Prime Minister Bjarni Benediktsson and I signed a security... cooperation and long-term support agreement between Ukraine and Iceland. The fixed annual financial support for 2024-2028 is at least €30 million. Iceland pledged to provide Ukraine with long-term economic, humanitarian, and defense assistance, as well as to facilitate its future EU and NATO membership. A unique feature of the agreement is that Iceland commits to continued support for the transportation of military supplies and equipment from NATO allies to Ukraine by chartered cargo planes. We are grateful to Iceland for supporting our people in their defense against Russian terror and aggression. 🇺🇦🇮🇸show more

The OriginTrail DKG V10 begins its mainnet rollout with... a Frontier-AI Resilience Gate. Today, the final V10 release candidate (the exact contract bytecode intended for mainnet) goes live as a public pre-mainnet, funded with 300,000 ethereum:0xaa7a9ca87d3694b5755f213b5d04094b8d0f0a6f tokens: a 200,000 TRAC honeypot pool of real, drainable positions plus a 100,000 severity-reward pool. Independent researchers and AI-augmented teams are invited to break it: drain the honeypot and you keep what you take, and every valid finding is paid by severity. It’s a real pass/fail checkpoint: findings are fixed and verified first, and clearing the gate is the precondition for the mainnet launch. The first step of the DKG V10 deployment, by design. Why lead with security instead of shipping and patching later? On May 29, 2026, a researcher using Claude Opus 4.8 surfaced a critical, roughly four-year-old soundness flaw in Zcash 🛡️’s Orchard pool (a bug that had passed repeated expert review) in about a day, with a working proof-of-concept. The moment matters; the trajectory matters more. Claude Mythos, Anthropic’s frontier model, is so capable at finding vulnerabilities that it was first withheld from public release and run only inside a defensive partner program, where it reportedly surfaced more than ten thousand high- and critical-severity bugs in its first month. It’s now days from a reported public release. The bar for what an attacker, human or AI, can find only rises from here. As Anthropic framed it, the advantage goes to whoever uses these tools first: attackers in the short term, defenders who fix bugs before code ships in the long term. The Resilience Gate is how we make sure we’re on the defenders’ side, testing DKG V10 not just against today’s models but against what arrives next. For anyone shipping on-chain systems, the implication is simple: this code launches once, mistakes can’t be undone, and the responsible move is to invite that scrutiny before any user value is at stake. The path to mainnet, in four phases: Phase 0: Freeze. Final contracts locked and deployed (complete) Phase 1: Frontier-AI Resilience Gate. Open review program, through June 17 Phase 2: Mainnet launch. Hardened, feature-complete V10 (week of June 15) Phase 3: Continuous audit. Every contract, ongoing after launch If you work in smart-contract security, or build with AI that does, we’d welcome your review. No allowlist, real rewards, coordinated disclosure. *Dates are indicative: the exact mainnet date depends on the pace of network bootstrapping and the time needed to patch and re-verify any more severe findings from the Gate. Release candidate 17 (rc17): Bug bounty program and honeypot details:show more

Audit Window Extension 📢 The audit window has been... extended, following activation of Hardfork v10 at block 511000. 🗓️ ETA for window opening: ~52 hours ➡️ Download Link: This extension has been granted to ensure that critical services and partners who support the Zephyr ecosystem have been able to get all their assets audited successfully. Some exchange entities are handling large volumes of user funds, which has made the process more complex than for typical users. We are working with them to ensure this gets done as efficiently as possible. While the delay is frustrating, it is necessary to protect the interests of Zephyr holders. ⌛️ This grace period is limited - once all audits are confirmed, we’ll move swiftly to push Hardfork v11, completing the transition to the audited supply and restoring full protocol functionality. 🔍 Based on current data, the estimated circulating supply of ZEPH will come in at ~9.5M, (higher than the currently reported supply of ~7.4M). While not ideal, this is manageable. The audit gives us total clarity into the true state of supply. In response, we’re considering adjustments to the emission schedule to reflect this updated supply. Effectively, the Protocol will be operating ~1 year ahead of schedule from the original emission curve. We are still far below the 18.4M Max supply of ZEPH (before tail emission), and this will not impact the long-term tokenomics. Final decisions are pending, our focus remains on long-term sustainability and clarity. We appreciate your patience and support as we wrap up this crucial phase. Follow along for more updates. — The Zephyr Teamshow more

