A lifelong learner and a student of many passions... yesterday I received my 2ND advanced degree - a Doctorate in Health Policy from George Washington University School of Nursing. I am grateful to Allahu SWA for the life opportunities I’ve enjoyed along with purposeful and needed challenges along the way. To many on this app, I am known for my no BS politics, and to my patients it’s Dr. ALI. My passion has been providing exceptional care for my patients and communities for nearly two decades. I came back to Somalia in 2016/17 to focus on primary healthcare BUT because the system doesn’t allow for expertise and progress, I opened my OWN practice in Mog and unfortunately for security challenges I had to close it. My journey continues both in and out of Somalia and Inshallah I will have the opportunity to use my training and expertise in primary care/health policy to improving health outcomes for my people. To my family and friends who have always kept me going - thank you for the love and support. To my political adversaries, caadi iska dhiga. We share a country - not lives. To the YOUNG people on this app - FOCUS on building a career you love and makes you $ without having to sell your soulzshow more

Just paid off my Cybertruck, less than two years... after taking original delivery. 🥳 In 2024, purchasing a $100k vehicle made me pucker. Our payment was well over a thousand bucks. For the last 2-3 years, I've been aggressively building my digital marketing & videography business, and 6 months ago I quit my job and dove in full-time. While both purchasing a $100k truck and quitting my job were both insane risks at the time, we've been unquestionably blessed with sustained business and endless work. Late nights and working weekends to create content, build websites, photograph events, write articles, film weddings, you name it. I now own my Cybertruck exclusively, free and clear. The woman in the video I quoted is Kristian... Parks, a 9-time IFBB Pro champion. She is not natural. This is often the physique people mistakenly think women will develop just by lifting weights. The woman in the video below, however, is Lean Beef Patty. She's been lifting for over a decade and still looks very "womanly" in my opinion.show more

This moment really touches me🥹 Seeing them in different... groups now, each one thriving and shining in their own way. It’s incredible to see how far they’ve come, each finding their place and growing into their own. Watching them succeed and find their confidence is such a beautiful thing. I’m just so happy for them, knowing they’re on the path they were always meant to be on. It’s a feeling of pure joy and pride. 🖤show more

🚨 Siwet - You are a Muslim, why are... you so tilted towards Hinduism? What drives you? Shehzad Poonawalla - Islam is my religion, but Hinduism is my culture. I respect both of them. Reason they showed great humor under my name and dimagi naxal under swara's name today. Like Indonesia, that's Muslim majority country where Ganesh appears on its currency and their king has called himself a Ram Bhakt. Same way I've realised true value of Hinduism. Swara Bhaskar had the chance to respect both religions and her culture but people like her and Dhruv rathee chose to disrespect her own culture and gods for whatever reason. And these are the people who roam around calling themselves better humans than us. What a joke." Shehzad is surely gonna cook swara throughout the season. He spoke so well in today's episode while swara was laughing and speaking like a chapri 🙏show more

A beautiful celebration of Zulu heritage, love, and tradition.... 👑🐆❤️ The leopard skin, traditionally associated with royalty and chiefs, carries a sense of strength, courage, and status, while the feathered headdress and colourful beadwork add their own touches of cultural meaning and elegance. Dressed in ceremonial regalia and standing beside his partner, the couple look both regal and deeply connected to their heritage. There is something beautiful about seeing love and tradition come together so naturally, with the richness of Zulu culture shining through every detail. ❤️show more
