I don’t know who needs to hear this but….... If you’re using mostly free weights and very few well-built machines in your training, you are FOR SURE costing yourself gains If you’re using a blend of free weights and well-built machines in your training, you’re PROBABLY doing a pretty good job with exercise selection but you may be leaving SOME gains on the table If you’re using mostly well-built machines and very few free weights in your training, you are very likely putting yourself in a position to MAXIMIZE gains I DO NOT MAKE THE RULES!show more

“Lone Wolf” Training Only Gets You So Far You... might be working hard this summer Nobody’s questioning that. But when you’re always training alone, You’re missing one of the most powerful forces in development: Competition. No teammates to chase. No one pushing the pace. No one showing you where you really stack up. There’s a reason college and NFL programs invest millions into bringing guys together in the summer: Not just for structure, but for the fire that comes from training as a team. If your school has a summer strength program, be there. Challenge your teammates. Elevate together. That’s how real programs are built. But if you don’t have that? Comment “TGW” and I’ll send you the link to Team Gridiron Warrior: My monthly training system built to get you faster, stronger, and more prepared than the guy across from you this fall.show more

When I say “beans and rice, rice and beans,”... I don’t actually mean only eat rice and beans. What it represents is so much more than a low grocery bill. It’s about short-term sacrifice for the long-term win. You can do anything for a few months, even a few years to set yourself up for a lifetime of success. You have to live on less than you make in order to pay off debt, in order to save and invest, in order to be generous. You can’t spend more than you make and end up anywhere except bankruptcy court. And people are doing it every day, everywhere. The stuff I talk about is not hard to understand. It’s very hard to actually go and do it. You’ve got to decide you’re going to DO it. Day in and day out, you’ve drawn a line in the sand, and you are NOT going back. No more excuses. You’re taking control of your actions and your life. You’re ready to make your money work for YOU, not the other way around. Are you ready to change your life?show more

🤩 I just learned a super cool trick! Do... you know how sometimes you want to record while you scroll on a website, like for a demo or something... But by using the mouse to scroll it turns out to be kinda janky and it doesn't look very good? No? Just me? 🤭 Well, I found out that if you paste this code in the console of your browser: ` setInterval(() => window.scrollBy(0, 4), 16); ` You can make the browser automatically scroll for you! And it looks super cool in the recording! 😎show more

There’s a problem I think most people have here... You’re like the character they always bully in the movies Let me explain… You follow people because you feel one day they’ll show up for you Right? But time and time again They’ve proven that you’re not worth their time But you still foolishly keep talking to them - without increasing your worth - without becoming a better trader/speaker - without filtering high-value people you want in your life All in all you’re still the same old you but you want to attract value Not possible Do this instead: • Unfollow people that don’t align with your growth They probably wouldn’t notice anyway • Aggressively surround yourself with valuable people who want you around them Trust me you’ll know they want you there • Carry yourself with poise and grace If you meet me in person you’ll know I literally carry myself like a princess But I wasn’t always like this And so I attracted people who thought I was valuable and left when I didn’t match their expectations Now they can’t stay away Be like thatshow more