A recent study by a South African academic, Professor... Nonhlanhla P. Khumalo, Head of Dermatology at the University of Cape Town, says people are badly exposed to blood-borne viral infections during haircuts at public barbershops. Its findings apply to any similar environments in Africa, including Zimbabwe and elsewhere. The November 2025 study, published in the South African Medical Journal, investigated the risk of transmission blood-borne infections and viruses such as HIV, Hepatitis B (HBV), and Hepatitis C (HCV) through haircuts and their association with conditions like Folliculitis Keloidalis Nuchae (FKN). Its core objective was mainly to determine if the popular "chiskop" - clean-shave haircut as it is widely called in township lingo in South Africa and the condition Folliculitis Keloidalis Nuchae (FKN) (keloid-like scars on the back of the head) - increase the risk of acquiring blood-borne diseases. The findings are damning. Men who regularly experience visible bleeding during haircuts are significantly more likely to be HIV-positive (OR = 2.51). In a cohort of over 1 100 men, the overall seroprevalence was 17.2% for HIV, 6.9% for HBV, and 0.4% for HCV. While FKN itself was not directly associated with a higher prevalence of these viruses, bleeding caused by the haircutting process is a confirmed risk factor. One clipper from each barber was collected immediately after it had been used for a clean shave haircut. Each clipper was rinsed with phosphate buffered saline and submerged in viral medium. Polymerase chain reaction testing was then used to identify a blood specific RNA marker, haemoglobin beta, as well as hepatitis B virus and HIV. Chiskop or clean shave haircut was found to be the most popular yet risky hairstyle, accounting for 78% of clients. Of the clippers collected, 42% tested positive for haemoglobin beta, confirming the presence of blood. None however tested positive for HIV, while four clippers, representing 8%, were positive for hepatitis B virus. Two clippers were positive on qualitative hepatitis B PCR testing. Genetic analysis showed one sample clustering with genotype A sequences from South Africa, India, Brazil and Martinique, while another clustered with South African genotype D sequences identical to a subtype D sequence previously identified in Gauteng province. While HIV was not detected on the clippers in that specific sample, 8% of the clippers tested positive for Hepatitis B (HBV). The DNA copies found were sufficient to pose a legitimate transmission risk. “This study confirms that there is significant contamination of barber hair clippers with blood and blood-borne viruses,” the study says. “Hepatitis B was detected with enough DNA copies to pose a risk of transmitting infection. Although HIV was not detected in this small study, the risk of transmission should be quantified.” Khumalo has a long history of research on haircut-associated virus risks, with the following studies associated with her works: "Blood and virus detection on barber clippers": Published in the South African Medical Journal in March 2018. "Invisible Bleeding from Clean-Shave Haircuts": Published in the journal Dermatology in October 2013. "Folliculitis keloidalis nuchae, bleeding from haircuts, and potential HIV transmission": Published in AIDS Care in May 2008. One of her critical contributions is the identification of "invisible bleeding". Using sensitive RNA markers (hemoglobin beta and albumin), Khumalo's team proved that blood is often present on the scalp after a clean-shave haircut even when there are no visible injuries or cuts. This suggests standard barbering practices can facilitate blood-to-tool-to-blood contact without the barber or client being aware of an injury. In her recommendations, Khumalo called for more public awareness of viral infection risks, barber training, and stricter adherence to clipper sterilisation protocols in salons to prevent the spread of HBV and HIV.show more

It's 2030 and you are reviewing humanoid robots. A... Tesla. A Google. An Apple. An OpenAI. A Meta. A Figure. And a bunch of Chinese-made ones. Which one is best, and why? I think the Tesla understands the world much better. Why? There were eight Teslas around me on the freeway today. Start there. No other robot company has that data. But my robot is parked at the local high school twice a day. Its cameras see humans in all of our weirdness. How we move. Where we go. Where we walk. Who we talk with. What you are wearing. Whether your hair was combed this morning. That data will lead to robotics breakthroughs. Apple might keep up with its Vision Pro data, but it is too freaked out by the privacy implications of using said data. (On the front are six cameras and a couple of TOF -- Time Of Flight -- sensors that can see everything in your home in great detail). Google has a lot of data, for sure. All my: 1. Email. 2. Calendars. 3. Photos. 4. TV watching behavior. 5. Contacts. 6. Documents and spreadsheets. 7. Files. 8. Location data. So I expect Google's robot will be attractive to many. But how do you see the others shake out over the next five years? Make some guesses. But remember what an AI pioneer told me years ago about AI: it's all about the data. The Chinese ones have huge advantages: the Chinese have more data on their citizens, and many more citizens to boot AND they can make robots cheaper than we can. But now that you know OpenAI is building its own robot you have caught wind of what I've heard from many in San Francisco and Silicon Valley: that humanoid robots are the real prize of AI and will be highly profitable for those that can make them and find customers willing to buy them. Here, too, I learned long ago never to bet against Elon Musk. Will you?show more

