Almost got into an accident this afternoon while on... FSD. FSD thought the FedEx truck would make its turn quicker. When it realized it couldn't, it tried to go around. At the same time, there was a car approaching in the right lane. I assume FSD calculated there was space for me in the right lane, but it really should have just slowed down. I had to slam on the brakes and steer the car to the left to avoid the driver side of my car clipping the trucks bumper. It was way too close for comfort. I have done tens of thousands of miles on FSD and have never had anything this close happen before.show more

Curious your thoughts on this one. FSD did not... react at all to vehicles squealing their tires and swerving out of the way. This is a pinch point in the highway where two lanes merge. I mashed the brakes to avoid being involved in the mess, which allowed another driver to use my spot to avoid a potential rear ending. I saw folks slamming the brakes far earlier than I pressed the brakes and waited for FSD to react. It did not.show more

This woman got an alert on her home camera... that someone was trying to break in. When she speaks to him and tells him she can see him, he waves. 😂 Then she tells him to leave and that she has already called the cops. He takes off and hops the wall and is gone. Some people questioned why she would warn him that she had him on camera and told him she had notified the police. Others said he may have been able to take some stuff before the cops arrived. I would have done what she did. Why go through the hassle of repairing what he was going to break to get in, filing an insurance claim and him possibly taking something that was of value to you? What would you have done? Would you have just watched him and not said a thing hoping the cops arrived soon or would you have done what she did and told him to get lost?show more

This lady was filming these parents who were in... the car line at school 2 1/2 hours before school gets out. She says don’t be like them. But many people said it’s worth not having to deal with the traffic and backup and some parents may work closer to the school and it beats driving all the way back home and then coming back. I have been known to go get in line at the school about an hour before they get out so I can beat it as well. Sometimes I’ll catch up on emails, phone calls and even take a nap. Bulanga on the Iganga-Mayuge road where a premio following us from behind attempted to overtake without checking ahead for oncoming traffic, forcing it to swerve into a trench to avoid a head-on collusion with an oncoming trailer.
