This video is a perfect example of why Ontario... has a law compelling drivers to move over for emergency vehicles and tow trucks. On January 2nd, shortly before 11:30am, #OttawaOPP were on scene of a collision on #Hwy417 near Bayshore when a vehicle collided with a tow truck!
