. SERES has a very good road grip, very decent interior, and a good family car. My driver wants me to replace the one he usually drives with this one because of the cost saved in petrol. My gas guzzler-loving friends also approve of this eco-friendlier model. It’s going to be a new and exciting addition to the locally assembled cars. Good luck to Regal Motors.show more

Strike with Oreshnik on gas. Gas storage facilities in... Stryi are one of the largest underground gas storages in Europe and the world. They played a key role in gas transit to Europe, compensating for seasonal fluctuations, and supporting energy security. They were built by the USSR as part of the development of the gas industry in the Ukrainian SSR. Pilot operation began in 1983. Since 2023, European companies have actively used UGS for storing gas purchased during the low season. In the event of destruction, this would lead to a loss of up to 35% of Europe's total storage capacity. Europe would be forced to import more expensive gas from Qatar and the US. Globally, this would severely hit the economies of EU countries. Overall, as we can see, this is the "decommunization" that many Ukrainians wanted so much and that Putin promised. Only now Russia is "decommunizing" Europe. Which used the USSR's capacities to ensure its energy security.show more

ANOTHER OIL EXPLOSION, THIS IS 100% A PATTERN 🇭🇺... Hungary's Largest Oil and Gas Facility Explodes as the Iran War's Energy Toll Keeps Growing At least 1 worker was killed and 7 others hospitalized with SEVERE BURNS after a massive explosion and fire tore through the Olefin-1 unit at MOL Group's facility in Tiszaújváros during a post-maintenance restart. MOL's plant is the LARGEST oil and gas facility in Hungary. A damaged pipeline is still actively flaring at the site. MOL receives Russian crude via the Druzhba pipeline, one of the last major Russian energy supply lines still running into Central Europe. This is now roughly the 15th non-combat energy incident since the U.S. and Israel launched the war on Iran on February 28. Someone is definitely trying to INCREASE the pressure on Europe's energy market and drag them into this conflict. No missiles. No drones. Just another "ACCIDENT" at a critical energy facility that happens to sit on a Russian supply line, in a country that refused to fully comply with Western energy sanctions.show more

Costco gas is cheaper because they run on super... slim profit margins compared to regular gas stations. They make just a few cents per gallon on fuel, versus the typical 25- to 35-cent markup at most stations. Today, the national average for regular gas is around $4.40 per gallon, while Costco often sells it 10–30 cents cheaper per gallon — and sometimes more depending on the location. They actually sell way more gas overall by keeping prices low, which drives massive volume — especially when prices are high. Costco doesn’t make much profit from groceries either, selling most items at or just above cost. But the real money comes from membership fees, which account for roughly two-thirds of the company’s profit. This model lets them use gas as a customer magnet while traditional stations have to make thicker profits per gallon to stay in business. Smart strategy that saves members big at the pump. Do you buy gas at Costco? (Video: AI)show more

Right now at 11:31 am January 27th , 2026... on this frigid Maine morning after BILLIONS of dollars spent: ALL the wind turbines in ALL of New England are contributing only 3.92% of the power to our grid. Or in other words - only 754 MW of the current system demand of 17,764 MW. Other contributing resources: Refuse: 1.20% Solar: 0.88% Hydro: 3% Net imports: 16% Wood: 1.84% Landfill gas: 0.16% Coal is at <1% Once again, it is OIL at 29%, natural gas at 24% and nuclear at 19% keeping our lights on. Just weeks ago I considered this to be a... map of Superchargers. The foundation that made EV’s a going concern for the first time. But it’s not. These dots represent fully permitted and built power stations in an era where every AI player is trying to figure out how to get power for compute. This is the largest electrical power moat I’ve ever seen that can fully supply current and future charging needs while collecting and storing cheaper power during off-peak to supply an AI revolution. Elon doesn’t care who knows anymore. 2nd place is… crumbs. AWS was built from excess server space needed during peak demand. Now it’s bigger and more valuable than the core Amazon retail business. Tesla is about to drop a hardware smackdown right in the face of software engineers. AI prototypes are easy. Scaling is hard. If only Tesla had a factory pouring out millions of chips each year that are underutilized 95% of the time. Each with their own battery storage. Imagine that. Tesla could call them ‘cars’. And that power moat? It’s all fully upgradable. It’s primed to be tripled. Only a handful of Tesla charging stations currently have solar and/or Megapacks. For 14 years Tesla has permitted and built the gas stations of the future around the world. Everyone said it would fail. All of them were wrong. And now Tesla is in a process of creating a possible 10x value stamp on those stations that should have never been built. It makes you wonder, When a vehicle now leaves the Tesla factory; how do we even begin to calculate the economic production that it will generate during its lifetime? It’s a Robotaxi, energy storage, and a fully sealed/cooled compute processor. They may as well start shitting gold out of a tailpipe.show more

When you destroy home rule, granted to the citizens of that state in its constitution, this is what it gets you. Please Lord, save us from this imbecile. The "biggest... threat to blackouts" is his ignorance and stupidity. Solar breaks down when the clouds come across, and it breaks down 100% when the sunsets. And wind is more chaotic, breaking down all the time when the wind eases off or doesn’t blow enough. In fact wind is lucky to work at just h30% of its capacity - meaning it’s broken down 70%. Blackout Bowen is actually making the case why we need to start building new coal fired power stations yesterday. China currently has a fleet of 1,147 GW of coal-fired power, with a further 421 GW of new coal fired power stations under construction & development. In contrast Australia’s total fleet is an ageing 21GW of coal fired power, which Blackout Bowen wants to close down. If you are going to bed, say a prayer for Australia.show more

You’re looking at one of the most imperiled habitats... in not only New York State, but throughout the entire country. You’re looking at a grassland habitat. Grasslands are disappearing faster than any other habitat today. Why? They are “cleared” lands that developers love to target. Commercial solar and wind especially love grassland habitat for their green energy subsidies and credits. Here in New York, our Office of Renewable Energy (ORES) redacts all documents related to the sensitivity of grasslands to protect foreign renewable developers. We’re losing grassland so rapidly that grassland bird species (and other grassland-dependent species) are one of the fastest declining groups of animals in North America. Over 50% of all grassland birds have disappeared since 1970, totaling to 700 million birds. Of those that remain, their habitat is disappearing faster than is sustainable. That’s why this Fort Edward Grassland has so many distinctions, like being a National Audubon Important Bird Area. It all meant something until ORES was created. Now this grassland is for sale to foreign solar developers. The green energy movement is a lie. We must protect what remains of America’s grasslands.show more
