I have learnt to understand that golf is about... minimizing your misses. On the tee, I aim up the right and I do everything to hit a draw. It gives me confidence knowing that I then have the entirety of the fairway to play with. If I hit a small draw, I end up on the right side of the fairway. If I hit a big draw, I end up on the left side of the fairway. If you aim up the middle, you double your room for error. A big part of our lesson was learning front-side compression how the front leg and hip stabilize so the body can rotate up against it into contact. Too many hitters think forward momentum is “bad,” but it’s not. Moving forward is necessary, the key is keeping the body connected as it moves. We worked on using the rear lat and back side to pull back and stay connected to the front side. This keeps the body together instead of pushing forward. Through resistance band and towel drills, they learned the feel of: •Holding strong direction through the front side, •Allowing the pelvis to pull the rear leg through, •Creating whip of the barrel against the front side and through extension.show more

At Loops.so, our goal right now is to be the only platform you need to email your users The H1 matches that intention and the subheader reinforces it. We also wanted it to be clear we ship fast and often, so we added a pill showing the latest featured changelog. Agents are part of how people build software today, so we wanted to give that the second most important placement on the page, right after signup. Finally, the logo strip should not distract too much, but it should still help people understand these are users, not just logos. So we added the date of first payment from Stripe next to each logo. I believe the mistake most golfers make is that... they try to hit a straight ball. Hogan said hitting it straight was a “fluke”. If you aim up the right side and draw it or vice versa, then you make the fairway as big as possible. If you aim up the middle, you then you cut the fairway in half. This means a shot that draws too much ends up in the rough on the left and a ball that fades too much ends up in the right rough. Here's how to manufacture liquidity out of nothing: The pro market maker dream is a FIFO war you will NOT win. 24 hour early ladder fights, sub millisecond queue battles, getting left naked-long when the trend reverses. Skip all of it. There's a smaller version of being the house that actually works for a solo dev. Here's the problem it solves: You found a perfect entry, but there's no liquidity. No shares to buy at your price. You can manufacture your own, two ways. First trick - naked sells. You do not need to own a share to sell it. Buying one side is the same as selling the other. If the side you want is empty but the opposite side has depth, just sell the opposite. Second trick - split shares, and this one is stronger. You can split $1 into one up share and one down share at any time. Say you want the up share at 60c, but the book is empty there. When the window opens, you pre-split some shares, and now they're sitting in your wallet. You list down shares for sale at 40c. If they fill, you're left holding the up share you wanted all along.