SpaceX just launched NASA’s newest flagship space telescope. What... makes Roman special: • Its mirror came from hardware once built for U.S. intelligence • Same mirror size as Hubble, but less than 1/4 the weight • A huge 300MP infrared camera • Each image covers at least 100× more sky than Hubble • In five years, it should image over 50× more sky than Hubble did in 30 • Will study dark matter, dark energy and billions of galaxies • Carries 1,350,144 people’s names toward L2 • All survey data will be public after processing Roman launched nine months early and on budget. Falcon Heavy’s center booster was not recovered, but both side boosters flew home and landed. 13 Falcon Heavy missions. 13 successes. Another flawless launch from SpaceX.show more

3. The Return Phase: Was Earth’s Recovery Smooth or... Episodic? The third paper examines the final stage of the sequence: how Earth returns toward equilibrium after large-scale disturbance, and whether that return is best described as smooth or episodic. Classical geophysical models typically assume continuous, gradual relaxation governed by viscoelastic timescales. However, geological and paleoclimate records frequently show bursts of rapid change separated by quieter intervals. The study compares a smooth continuous return model with an event-guided model in which most adjustment occurs during discrete episodes derived independently from the geological record. Rather than relying solely on geophysical proxies, the paper uses archaeological site distributions as an external diagnostic. If surface stability matters, occupied sites should preferentially cluster in regions that remain stable across modeled return phases, and their timing should not align randomly with adjustment episodes. The results show that both early Homo and early civilization sites are non-random with respect to modeled stability fields. Spatial and temporal null tests indicate statistically significant alignment with the event-guided return model. Crucially, model parameters are fixed a priori and not tuned to archaeological data. This paper addresses the return phase of the ECDO sequence by testing whether recovery dynamics inferred from geophysics are consistent with independent records of long-term human occupation. This new skill for Hermes Agent wipes your personal... data off hundreds of broker sites for free, hands-off. It's called Unbroker. I’ve been testing it this week and it's incredible. Here is the full setup: 1. Install it by typing: hermes skills install official/security/unbroker 2. Connect browser automation: Wire up Browserbase so the agent can drive real broker opt-out forms. 3. Do the intake: Give consent, then feed it your info. 4. Fire one prompt: "Use the unbroker skill to remove my data from data brokers. Here is my consent. Run it hands-off." Hundreds of data brokers publish your name, addresses, phone, email, even your relatives. Anyone can find where you live in about ten seconds. The law says brokers have to delete your data if you ask. There's just no easy bulk button for it. Services charge $100’s a year to file the exact requests you could submit yourself for free. Unbroker does the same thing locally, and it's free. It fans out sub-agents, scans every broker site, drafts or sends opt-out emails, and only comes back to you for the ones that need a human. The best part is it loops. Brokers re-list you over time, so it schedules rechecks and re-files on its own. Set it once, it keeps working. One skill, one prompt, dozens of broker sites handled.show more

Newborns are so tiny. Most full term infants weigh... only 6-8 pounds at birth. But cherish (and document) these special moments while they last, because you won’t have a little baby for long. In fact, children’s growth and development in the early years is positively exponential. Over the course of a single year, infants transform from tiny and helpless to increasingly verbal, mobile toddlers, typically tripling their birth weights. So quickly is your baby growing, in fact, that between their second and sixth months many increase their height by up to a quarter inch PER WEEK (1 inch per month). You’ll only have a tiny baby for the blink of an eye. So make each moment count. This happy little guy (1 week) was shared to TT by tai.vieira.21.show more

When Biden took office in 2021 inflation was a... little over 1%. By June of 2021 it had shot way up and was on its way to a 40 year high. For over three years Biden said not to worry about it. It's just about having a little "breathing room" he repeated every month. When the 2024 campaign season began Biden started claiming that inflation was at 9% when he took office. You know all the Democrat politicians who can't stop posting about prices now, a little over two months into Trump's term? Good luck finding one post from them about prices during the four years that Biden's policies were destroying the middle class.show more

From a list of 112 blockchains, only 6 chains... show up repeatedly (80%+) in the Top 10 by DEX volume since March 2021 when crypto first saw new ATHs. #Fantom is one of them. The others are Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, Avalanche and Arbitrum. This next sentence applies to the above as well as the below: You are as good as who you surround yourself with. Since its rise, Fantom operated smoothly as a top Layer 1 with massive DEX volume (good metric of real users/usage), and is among good company. The more things change, the more they stay the same. Do yourself a favor, stop listening to fools shouting "its over", "ftm to zero", "community is broken", "treasury gone". 🛑STOP giving attention to misinformation peddlers who were never $FTM believers to begin with. No matter how much they grift, seem to have good intentions, they do NOT have your best interest in mind. Fact is: Fantom Foundation treasury is diversified across different crypto and non-crypto assets. The biggest impact was on the value of its MULTI tokens that were held long term. The Foundation WILL continue to develop and grow the ecosystem for the long term. The community, many of them reading this now, are here for it. Moving forward, we will build confidence, nurture bridging solutions and continue to build out the tech as top priority 💯show more
