I built a clone of the Yeezy store with... Next.js. This was a fun challenge — the site has some smooth animations and feels very fast. But it was bothering me that I couldn't use the browser back button. Can we do better? So I rebuilt the site with v0 and Motion. Here's how it works: 1. When you click on a product, Motion is able to animate the original position of the product in the grid, to the zoomed in product detail page. 2. During this transition, we also shallow update the URL with the `/p/slug` route for the page. 3. If you press the back button in the navbar, or use the browser back button, or press escape — all options will take you back to the main product listing page. 4. If you reload the page while looking at a product, or someone sends you a link to a specific product, it still works! This is the best parts of a SPA and MPA mixed together. In the future, I can make this even better with View Transitions (I wasn't able to get the product animation just right, but if you can I'd love to see it!). I also took some creative liberties from the original design. The whole 1/2/3 size thing, where you needed to click the "?" to see SM/MD/LG was strange, so I just went directly to those sizes. Similarly, I prefered the more traditional style sheet/modal with the background color change, versus the full screen takeover. You probably think you need to do more cardio.... Longer workouts. More miles. More suffering. But what if you just made the walk you're already taking a little more challenging? I've been a big fan of weighted vests for years because they're simple. You put one on, go for a walk, and suddenly your body has to do more work without you spending any more time exercising. The data is pretty impressive and one of the biggest mistakes I see people make is thinking health has to be extreme to be effective. This was the idea last year to do to with the Vibe Jam but back then I didn't have AI to make it this easy, and also I didn't ask for screenshots of the games which now we do, I'll now add a similar gallery to the old 2025 pageshow more

Aidan O'Connell gets sacked on his final play last... night and in my opinion the sack is on the #Raiders QB just as much as it is on LT Andrus Peat. AOC has a 3 step drop which means the play is designed for him to get the ball out quick. If you don't get the ball out then a QB is going to need to Create something. But what you don't want him to do is back pedal into a sack. Peat does lose the rep, but he does a good job recovering and pushing the DE up the field. I think AOC's ability to feel pressure, get away from it, and throw on the run were some things I saw from him last year where he struggled with. So I do hope next week he shows a little bit more in that. Overall the play didn't work because Luke Getsy designed a really poor play where the spacing is off, I will talk about this more on my Youtube channel later today but you can clearly see that Bowers was supposed to be a natural pick for Tre Tucker at the bottom of the screen. It's okay to skip a day or a challenge so you can provide a more welcoming environment for viewers. 5 - Work hard and reflect Nobody wants to admit they have been lazy or could have done more, but sometimes it's good to admit to yourself that you were expecting too high a number for the content you put out. It sucks, but looking into your weaknesses as well as strengths is the only way to do better in the future. 6 - Set clear boundaries Don't let chatters push to far and have clear, written rules that are enforced by mods and don't make exceptions. A healthy community reflects a healthy streamer and healthy environment and takes time and effort to build. 7 - Reinvent the wheel Not every idea has been done before, and it's always okay to look at trends and ask friends for help, BUT show people that you can stand out on your own, that your stream can provide what no other stream can. IDK who needs to hear this, but use your... rifle's safety. Enough nonsense about leaving it off. It's easy to do and adds no time to anything. -------- This is a box drill, 4 cones about 5-7 meters apart, in a square. The focus is to shoot while entering and exiting positions. You shoot when next to each cone. If you are just getting started, you may have to stop completely to shoot. The idea is to never really stop moving, though and only slow enough to confidently get your hits. The more stable you are able to get while moving, the sooner and faster you can make your shots. Target distance can vary based on how difficult you want it to be, anywhere from 7-20 yards from the forward cones.show more

This is one of the nicest things about China:... whatever happens to you, you can always count on people's solidarity. This is what just happened to us. We wanted to park our RV right next to Hulun lake for the night but stupidly managed to get it stuck in the sand. Impossible to drive out anymore 😓 Immediately, and I mean immediately, people around us started to pitch in to help. Luckily it so happened that a group of ex-PLA soldiers were having a get-together barbecue 100 meters away from us. They got told about our issue, stopped their barbecue and came to help. They told us "don't worry, no matter what we'll get you out, it's just a matter of time". Before we know it, one of the guys takes the wheel of the RV and the others start pushing. In 5 minutes, job done! RV unstuck and the guys get back to their barbecue. The Chinese are often depicted as cold and distant but my consistent experience is that they're one of the kindest people in the world, always ready to help a fellow human in need!show more

went to Puerto Rico to see if moving there... was a good decision (4% income tax vs 38%+ in the states) Puerto Rico is the only place where you can keep your US residency while getting a better tax rate had a great time but wasn't the right place for me it could be for you if you get a nice place in a safer area and stay the 6 months + 1 day required to be there ubers are fast and cheap, tourist areas and beaches are great, people are friendly housing is a bit scuffed there is bad areas and the good areas are behind gated communities for the most part I only went to Dorado and San Juan, which is the most common places people move but that was the experience back to streaming tomorrow see you thereshow more
