The iPhone Duo has me thinking about what makes... a foldable phone great. I like the idea of having a larger screen without carrying a separate tablet, but the design has to be practical when folded, too. For me, the real test is how comfortable it feels to use every day, not just how impressive it looks opened up. Would you choose a foldable iPhone over a regular Pro Max.show more

We can now run GPT-5.6 Luna Max over 5,000... extra times a week for only $10. A lot of us are out of Codex usage right now. So we wired Luna Max from OpenCode Go directly into our Codex Router!! It's the same Luna we already run in Codex, it just spends the $10 sub instead of our ChatGPT plan, and the reasoning level still works so we keep it on max. The caps are 5,100 Luna requests per week and 10,250 per month. Codex cuts us off, we've still got a full week of Luna sitting there. And we never leave Codex. just one more model in the picker, grab it when the wall hits and keep going.show more

Heavy isometrics are the lowest-hanging fruit when it comes... to strength training for runners. There is no muscle damage, so they don’t make you sore. There is no technique or skill required, especially when you use a machine. Here I’m using the hamstring curl machine. After squeezing a relatively heavy weight for about 30 seconds, the hamstring muscle relaxes and the strain shifts to the tendon. Stronger tendons equal more force production, fewer injuries, and better running performance. It’s super simple. Hold a heavy fixed position for 30-60 seconds, then repeat for multiple sets if it’s a problem area. You can do these every day, multiple times a day. Isometrics are a game changer.show more
